Abstract
The application discloses a belt surface replacing method of a coal mine distribution rubber belt conveyor, which comprises a coal leakage hopper, a flat carrier roller, a guide carrier roller, a winch and a pulley, and comprises the following steps of: a. a square opening is formed in the coal leaking hopper right in front of the roller of the unloading part of the belt conveyor, a flat carrier roller is fixed at the opening, and a steel wire rope is penetrated in the flat carrier roller; b. two guide carrier rollers are fixed at the top of the coal leakage hopper; c. arranging a winch in front of the unloading part; d. a pulley is fixed on a top plate beam in the direction of a tail roller of the adhesive tape machine; e. recovering the old belt surface; f. and (3) feeding a new belt surface, starting the winch, penetrating the new belt surface from the space between the rollers to the machine head unloading part, stopping, penetrating a steel wire rope of the winch through the pulley to be firmly connected and fixed with the new belt surface joint, and starting the winch to pull the new belt surface to a proper position of the upper belt surface to be firmly fixed. The application greatly accelerates the work efficiency, saves the labor force, reduces the direct contact of hands with the belt surface, and reduces the risk of personnel in the work of changing the belt surface.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of belt machines, in particular to a belt surface replacing method of a coal mine distribution belt machine.
Background
The coal mine distribution belt conveyor has short distance and high belt speed, and generally adopts NN 3001600 x7(6+3) type canvas adhesive tape. Because the conveying distance of the belt conveyor is short and the belt surface abrasion amount is large, the belt surface of each belt conveyor needs to be replaced when the belt conveyor runs for 4 months at most. Because the replacement is frequent and the space in the trestle is narrow, the replacement is very inconvenient. When the belt surface is replaced in the prior art, the belt is taken in and out in an clumsy mode of manual pulling, 20 persons need to stand on the belt rack to pull the belt, time and labor are wasted, the working efficiency is low, and the belt is unsafe. Therefore, a method for replacing the belt surface of the coal mine distribution adhesive tape machine is needed to solve the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a method for replacing a belt surface of a rubber belt machine for coal mine distribution, which solves the problems of labor and time waste, low working efficiency and unsafety in replacing the belt surface of the rubber belt machine for coal mine distribution.
The application provides a belt surface replacing method of a coal mine distribution rubber belt conveyor, which comprises a coal leakage hopper, a flat carrier roller, a guide carrier roller, a winch and a pulley, and comprises the following steps of:
a. a square opening is formed in the coal leaking hopper right in front of the roller of the unloading part of the belt conveyor, a flat carrier roller is fixed at the square opening, a steel wire rope penetrates through the flat carrier roller, and the steel wire rope is connected with a winch;
b. two guide carrier rollers are fixed at the top of the coal leakage hopper;
c. arranging a winch in front of the unloading part;
d. a pulley is fixed on a top plate beam in the direction of a tail roller of the adhesive tape machine;
e. recovering the old belt surface, firmly fixing the old belt surface at a position close to the unloading part, disconnecting the old belt surface from the upper belt surface, firmly connecting a steel wire rope of a winch with a joint of the old belt surface disconnected in the direction close to the tail of the machine, starting the winch, and drawing the old belt surface out from between the rollers;
f. a new belt surface is fed, the new belt surface is hoisted in a whole roll, a steel wire rope of a winch is connected to a new belt surface joint according to the running direction of the belt surface and is firmly fixed, the winch is started, the new belt surface penetrates into a machine head unloading part from between rollers and then stops, the steel wire rope of the winch penetrates through a pulley and the new belt surface joint to be firmly connected and fixed, the winch is started, and the new belt surface is pulled to a proper position of the upper belt surface and is firmly fixed;
further, a belt surface replacing method of the coal mine distribution rubber belt conveyor, wherein the winch is a JD-11.4 type dispatching slow-speed winch.
Further, the belt surface of the coal mine distribution adhesive tape machine is replaced, the new belt surface is lifted in a whole roll before entering, and the rolled new belt surface can rotate and unfold along the central shaft.
Further, the belt surface of the belt conveyor for the coal mine distribution bin is replaced by the flat carrier roller159mm*900mm。

According to the technical scheme, the belt surface replacing method of the coal mine distribution rubber belt conveyor comprises a coal leakage bucket 1, a flat carrier roller 4, a guide carrier roller 5, a winch 2 and a pulley 8, and the method comprises the following steps of:
a. a square opening is formed in a coal leaking hopper 1 right in front of a roller of an unloading part of the belt conveyor, a flat carrier roller 4 is fixed at the opening, a steel wire rope 3 penetrates through the flat carrier roller, and the steel wire rope 3 is connected with a winch;
b. two guide carrier rollers 5 are fixed at the top of the coal leakage hopper 1;
c. the winch 2 is arranged in front of the unloading part;
d. a pulley 8 is fixed on a top plate beam in the direction of a tail roller of the adhesive tape machine;
e. recovering the old belt surface 6, firmly fixing the old belt surface 6 at a position close to an unloading part, disconnecting the old belt surface from an upper belt surface, firmly connecting a steel wire rope 3 of the winch 2 with a joint of the old belt surface 6 disconnected in a direction close to the tail of the machine, starting the winch 2, and extracting the old belt surface 6 from between the rollers;
f. and (3) feeding a new belt surface 7, hoisting the new belt surface 7 in a whole roll, connecting a steel wire rope 3 of the winch 2 to a joint of the new belt surface 7 according to the running direction of the belt surface, firmly fixing, starting the winch 2, penetrating the new belt surface 7 from the position between the rollers to a machine head unloading part, stopping, penetrating the steel wire rope 3 of the winch 2 through a pulley 8 and the joint of the new belt surface 7, firmly connecting and fixing, starting the winch 2, pulling the new belt surface 7 to a proper position of the upper belt surface, and firmly fixing.
When the tape surface is replaced, the old tape surface 6 needs to be recovered and then the new tape surface 7 needs to be attached. In order to facilitate the replacement of the belt surface, the coal leakage bucket is provided with a square opening at the position 1 right in front of a roller of the unloading part of the belt conveyor, a flat carrier roller 4 is fixed at the opening, a steel wire rope 3 penetrates through the flat carrier roller, the steel wire rope 3 is connected with a winch, two guide carrier rollers 5 are fixed at the top of the coal leakage bucket 1, and a pulley 8 is fixed on a top plate beam in the direction of the roller at the tail of the belt conveyor.
When the old belt surface 6 is recovered, the old belt surface 6 is firstly disconnected, then the steel wire rope 3 is connected with one end of the disconnected old belt surface 6, the steel wire rope 3 penetrates through the guide carrier roller 5 at the top of the coal leakage hopper 1, and the winch 2 is started to draw out the old belt surface 6.
When the new belt surface 7 is installed, the installation method generally comprises two steps, the first part lifts the coiled new belt surface 7, the new belt surface 7 is guaranteed to rotate along a center shaft after being lifted, then the steel wire rope 3 is connected with one end of the new belt surface 7, then the steel wire rope 3 sequentially penetrates through the guide carrier roller 5, the roller at the tail of the machine, the roller at the coal leakage hopper 1 and the flat carrier roller 4 and then is connected with the winch 2, when the new belt surface 7 penetrates into the machine head unloading part from the position between the rollers, the steel wire rope 3 is stopped, then the steel wire rope 3 is detached from the flat carrier roller 4 to be connected with the winch 2 after passing through the flat carrier roller 4 after the steel wire rope 3 turns around the pulley 8 above, the winch 2 is started, the new belt surface 7 is pulled to a proper position of the upper belt surface, and the new belt surface 7 is firmly fixed.
Preferably, the winch 2 is a JD-11.4 model dispatch slow winch.
Preferably, the new strip surface 7 is lifted in a whole roll before entering, and the new strip surface 7 in the roll can be unfolded along a central shaft in a rotating way.

Claims (5)
1. The belt surface replacing method of the coal mine distribution belt conveyor is characterized by comprising a coal leakage hopper (1), a flat carrier roller (4), a guide carrier roller (5), a winch (2) and a pulley (8), and the method comprises the following steps of:
a. a square opening is formed in a coal leaking hopper (1) right in front of a roller of an unloading part of the belt conveyor, a flat carrier roller (4) is fixed at the opening, a steel wire rope (3) penetrates through the flat carrier roller, and the steel wire rope (3) is connected with a winch;
b. two guide carrier rollers (5) are fixed at the top of the coal leakage hopper (1);
c. arranging a winch (2) in front of the unloading part;
d. a pulley (8) is fixed on a top plate beam in the direction of a tail roller of the adhesive tape machine;
e. recovering the old belt surface (6), firmly fixing the old belt surface (6) at a position close to an unloading part, disconnecting the old belt surface from an upper belt surface, firmly connecting a steel wire rope (3) of a winch (2) with a joint of the old belt surface (6) disconnected in a direction close to the tail of the machine, starting the winch (2), and drawing the old belt surface (6) out of the roller;
f. and (3) feeding a new belt surface (7), hoisting the new belt surface (7) in a whole roll, connecting a steel wire rope (3) of the winch (2) to a joint of the new belt surface (7) according to the running direction of the belt surface, fixing firmly, starting the winch (2), penetrating the new belt surface (7) from the roller to a machine head unloading part, stopping, penetrating the steel wire rope (3) of the winch (2) through a pulley (8) to be connected and fixed firmly with the joint of the new belt surface (7), starting the winch (2), pulling the new belt surface (7) to a proper position of the upper belt surface, and fixing firmly.
2. The belt surface replacing method of the coal mine distribution belt conveyor according to claim 1, wherein the winch (2) is a JD-11.4 model dispatch slow winch.
3. The belt surface replacing method of the coal mine distribution belt conveyor according to claim 1, characterized in that the new belt surface (7) is lifted in a whole roll before entering, and the rolled new belt surface (7) can be unfolded in a rotation mode along a central shaft.
