本发明公开了一种倾斜引导式纺织面料及其制备方法,包括外层面料、底层面料、多孔连接层、粘接层、透气层、抑菌层;本发明将外层面料和底层面料之间进行纵向分布多个透气层和抑菌层,多个透气层和抑菌层依次相间交错排列并且倾斜分布于外层面料和底层面料之间,如此透气层和抑菌层进行纵向分布实现了透气和抑菌的同时进行,通过透气层和抑菌层依次相间交错排列实现了抑菌和透气的均匀性,将透气层和抑菌层进行倾斜分布,如此延长了透气层的透气路径,提高了透气排湿的效果。

本发明涉及一种倾斜引导式纺织面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着科学技术的发展和生活品质的不断提升,消费者追求日常生活用品的安全性、舒适性有所需求。对于他纺织面料的功能性要求也越来越高,业界亦跟随消费者的需求,积极开发出各种功能性及差别性的纺织面料产品,其中纺织面料的抑菌性已经成了纺织面料的开发重点,现有技术中一般都是通过将有抑菌性能的面料层直接通过结构胶贴合或者编织与面料的经线纬线内侧,而如此的结构的纺织面料直接采用层铺式的方式导致面料的透气性插,进而导致面料的其他性能受到影响。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明解决的问题为:提供一种结构稳固、具有透气抑菌的纺织面料及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种倾斜引导式纺织面料,包括外层面料、底层面料、多孔连接层、粘接层、透气层、抑菌层;所述外层面料和底层面料分别上下相对平行设置;所述外层面料和底层面料之间纵向分布多个透气层和抑菌层;所述透气层和抑菌层依次相间交错排列;所述透气层和抑菌层之间设置粘接层;所述透气层和抑菌层倾斜分布于外层面料和底层面料之间;所述透气层和抑菌层上下两侧设置多孔连接层连接于外层面料和底层面料之间;所述多孔连接层包括如下重量份的组分:六方氮化硼20至30份、纳米氧化铝10至15份、聚丙烯50至60份、碳酸钙10至20份;所述粘接层包括如下重量份的组分:六方氮化硼20至30份、纳米氧化铝10至15份、聚丙烯50至60份。
进一步,所述多孔连接层的厚度为外层面料的五分之一。
进一步,所述粘接层的水平厚度为透气层水平厚度的四分之一。
进一步,所述抑菌层为竹纤维层。

一种倾斜引导式纺织面料的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、配置多孔连接层:将六方氮化硼、纳米氧化铝、聚丙烯、碳酸钙四周粉末形态的组分一同放入水中进行搅拌,形成多孔连接层糊料;多孔连接层各组分与水的质量比为50:1;
S2、配置粘接层:将六方氮化硼、纳米氧化铝、聚丙烯三种粉末形态的组分加入水中搅拌混合,得到粘接层糊料;粘接层各组分与水的质量比为50:1;
S3、涂刷:将多个透气层和抑菌层柔性薄片依次纵向倾斜分布,并且相间交错分布,在透气层和抑菌层之间涂刷粘接层糊料;然后送入烘干机中于30至40℃环境中加热20至30min;
S4、热压定型:在外层面料和底层面料的一侧面上涂刷多孔连接层糊料,将涂刷了多孔连接层糊料的外层面料和底层面料分别贴合于透气层和抑菌层的上下两侧,将上述面料通过复合机进行热压贴合,压力为18kg/cm3 至22kg/cm3,温度为50至60℃。
本发明的有益效果
1.本发明将外层面料和底层面料之间进行纵向分布多个透气层和抑菌层,多个透气层和抑菌层依次相间交错排列并且倾斜分布于外层面料和底层面料之间,如此透气层和抑菌层进行纵向分布实现了透气和抑菌的同时进行,通过透气层和抑菌层依次相间交错排列实现了抑菌和透气的均匀性,将透气层和抑菌层进行倾斜分布,如此延长了透气层的透气路径,提高了透气排湿的效果。
2.本发明的多孔连接层包括六方氮化硼、纳米氧化铝、聚丙烯、碳酸钙,如此利用六面晶体叠加结构的六方氮化硼以及多孔吸附特性的纳米氧化铝,如此极大的增加了多孔连接层的表面积和粘结吸附能力,提高了外层面料和底层面料与透气层和抑菌层连接韧性和强度,同时加入碳酸钙起到受热发泡的作用,使得在热压贴合时使得多孔连接层产生孔隙,如此便于气流的流通和排湿效果;本发明的粘接层包括六方氮化硼、纳米氧化铝、聚丙烯,如此利用六方氮化硼的六面晶体叠加结构以及纳米氧化铝的多孔吸附特性,配合聚丙烯混合受热固化特性,如此极大的提高了粘结层的表面积和粘结吸附能力,进而提高了透气层和抑菌层的连接稳固性。

如图1和2所示,一种倾斜引导式纺织面料,包括外层面料1、底层面料2、多孔连接层5、粘接层6、透气层3、抑菌层4;所述外层面料1和底层面料2分别上下相对平行设置;所述外层面料1和底层面料2之间纵向分布多个透气层3和抑菌层4;所述透气层3和抑菌层4依次相间交错排列;所述透气层3和抑菌层4之间设置粘接层6;所述透气层3和抑菌层4倾斜分布于外层面料1和底层面料2之间;所述透气层3和抑菌层4上下两侧设置多孔连接层5连接于外层面料1和底层面料2之间;所述多孔连接层5包括如下重量份的组分:六方氮化硼20至30份、纳米氧化铝10至15份、聚丙烯50至60份、碳酸钙10至20份;可优选六方氮化硼25份、纳米氧化铝12份、聚丙烯55份、碳酸钙15份;所述粘接层6包括如下重量份的组分:六方氮化硼20至30份、纳米氧化铝10至15份、聚丙烯50至60份,可优选六方氮化硼25份、纳米氧化铝13份、聚丙烯55份。进一步,所述多孔连接层5的厚度为外层面料的五分之一。进一步,所述粘接层6的水平厚度为透气层水平厚度的四分之一。进一步,所述抑菌层4为竹纤维层。进一步,所述外层面料1和底层面料2为羊绒混纺面料。进一步,所述透气层3为冰丝绵面料。
如图1和2所示,一种倾斜引导式纺织面料的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、配置多孔连接层:将六方氮化硼、纳米氧化铝、聚丙烯、碳酸钙四周粉末形态的组分一同放入水中进行搅拌,形成多孔连接层糊料;多孔连接层各组分与水的质量比为50:1。
S2、配置粘接层:将六方氮化硼、纳米氧化铝、聚丙烯三种粉末形态的组分加入水中搅拌混合,得到粘接层糊料;粘接层各组分与水的质量比为50:1。
S3、涂刷:将多个透气层和抑菌层柔性薄片依次纵向倾斜分布,并且相间交错分布,在透气层和抑菌层之间涂刷粘接层糊料;然后送入烘干机中于30至40℃环境中加热20至30min。
S4、热压定型:在外层面料和底层面料的一侧面上涂刷多孔连接层糊料,将涂刷了多孔连接层糊料的外层面料和底层面料分别贴合于透气层和抑菌层的上下两侧,将上述面料通过复合机进行热压贴合,压力为18kg/cm3 至22kg/cm3,温度为50至60℃。

S1、配置多孔连接层:将六方氮化硼、纳米氧化铝、聚丙烯、碳酸钙四周粉末形态的组分一同放入水中进行搅拌,形成多孔连接层糊料;多孔连接层各组分与水的质量比为50:1;
S2、配置粘接层:将六方氮化硼、纳米氧化铝、聚丙烯三种粉末形态的组分加入水中搅拌混合,得到粘接层糊料;粘接层各组分与水的质量比为50:1;
S3、涂刷:将多个透气层和抑菌层柔性薄片依次纵向倾斜分布,并且相间交错分布,在透气层和抑菌层之间涂刷粘接层糊料;然后送入烘干机中于30至40℃环境中加热20至30min;
S4、热压定型:在外层面料和底层面料的一侧面上涂刷多孔连接层糊料,将涂刷了多孔连接层糊料的外层面料和底层面料分别贴合于透气层和抑菌层的上下两侧,将上述面料通过复合机进行热压贴合,压力为18kg/cm3 至22kg/cm3,温度为50至60℃。
