Abstract
The invention provides a high-safety power station operation and maintenance virtual display image generation method, a storage medium, a virtual display server and a virtual display system, wherein the virtual display system comprises the virtual display server and a virtual display terminal: the virtual display server acquires actual operation data of the power station, generates a virtual display image according to the actual operation data and sends the virtual display image to the virtual display terminal; and the virtual display terminal acquires and displays the virtual display image. Compared with the prior art, the virtual display system provided by the invention has the advantages that the virtual display server can generate the virtual display image according to the actual operation data, the virtual display terminal can display the power station condition in front of the operation and maintenance personnel by acquiring the virtual display image without displaying according to the monitoring video, so that the virtual display system does not need to be additionally provided with a camera device for the power station, and the defects of the current operation and maintenance system are overcome.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of power station operation and maintenance, in particular to a high-safety power station operation and maintenance virtual display image generation method, a storage medium, a virtual display server and a virtual display system.
Background
Virtual Reality (VR) technology is a technology that can convert data in real life into virtual objects that can be seen by people, the virtual objects do not exist in the real world in front of us, but a real world is simulated in front of us by using computer technology, and the virtual objects exist in the simulated real world, so the technology is called virtual reality. The Augmented Reality (AR) technology is a technology that skillfully fuses virtual information and a real world, and virtual information content is overlapped in the real world, that is, a real environment and a virtual object are fused so that the two can exist in the same picture and space at the same time. Because both VR technology and AR technology essentially display virtual information in the presence of virtual objects that people can feel in reality, both VR technology and AR technology belong to virtual display technology, and such virtual display technology is often applied in power station operation and maintenance. The reason for this is that the workload of operation and maintenance of the power station is very large, and personal injury caused by irregular operation is very easy to occur. In the face of such a situation, a remote operation and maintenance system is currently available, and the power station situation is displayed in front of operation and maintenance personnel through a virtual display terminal (including a VR terminal or an AR terminal) so as to avoid possible danger when the power station enters the operation and maintenance personnel in person. The current remote operation and maintenance system monitors the condition of a power station by utilizing camera equipment such as a camera and the like, then sends a monitoring video to a VR terminal or an AR terminal, and the VR terminal or the AR terminal displays the condition of the power station according to the monitoring video so as to be used for operation and maintenance personnel to carry out operation and maintenance. However, the operation and maintenance system has the disadvantages that the power station needs to be modified, and a camera or other camera equipment enough for monitoring each equipment must be additionally arranged at the power station to enable the VR terminal or the AR terminal to display the power station condition.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a high-safety power station operation and maintenance virtual display image generation method, a storage medium, a virtual display server and a virtual display system, and the method, the storage medium, the virtual display server and the virtual display system are used for carrying out remote operation and maintenance without installing camera equipment on a power station.
The reason that a camera enough for monitoring each device must be additionally installed at a power station in the current operation and maintenance system is that a common virtual display terminal cannot directly generate a virtual display image through actual operation data of the power station, and the condition of the power station must be displayed according to a monitoring video.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a high-safety power station operation and maintenance virtual display image generation method, which comprises the following steps:
acquiring actual operation data of the power station;
and generating a virtual display image according to the actual operation data.
Correspondingly, the invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, which includes a stored computer program, wherein when the computer program runs, the device where the computer-readable storage medium is located is controlled to execute the foregoing high-security power station operation and maintenance virtual display image generation method.
Correspondingly, the invention further provides a high-safety power station operation and maintenance virtual display server, which comprises a processor and the computer readable storage medium, wherein the processor executes a computer program stored in the computer readable storage medium to generate a virtual display image, and sends the generated virtual display image to a virtual display terminal.
Correspondingly, the invention also provides a high-safety power station operation and maintenance virtual display system which comprises the virtual display server and a virtual display terminal used for acquiring and displaying the virtual display image.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a high-safety power station operation and maintenance virtual display image generation method, a storage medium, a virtual display server and a virtual display system, wherein the virtual display system comprises the virtual display server and a virtual display terminal, the virtual display server can generate a virtual display image according to actual operation data, the virtual display terminal can display the condition of a power station in front of operation and maintenance personnel by acquiring the virtual display image without displaying according to a monitoring video, so that camera equipment does not need to be additionally arranged on the power station if the virtual display system is used for remote operation and maintenance, and the defects of the current operation and maintenance system are improved.
Furthermore, the invention also provides a preferable scheme of the high-safety power station operation and maintenance virtual display system, the virtual display system can further comprise a safety communication server, the virtual display server obtains the actual operation data of the power station through the safety communication server, the safety communication server does not comprise an active communication device for actively connecting and communicating with the power station, and only comprises a passive receiving device for receiving the actual operation data sent by the power station according to the communication protocol. In the scheme, the virtual display server can only acquire the actual operation data of the power station through the safety server, the safety server cannot actively establish communication with the power station and can only passively receive information sent by the power station, so that the virtual display system cannot actively send information to the power station, the condition that Trojan horse enters the power station system by utilizing the virtual display system to cause accidents is avoided, and the safety of the power station is guaranteed. The virtual display system not only protects the personal safety of operation and maintenance personnel in a remote operation and maintenance mode, but also ensures the operation safety of a power station by utilizing a safety communication server.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a high-safety real-time remote operation and maintenance virtual display system for a power station, which can be implemented in such a way that the system comprises an HTTP server of a safety communication server, a VR server serving as a virtual display server, a VR terminal serving as a virtual display terminal and a switching station (namely the power station) communicated with the HTTP server; one embodiment may be that the system includes an HTTP server that is a secure communication server, an AR server that is a virtual display server, an AR terminal that is a virtual display terminal, and a switching station (i.e., a power station) that communicates with the HTTP server; one embodiment may be that the system includes an HTTP server that is a secure communication server, an AR server and a VR server that are virtual display servers, an AR terminal and a VR terminal that are virtual display terminals, and a switching station (i.e., a power station) that communicates with the HTTP server. The several embodiments are systems constructed based on VR technology or AR technology, which are substantially the same in system construction concept, and those skilled in the art can obtain system structures of another embodiment according to the system structures in one embodiment without any creative effort, so that the following only describes details of the system constructed based on VR technology.
As shown in fig. 1, the high-security real-time remote operation and maintenance virtual display system for a power station includes an HTTP server, a VR terminal, and a switching station (i.e., a power station) in communication with the HTTP server.
The HTTP server does not comprise an active communication device for actively connecting and communicating with the power station, and only comprises a passive receiving device for receiving actual operation data sent by the power station according to a communication protocol, so that a communication request cannot be actively initiated to the switching station, and only the actual operation data of the switching station can be received according to the HTTP protocol. The actual operating data reflect the state of the devices of the switching station, including state information data and state change data: the state information data is periodically sent by the switching station and reflects the current state data of all equipment of the power station; the state change data is transmitted by the power station in real time when detecting that the equipment state changes, and reflects the change of the equipment state. If the actual operation data only comprise the state information data, an HTTP server without an active forwarding function can be selected, the VR server periodically and actively acquires the state information data from the HTTP server, and if the actual operation data comprise the state information data and the state change data, the HTTP server with the active forwarding function needs to be selected. In order to enable the VR server to update the VR image (i.e. the virtual display image) in time, in this embodiment, the actual operation data includes state information data and state change data, and the HTTP server has an active forwarding function.
And the VR server acquires the actual operation data from the HTTP server and generates a VR image according to the actual operation data. The VR server includes a processor and a computer readable storage medium, and execution of a computer program stored on the computer readable storage medium by the processor performs the steps of: and actively acquiring actual running data of the last period from the HTTP server after starting to generate an initial VR image, and continuously receiving the actual running data sent by the HTTP server to update the VR image. Specifically, the VR server includes a data obtaining unit and an image generating unit, where the data obtaining unit is configured to obtain actual operation data, and check whether a device corresponding to state information data (or state change data) in the actual operation data is recorded in a device list according to the actual operation data, if so, send the state information data (or state change data) of the device to the image generating unit, and if not, save the state information of the device; the image generating unit is used for searching an image corresponding to the current state of the equipment in a pre-stored image according to the received state information data (or state change data) of the equipment, and generating an initial VR image or updating the VR image according to the image. One HTTP server can be connected with a plurality of VR servers, one VR server can be connected with a plurality of VR terminals, and the VR servers are deployed near the VR terminals due to the fact that the information transmission quantity between the VR servers and the VR terminals is large.
The VR terminal obtains and displays a VR image, and the VR terminal in this embodiment may adopt a common VR terminal on the market at present.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A high-safety power station operation and maintenance virtual display image generation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring actual operation data of the power station;
and generating a virtual display image according to the actual operation data.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the virtual display image includes VR image and/or AR image.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the actual operation data includes status information data periodically transmitted from the power station, and reflects the current status of the equipment of the power station.
4. The method for generating the high-safety power station operation and maintenance virtual display image according to claim 3, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
in the image generating step, according to the state information data of the equipment, an image corresponding to the current state is searched in the pre-stored images, and the virtual display image is updated according to the image.

The method for generating the high-safety virtual display image for the operation and maintenance of the power station as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the actual operation data comprises state change data, and the state change data is sent by the power station in real time when the state change of the equipment is detected, so that the change of the equipment state is reflected.

A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored computer program, wherein when the computer program runs, the computer-readable storage medium controls an apparatus to execute the high-security power station operation and maintenance virtual display image generation method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.

A high-security power station operation and maintenance virtual display server, comprising a processor and the computer-readable storage medium of claim 6, wherein the processor executes a computer program stored in the computer-readable storage medium to generate a virtual display image, and transmits the generated virtual display image to a virtual display terminal.

A high-safety power station operation and maintenance virtual display system comprises a virtual display terminal used for obtaining and displaying a virtual display image, and is characterized by comprising the virtual display server as claimed in claim 7, wherein the virtual display server sends the virtual display image to the virtual display terminal.

The virtual display system according to claim 8, comprising a secure communication server, wherein the virtual display server obtains the actual operation data of the power station through the secure communication server, and the secure communication server does not comprise an active communication device for actively communicating with the power station, and only comprises a passive receiving device for receiving the actual operation data transmitted by the power station according to the communication protocol.
10. The virtual display system of claim 9, wherein the virtual display server, when turned on, automatically obtains actual operational data from the secure communication server for a previous cycle to generate the initial virtual display image.
