本发明公开了一种资源配置方法及装置、计算机存储介质,所述方法包括:终端记录第一时间周期中的第一时间范围内的上行发射对应的SAR累积值;所述终端基于上下行配置信息,确定所述第一时间周期中的第二时间范围内的上行符号对应的SAR累积值,所述第一时间周期包括所述第一时间范围和所述第二时间范围;所述终端基于所述第一时间范围内的上行发射对应的SAR累积值和所述第二时间范围内的上行符号对应的SAR累积值,确定所述第一时间周期的SAR余量,将所述第一时间周期的SAR余量发送给网络设备,以通过所述网络设备基于所述第一时间周期的SAR余量调整所述第二时间范围内的上行资源。
