The inner chamber M2 of the second heat-generating body 61 and the inner chamber M1 of the partition tube 40 communicate to form a placing chamber M.
The first cover 52 is fixed to the periphery of one end of the base plate 51.
The second cover portion 53 is fixedly provided on the other end of the substrate 51.
The first sheath portion 52 is fitted around the outer periphery of the second heating element 61 by interference fit. The second sleeve portion 53 is fitted around the outer periphery of the separator tube 40 with interference.
Optionally, the base plate 51, the first sleeve portion 52 and the second sleeve portion 53 are integrally formed to improve the stability of the connector 50.
In some embodiments, the connecting member 50 may also be a colloid, i.e., the colloid is used to fixedly connect the second heating element 61 and the separating tube 40.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 10, the connecting member 50 includes a fixing plate 5a and fixing posts 5b disposed at two ends of the fixing plate 5 a. One end of the second heating element 61 close to the separating tube 40 is provided with a first fixing hole 6a, and one end of the separating tube 40 close to the second heating element 61 is correspondingly provided with a second fixing hole 4 a. The two fixing columns 5b are inserted into the first fixing hole 6a and the second fixing hole 4a in a one-to-one corresponding interference manner.
Referring to fig. 11, the present application further relates to a heating module 300, wherein the heating module 300 includes a base 10, a sleeve 20, a first heating element 30, a separation tube 40, a connecting member 50, and a second heating element 60.
The sleeve 20 is fixedly arranged on the base 10. The sleeve 20 comprises a first accommodating cavity 20a and a second accommodating cavity 20b, wherein the first accommodating cavity 20a is communicated with the second accommodating cavity 20b, and the second accommodating cavity 20b is positioned at one end of the first accommodating cavity 20a far away from the base 10.
The first heating element 30 is fixedly disposed in the first accommodating chamber 20a, and the first heating element 30 is fixedly connected to the base 10.
The separation tube 40 is disposed on the first heating assembly 30 and is located in the second receiving chamber 20 b.
The connecting member 50 is fixedly provided to the separation tube 40. The connecting member 50 is fixedly disposed in the second receiving chamber 20 b.
The second heating assembly 60 is disposed on the separation tube 40. Specifically, the second heating assembly 60 is detachably provided on the separation tube 40 through the connection member 50.
It should be noted that the structure and the operation principle of the heating module 300 of the present embodiment are similar to or the same as those of the heating module 300 of the electronic smoking set 1000 of the above embodiment, and please refer to the contents of the heating module 300 of the electronic smoking set 1000 of the above embodiment, which will not be described herein again.
According to the heating module and the electronic smoking set, the first heating assembly is adopted to heat air entering the second air passage, so that hot air is firstly diffused to the lower part of the placing cavity to firstly heat the lower part of the fuming medium; and simultaneously heating the fuming medium on the upper part or/and the middle part of the placing cavity by using a second heating component. This application adopts two heating element to carry out the sectional type heating to the medium of fuming, has improved and has preheated efficiency and homogeneity, also improves the efficiency and the homogeneity of smoking stage to the medium of fuming heating to smog taste has been improved.
The above detailed description is made on the heating module and the electronic smoking set provided by the embodiment of the present application, and the principle and the implementation manner of the present application are explained by applying specific examples, and the description of the above embodiments is only used to help understanding the technical scheme and the core idea of the present application; those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (12)

1. A heating module for an electronic smoking article, the heating module comprising:
a base;
the sleeve is fixedly arranged on the base and comprises a first accommodating cavity and a second accommodating cavity, the first accommodating cavity is communicated with the second accommodating cavity, and the second accommodating cavity is positioned at one end, far away from the base, of the first accommodating cavity;
the first heating assembly is fixedly arranged in the first accommodating cavity;
the separation pipe is arranged on the first heating assembly and is positioned in the second accommodating cavity; and
the second heating assembly is arranged on the separation pipe and is positioned in the second accommodating cavity;
the inner side of the separation tube and the inner side of the second heating assembly define a placing cavity, and the placing cavity is used for placing a smoking medium.
2. The heating module of claim 1, wherein the first heating element comprises:
the shell is of a hollow structure with an upper opening and a lower opening, is fixedly arranged on the base and is arranged in the first accommodating cavity;
the first heating body is fixedly arranged in the shell, and a concave part is formed in one end, facing the base, of the first heating body;
a first heating member provided in the recess portion for heating the first heating body; and
the first temperature sensing element is arranged on the first heating body and used for sensing the temperature of the first heating body.
3. The heating module as claimed in claim 2, wherein a recess is provided at a middle of an outer circumferential side of the first heat generating body, and the first temperature sensing member is disposed in the recess.
4. The heating module of claim 2, wherein the inner peripheral wall of the sleeve forms a first air passage with the second heating assembly, the separator tube, and the outer peripheral wall of the housing in that order;
at least one through groove is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the first heating body, the extending direction of the through groove is consistent with the extending direction of the first heating body, the through groove and the inner wall of the shell define a second air passage, and the sunken part is isolated from the second air passage;
the first air passage is communicated with the outside air and the second air passage, and the second air passage is communicated with the bottom of the placing cavity.
5. The heating module of claim 4, wherein the through slots are evenly and spaced along a circumferential direction of the first heat generating body.
6. The heating module according to claim 4, wherein the separation tube comprises a tube body and a fixing portion connected to an end of the tube body, the fixing portion being in the form of a sleeve; the shell comprises a convex ring, and the convex ring is arranged on the periphery of the shell and is positioned at one end of the shell, which is far away from the base;
the fixing part is sleeved on the convex ring, and the convex ring is fixedly connected with the fixing part in an interference manner.
7. The heating module according to claim 6, wherein a gas hole is disposed between the tube and the fixing portion, and the gas hole communicates the placing cavity and the second gas channel.
8. The heating module of claim 1, wherein the second heat generating component comprises:
the second heating element is cylindrical and is arranged on the separation pipe;
a second heating member that is provided on an outer peripheral side of the second heat-generating body and heats the second heat-generating body; and
and the second temperature sensing piece is arranged on the second heating body and used for sensing the temperature of the second heating body.
9. The heating module according to claim 8, wherein the second heating element further comprises a barrier layer, the second heating element is a resistance wire, the resistance wire is arranged on the periphery of the second heating element, and the barrier layer covers the resistance wire.
10. The heating module of claim 8, further comprising a connecting member, wherein the second heat generating body is fixedly connected to the separation tube through the connecting member.
11. The heating module of claim 10, wherein the connector comprises:
the substrate is provided with a through hole which is respectively communicated with the inner cavity of the second heating body and the inner cavity of the separation tube;
the first sleeve part is fixedly arranged on the periphery of one end of the substrate; and
the second sleeve part is fixedly arranged on the periphery of the other end of the substrate;
the first sleeve part is sleeved on the periphery of the second heating body in an interference manner, and the second sleeve part is sleeved on the periphery of the separation pipe in an interference manner.
12. An electronic smoking article comprising a battery module, a control drive module, and the heating module of any one of claims 1-11;
the battery module is electrically connected with the control driving module, and the control driving module is electrically connected with the heating module.
