Claims (10)

1. A data pushing method under wide-band and narrow-band fusion is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a broadband-narrowband dual-mode terminal registers to the core network, the broadband-narrowband fusion core network records the network registered by the broadband-narrowband dual-mode terminal;
when the broadband-narrowband convergence network management equipment needs to perform version upgrading or big data pushing on the broadband-narrowband dual-mode terminal, sending a terminal version upgrading or big data pushing instruction to a broadband-narrowband convergence core network;
and when receiving the indication, the narrowband and broadband convergence core network sends corresponding version upgrading data or big data to be pushed to the narrowband and broadband dual-mode terminal according to the network currently registered by the narrowband and broadband dual-mode terminal and the principle of carrying out version upgrading or big data pushing only when the terminal is in a broadband network.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein said sending the corresponding version upgrade data or the big data to be pushed to the narrowband dual-mode terminal according to the network where the narrowband dual-mode terminal is currently registered and according to the principle of performing version upgrade or big data push only when the terminal is in the broadband network comprises:
if the network currently registered by the broadband-narrowband dual-mode terminal is a broadband network, informing the broadband-narrowband fusion network management equipment to send corresponding terminal version upgrading data or big data to be pushed to the broadband-narrowband dual-mode terminal;
and if the network currently registered by the broadband and narrowband dual-mode terminal is a narrowband network, triggering the broadband and narrowband dual-mode terminal to switch to a broadband network, and then sending corresponding version upgrading data or big data to be pushed to the broadband and narrowband dual-mode terminal.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein said triggering the narrowband dual-mode terminal to switch to a broadband network comprises:
the narrowband-wide fusion core network informs the narrowband-wide fusion network management equipment that the narrowband-wide dual-mode terminal is currently in a narrowband network, and sends a terminal version upgrade or big data push indication to the narrowband-wide dual-mode terminal according to the state of the narrowband-wide dual-mode terminal;
after receiving the notification, the broadband and narrowband convergence network management equipment starts a waiting-to-send timer;
the broadband-narrowband dual-mode terminal sends a corresponding terminal version upgrading or big data pushing response message to the broadband-narrowband fusion core network according to the received terminal version upgrading or big data pushing indication, and executes the process of switching to a broadband network; after the switching is finished, sending a terminal version upgrading or big data pushing response message to the broadband and narrowband fusion network management equipment through the broadband and narrowband fusion core network;
and if the broadband-narrowband convergence network management equipment receives the terminal version upgrading or big data pushing response message before the waiting-to-send timer is not overtime, sending the corresponding version upgrading data or big data to be pushed to the broadband-narrowband dual-mode terminal.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein sending a terminal version upgrade or big data push indication to the narrowband dual-mode terminal according to the status of the narrowband dual-mode terminal comprises:
if the broadband/narrowband dual-mode terminal is in service, sending a narrowband downlink associated channel signaling to the broadband/narrowband dual-mode terminal, wherein the narrowband downlink associated channel signaling carries the terminal version upgrading or big data push indication;
and if the broadband and narrowband dual-mode terminal is in an idle state, sending a state short message to the broadband and narrowband dual-mode terminal, wherein the state short message carries a terminal version upgrading or big data pushing indication.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the sending the corresponding terminal version upgrade or big data push response message to the narrowband converged core network comprises:
when the terminal version upgrading or big data push indication is carried by the narrow-band downlink associated channel signaling, the wide-band and narrow-band dual-mode terminal sends a narrow-band uplink associated channel signaling to the wide-band and narrow-band fusion core network, and the narrow-band uplink associated channel signaling carries the terminal version upgrading or big data push response message;
and when the terminal version upgrading or big data push indication is carried by the state short message, the broadband-narrowband dual-mode terminal sends the state short message carrying the terminal version upgrading or big data push response message to the broadband-narrowband fusion core network.
6. A data push system under wide-narrow band fusion is characterized by comprising a wide-narrow band fusion core network, wide-narrow band fusion network management equipment, a wide-narrow band fusion base station and a wide-narrow band dual-mode terminal;
the wide-narrow band fusion core network is used for recording the network registered by the wide-narrow band dual-mode terminal when the wide-narrow band dual-mode terminal registers to the core network; when receiving a terminal version upgrading or big data pushing instruction, according to a network currently registered by the broadband and narrowband dual-mode terminal and according to a principle of carrying out version upgrading or big data pushing only when the terminal is in a broadband network, sending corresponding version upgrading data or big data to be pushed to the broadband and narrowband dual-mode terminal;
the narrowband and broadband convergence network management equipment is used for sending a terminal version upgrading or big data pushing instruction to a narrowband and broadband convergence core network when the narrowband and broadband dual-mode terminal needs to be subjected to version upgrading or big data pushing.

The system according to claim 6, wherein the narrowband-broadband convergence core network is configured to notify the narrowband-broadband convergence network management device to send corresponding terminal version upgrade data or big data to be pushed to the narrowband-broadband dual-mode terminal if a network in which the narrowband-broadband dual-mode terminal is currently registered is a broadband network; and if the network currently registered by the broadband and narrowband dual-mode terminal is a narrowband network, triggering the broadband and narrowband dual-mode terminal to switch to a broadband network, and then sending corresponding version upgrading data or big data to be pushed to the broadband and narrowband dual-mode terminal.

The system according to claim 7, wherein said narrowband convergence core network is configured to notify said narrowband convergence network management device that said narrowband dual-mode terminal is currently in a narrowband network, and send a terminal version upgrade or a big data push instruction to said narrowband dual-mode terminal according to a state of said narrowband dual-mode terminal;
the broadband and narrowband convergence network management equipment is used for starting a waiting-to-send timer after receiving the notification; if a terminal version upgrading or big data pushing response message is received before the waiting sending timer is not overtime, sending corresponding version upgrading data or big data to be pushed to the broadband-narrowband dual-mode terminal;
the broadband-narrowband dual-mode terminal is used for sending a corresponding terminal version upgrading or big data pushing response message to the broadband-narrowband fusion core network according to the received terminal version upgrading or big data pushing indication and executing the process of switching to a broadband network; and after the switching is finished, sending a terminal version upgrading or big data pushing response message to the broadband and narrowband fusion network management equipment through the broadband and narrowband fusion core network.

The system according to claim 8, wherein the narrowband convergence network management device is configured to send a narrowband downlink associated channel signaling to the narrowband dual-mode terminal if the narrowband dual-mode terminal is in service, where the narrowband downlink associated channel signaling carries the terminal version upgrade or big data push indication; and if the broadband and narrowband dual-mode terminal is in an idle state, sending a state short message to the broadband and narrowband dual-mode terminal, wherein the state short message carries a terminal version upgrading or big data pushing indication.
10. The system according to claim 9, wherein said narrowband-broadband dual-mode terminal is configured to, when sending a corresponding terminal version upgrade or big data push response message, if said terminal version upgrade or big data push indication is carried by said narrowband downlink associated signaling, carry said terminal version upgrade or big data push response message by using narrowband uplink associated signaling; and if the terminal version upgrading or big data pushing indication is carried by the state short message, carrying the terminal version upgrading or big data pushing response message by the state short message.
