A chassis, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, includes a chassis body 10, a tray structure 20, and a heat dissipation structure 30, wherein: the surface of the case body 10 is provided with a pipeline groove 13, and the case body is arranged in the tray structure 20; the tray structure 20 comprises a tray upper seat 21, a tray base 22 and a damping unit 24, wherein the damping unit 24 is arranged on the surface of the tray base 22, and the tray upper seat 21 is arranged on the damping unit 24; the heat sink 30 includes at least one pipe, and the pipe is disposed in the pipe groove 13.

As shown in fig. 1, the main body 14 of the housing body 10 is a unitary structure, and may be integrally formed by casting or the like. The surface of the main body 14 of the case body 10 is provided with a duct groove 13 for disposing a heat dissipation duct. The case body 10 further includes a front panel 11 and a rear panel 12, and the front panel 11 and the rear panel 12 may be connected to the main body portion 14 of the case body 10 by detachable means such as screws or the like. The lower portion of the case body 10 is provided with a quick plug interface for connecting an input port 31 and an output port 32 of a heat dissipation pipeline. For example, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the inlet of the heat dissipation duct is the lower right corner of the chassis body, and the outlet of the heat dissipation duct is the lower left corner of the chassis body. The surface of the case body 10 may further be provided with a concave-convex groove to increase the heat dissipation area, thereby facilitating the quick heat dissipation of the case. The chassis body 10 is designed in a special shape, namely the upper surface of the chassis body comprises a first surface and a second surface, wherein the difference between the first surface and the second surface is a preset height, in the actual installation process, a higher part can be used for installing a digital single machine with a larger size, a lower part can be used for installing an analog single machine with a smaller size, and the space of a loading area is effectively saved.
The tray structure 20 includes a tray upper seat 21, a tray base 22 and a damping unit 24, wherein the damping unit 24 is disposed on the surface of the tray base 22, and the tray upper seat 21 is disposed on the damping unit 24. The number of cells 24 is equal to or greater than 4, for example, preferably 6 in the embodiment of the present disclosure. The damping unit is connected with the tray base 22 and the tray upper seat 21 through a fixing structure, and the fixing interface can be a screw. The vibration of the case body caused by mechanical vibration can be effectively reduced, and the reliability of the radar case in the flight process of the airplane is greatly improved. The upper tray seat 21 is provided with a positioning device 23 for positioning the casing body 10. The positioning device 23 comprises a positioning pin clamping seat and a positioning pin clamping head, wherein the positioning pin clamping seat is arranged on the tray upper seat 21, the positioning pin clamping head is arranged on the surface of the case body 10, for example, on the rear panel 12 of the case body 10, the positioning pin clamping seat is matched with the positioning pin clamping head so as to realize the rapid positioning assembly of the case body 10.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the chassis body 10 connected to the front panel 11 is provided with two mounting ears respectively located at two sides of the bottom, and the mounting ears are provided with holes, for example; the tray structure 20 is provided with, for example, screw holes corresponding to the mounting holes, so that the chassis body 10 and the tray structure 20 can be quickly and stably connected together.
The heat sink 30 includes at least one pipe 33, which is disposed in the pipe groove 13 and into which a cooling fluid, such as water, is introduced. Heat sources such as a digital unit, an analog unit and the like in the case are connected with the case body 10 through nuts or locking devices, and after the heat is transmitted to the case body, the heat is taken out through circulation of cooling liquid, so that the heat dissipation performance of the case can be greatly improved.
In this embodiment, the case body 10, the tray structure 20, and the heat dissipation structure 30 of the case are designed in blocks, and the case is integrally welded, so that the risk of liquid leakage in the pipeline 33 can be greatly reduced.
The application provides a machine case, and the radiating effect is good, has quick assembly disassembly performance, and the simultaneous design has damping device, realizes the use of machine case under complicated operating mode condition.

the heat dissipation device (30) comprises at least one pipeline, and the pipeline is arranged in the pipeline groove (13).

9. The chassis of claim 1, the surface of the chassis body (10) further comprising a relief groove.
10. The cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the shock absorbers are connected to the tray base (22) and the tray upper seat (21) by fixing structures, respectively.
