As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a group of columnar temperature adjusting cushions 23 are arranged inside the extrusion cushion 21; the temperature adjusting air cushion 23 is arranged corresponding to the position of the baffle air cushion 4; the upper end of the temperature adjusting air cushion 23 is connected to the top of the carriage air cushion 3 through a moving component 24; the temperature adjusting air cushion 23 is communicated with the carriage air cushion 3 through a second inflator pump; the second inflator pump is used for transferring the air in the temperature adjusting air cushion 23 and the carriage air cushion 3; the moving component 24 is used for adjusting the position of the temperature adjusting air cushion 23; a displacement sensor 25 is arranged in the middle of the protruding structure of the through groove 41; the displacement sensor 25 is used for detecting the displacement of the barrier air cushion 4; a temperature sensor is arranged in each baffle air cushion 4; the temperature sensor, the displacement sensor 25 and the second inflator pump are all connected with the controller through electric signals.
When the temperature sensor detects that the temperature in a certain separating air cushion 4 is lower than a set value, the controller firstly controls the moving part 24 to adjust the position of the corresponding temperature-adjusting air cushion 23 according to the displacement of the separating air cushion 4 fed back by the displacement sensor 25; when the position of the temperature adjusting air cushion 23 is adjusted to be aligned with the partition air cushion 4, the controller controls the second inflator pump to work, the second inflator pump pumps cold air in the carriage air cushion 3 into the temperature adjusting air cushion 23, the adjusting air cushion continuously expands, the second inflator pump stops working until the adjusting air cushion is in contact with the partition air cushion 4, the cold air in the adjusting air cushion is cooled down for air in the partition air cushion 4 in a heat conduction mode, and then the pointed compensation for the position with raised local temperature is realized, so that the stability and uniformity of the temperature in the heat preservation carriage 2 are ensured, and the refrigeration effect of fresh products in the transportation process is further improved. The moving member 24 can be implemented by selecting a motor-driven screw nut, an electric push rod, or an air cylinder.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, two strip-shaped protruding structures 26 are arranged on the temperature adjusting air cushion 23 along the vertical direction; the strip-shaped protruding structures 26 can be tightly attached to the side edges of the barrier cushion 4 in an inflated state. By arranging the two strip-shaped protruding structures 26, cold air in the adjusting air cushions and air in the baffle air cushions 4 can exchange heat in a heat conduction mode, and therefore the heat exchange efficiency is guaranteed.
A humidity adjusting component is arranged inside the upper end of the baffle air cushion 4; the humidity adjusting component is used for adjusting the humidity inside the baffle air cushion 4.
During operation, the cold air in the adjustment air cushion and the in-process that carries out the heat exchange in the fender air cushion 4, increase the air humidity in the fender air cushion 4 through humidity control unit, and then changed the medium of heat transfer in the fender air cushion 4, and then increased substantially the adjustment air cushion and to carrying out temperature compensation's speed at a distance from fender air cushion 4, further improved the stability of the interior temperature of heat preservation carriage 2, and then improved the cold-stored effect of fresh produce in the transportation.
When the air-conditioning system works, cold air in the refrigerator is filled into the carriage air cushion 3 through the work of the main pressure pump, and when the pressure in the carriage air cushion 3 reaches a set value, the functions of pressure maintaining and pressure stabilizing are realized through the overflow valve, so that the form of the carriage air cushion 3 is ensured; meanwhile, cold air in the carriage air cushion 3 enters the baffle air cushion 4 through the air pipe 5; when loading, the packing case and/or the packing bag containing the fresh products are placed between the adjacent baffle air cushions 4; the sizes of the packing cases or packing bags of fresh products are different, the magic tape matt surfaces 42 are uncovered, so that the through grooves 41 of the separating air cushion 4 slide along the magic tape matt surfaces 42, the position of the separating air cushion 4 is adjusted, and after the position of the separating air cushion 4 is determined, the magic tape matt surfaces 42 and the magic tape hook surfaces 43 are bonded again to fix the separating air cushion 4, so that the use is convenient; after the fresh products are loaded, the door of the heat preservation carriage 2 is closed, the first inflator pump works, the first inflator pump pumps the gas in the heat preservation gas storage tank 22 into the extrusion air cushion 21, the extrusion air cushion 21 is continuously expanded, and then the extrusion fixation of the spacer air cushions 4 on the two sides is realized, so that the condition that packing boxes or packing bags of the fresh products collide with each other or roll obliquely in the running process of the transport vehicle is avoided, and the transport quality of the fresh products in the transport process is further ensured; when the fresh products in the transport vehicle need to be unloaded, air in the extrusion air cushion 21 is pumped into the heat preservation air storage tank 22 through the first inflator pump, so that the extrusion air cushion 21 is contracted at the top of the heat preservation carriage 2, and the unloading of the fresh products on the transport vehicle is facilitated; when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature in a certain separating air cushion 4 is lower than a set value, firstly, the controller controls the moving part 24 to adjust the position of the corresponding temperature-adjusting air cushion 23 according to the displacement of the separating air cushion 4 fed back by the displacement sensor 25; when the position of the temperature adjusting air cushion 23 is adjusted to be aligned with the partition air cushion 4, the controller controls the second inflator pump to work, the second inflator pump pumps cold air in the carriage air cushion 3 into the temperature adjusting air cushion 23, the adjusting air cushion continuously expands, the second inflator pump stops working until the adjusting air cushion is in contact with the partition air cushion 4, the cold air in the adjusting air cushion is cooled down for air in the partition air cushion 4 in a heat conduction mode, and then the pointed compensation for the position with raised local temperature is realized, so that the stability and uniformity of the temperature in the heat preservation carriage 2 are ensured, and the refrigeration effect of fresh products in the transportation process is further improved.

Claims (8)

1. A long-distance transport vehicle for fresh products comprises a vehicle body (1), a heat preservation compartment (2) and a refrigerator; the heat preservation carriage (2) is arranged on the vehicle body (1); the refrigerator is used for providing cold air for the interior of the heat preservation compartment (2); the method is characterized in that: the transport vehicle also comprises a carriage air cushion (3), a baffle air cushion (4), an air pipe (5), a main pressure pump and an overflow valve;
the carriage air cushion (3) is arranged around the heat-insulation carriage (2) and on the inner wall of the top of the heat-insulation carriage; the carriage air cushion (3) is of an integral inflatable structure;
the baffle air cushions (4) are arranged on two sides of the door of the heat preservation carriage (2); the baffle air cushions (4) are arranged along the vertical direction, and a distance is reserved between every two adjacent baffle air cushions (4); the baffle air cushion (4) is communicated with the carriage air cushion (3) through the air pipe (5);
the refrigerator is arranged between the main pressure pump and the carriage air cushion (3); the overflow valve is arranged at a position, far away from the main pressure pump, on the carriage air cushion (3).

The fresh produce over-the-road vehicle of claim 1, wherein: a through groove (41) is transversely arranged at the upper end of the baffle air cushion (4); a strip-shaped magic tape hair surface (42) penetrates through the through groove (41); and a magic tape hook surface (43) is arranged at the position of the carriage air cushion (3) corresponding to the magic tape matt surface (42).

The fresh produce over-the-road vehicle of claim 1, wherein: baffle air cushions (44) are arranged on the surface of one side of the baffle air cushion (4) at intervals along the vertical direction; the baffle air cushion (44) is communicated with the baffle air cushion (4); a zipper (45) is arranged on the outer side of the baffle air cushion (44); the zipper (45) is closed to block the baffle air cushion (44) at the inner side of the zipper (45).

The fresh produce over-the-road vehicle of claim 3, wherein: the other side surface of the baffle air cushion (4) is provided with a structure (46) with alternate concave and convex; one end of the baffle air cushion (44) can be inserted into the structure (46) with the concave and convex parts arranged alternately.

The fresh produce over-the-road vehicle of claim 1, wherein: the middle part of the heat insulation carriage (2) is provided with an extrusion air cushion (21); the inflation state of the extrusion air cushion (21) can realize the extrusion of the baffle air cushions (4) at two sides; the upper end of the extrusion air cushion (21) is fixedly connected to the top of the carriage air cushion (3); the extrusion air cushion (21) is connected with the heat preservation air storage tank (22) through a first inflator pump; the first inflator pump is used for transferring the air in the extrusion air cushion (21) and the heat preservation air storage tank (22); a heat-insulating layer is arranged outside the heat-insulating gas storage tank (22); the heat preservation air storage tank (22) is fixedly connected to the outside of the heat preservation carriage (2).

The fresh produce over-the-road vehicle of claim 5, wherein: a group of columnar temperature adjusting air cushions (23) are arranged in the extrusion air cushion (21); the temperature adjusting air cushion (23) is arranged corresponding to the position of the baffle air cushion (4); the upper end of the temperature adjusting air cushion (23) is connected to the top of the carriage air cushion (3) through a moving component (24); the temperature adjusting air cushion (23) is communicated with the carriage air cushion (3) through a second inflator pump; the second inflator pump is used for transferring the air in the temperature adjusting air cushion (23) and the carriage air cushion (3); the moving component (24) is used for adjusting the position of the temperature adjusting air cushion (23); a displacement sensor (25) is arranged in the middle of the protruding structure of the through groove (41); the displacement sensor (25) is used for detecting the displacement of the barrier air cushion (4); a temperature sensor is arranged in each baffle air cushion (4); the temperature sensor, the displacement sensor (25) and the second inflator pump are all connected with the controller through electric signals.

The fresh produce over-the-road vehicle of claim 6, wherein: two strip-shaped protruding structures (26) are arranged on the temperature adjusting air cushion (23) along the vertical direction; the strip-shaped protruding structures (26) can be tightly attached to the side edges of the barrier air cushions (4) in an inflated state.
8. The fresh produce over-the-road vehicle of claim 7, wherein: a humidity adjusting component is arranged inside the upper end of the baffle air cushion (4); the humidity adjusting component is used for adjusting the humidity inside the baffle air cushion (4).
