A breast fan forming machine is characterized by comprising a machine frame (1), and a driving mechanism (2), a preforming mechanism (3), a stretching forming mechanism (4) and a control device (5) which are arranged on the machine frame (1), wherein the control device (5) is electrically connected with the preforming mechanism (3) and the stretching forming mechanism (4) in a control mode respectively, and the driving mechanism (2) is in driving connection with the preforming mechanism (3); preforming mechanism (3) include screw extrusion device (31), feeder hopper (32) and extrusion die head (33), feeder hopper (32) set up in on screw extrusion device (31), extrusion die head (33) set up in the export of screw extrusion device (31) is terminal, stretch forming mechanism (4) are close to the output of extrusion die head (33), dairy products material by feeder hopper (32) get into screw extrusion device (31) carry out screw extrusion, and dairy products material behind the screw extrusion passes through again extrusion die head (33) extrusion forms continuous emulsion output, and the emulsion warp stretch forming mechanism (4) are tensile after, make the milk fan.

The milk fan forming machine according to claim 1, wherein the spiral extruding device (31) comprises an extruding cylinder (311), an input shaft (312) and a screw (313), the screw (313) is rotatably arranged in the extruding cylinder (311) and forms an annular gap of 1-5 mm with the inner wall of the extruding cylinder (311), one end of the input shaft (312) is detachably connected with one end of the screw (313), the other end of the input shaft (312) is in driving connection with the driving mechanism (2), the extrusion forming die head (33) is arranged at the tail end of an outlet of the extruding cylinder (311), and the feed hopper (32) is arranged on the extruding cylinder (311) and communicated with the inside of the extruding cylinder (311).

The milk fan forming machine according to claim 2, wherein the extrusion forming die head (33) comprises a gradually-closing tapered head (331) and a forming extrusion head (332), the large end of the tapered head (331) is fixedly connected with the outlet end of the extrusion cylinder (311), the small end of the tapered head is fixedly connected with one end of the forming extrusion head (332), the forming extrusion head (332) is formed with a flat through hole (3321), and the flat through hole (3321) is communicated with the tapered head (331).

The fan forming machine according to claim 3, wherein a cooling hood (314) surrounding the outer surface of the extrusion cylinder (311) is further provided near the outlet end of the extrusion cylinder (311), and the temperature of the material in the extrusion cylinder (311) is controlled by the flow of the cooling liquid in the cooling hood (314).

The milk fan forming machine according to claim 4, characterized in that the screw (313) is provided with blades (a) which are spirally arranged along the axial direction thereof, and the axial distance between the two blades (a) is gradually decreased along the conveying direction of the dairy product.

The milk fan forming machine according to claim 5, characterized in that the diameter of the rotating shaft of the screw (313) is arranged in a sequential increasing order along the conveying direction of the milk material, and the outer diameter of the blades (a) on the screw (313) is kept consistent.

Fan forming machine according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the screw extrusion means (31) are arranged horizontally, the stretching forming mechanism (4) comprises a heat preservation device (41), a stretching roller (42), a second driving motor (43) and a plurality of supporting rollers (44), the second driving motor (43) is electrically connected with the control device (5), the input ends of the supporting rollers (44) are close to the lower part of the outlet end of the extrusion forming die head (33), the heat preservation device (41) is arranged above the plurality of supporting rollers (44), the stretching roller (42) is arranged at the output end of a plurality of supporting carrier rollers (44), and the axial direction of the stretching roller (42) and the axial direction of the supporting carrier roller (44) are arranged in parallel, the second drive motor (43) is in driving connection with the stretching roller (42).
8. The fan forming machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the upper end face of the stretching roller (42) is kept flush with the upper end face of the support roller (44).

The dairy fan forming machine according to claim 8, further comprising a material rolling mechanism (6) including a rotating bracket (61), an automatic cutter (62), a material rolling roller (63) and a pressing spring (64), wherein the rotating bracket (61) is rotatably fixed on the frame (1), the rotating bracket (61) is provided with at least two cantilevers (611), each cantilever (611) forms an included angle, and the material rolling roller (63) is rotatably arranged on the cantilevers (611); one end of the compression spring (64) is connected with the end part of the rotating bracket (61), and the other end of the compression spring is fixed on the rack (1) and is used for tightly pressing the rolling drum (63) on the surface of the stretching drum (42) and winding the stretched and molded milk fan on the rolling drum (63); the automatic cutter (62) is arranged above the stretching roller (42) and is used for cutting the formed dairy fan into fixed length.

A milk fan forming machine according to claim 9, characterized in that the driving mechanism (2) comprises a first driving motor (21), a driving pulley (22), a driven pulley (23) and a transmission belt (24), the driving pulley (22) being arranged on an output shaft of the first driving motor (21), the driven pulley (23) being arranged on the input shaft (312), the transmission belt (24) connecting the driving pulley (22) and the driven pulley (23).

The fan forming machine according to claim 7, wherein the plurality of support rollers (44) are parallel unpowered rollers, the axial direction of the support rollers is perpendicular to the output direction of the extrusion forming die head (33), two ends of each support roller (44) are respectively arranged on the frame (1) through a roller frame (45), and the support rollers (44) are rotatably fixed on the roller frames (45).

The dairy fan forming machine according to claim 11, wherein the heat preservation device (41) comprises a fan housing (411) and a hot air blower (412), the hot air blower (412) is fixed in the fan housing (411) and electrically connected to the control device (5), the fan housing (411) is covered and disposed at a position right above the plurality of support rollers (44) and fixedly connected to the rack (1), and the temperature and the wind speed of the hot air blower (412) are controlled to maintain the temperature of the extruded dairy product at a certain temperature.
