本发明公开了一种无槽式轴向磁通永磁旋转变压器,包括定子与转子,所述转子正对定子设置,且定子与转子之间有气隙,所述定子包括定子铁芯与PCB,所述PCB设置在定子铁芯正对转子的一面,PCB上打印有绕组;所述转子包括转子铁芯与磁极,所述磁极等间距设置在转子铁芯正对定子的一面。本发明为轴向磁通式,构造简单,轴向尺寸短。

一种无槽式轴向磁通永磁旋转变压器
技术领域
本发明属于磁通永磁电机技术,具体为一种无槽式轴向磁通永磁旋转变压器。
背景技术
电机驱动的位置反馈测量常用编码器或旋转变压器,旋转变压器在高速场合下运用广泛。现有旋转变压器在全转速范围内需要高频交流励磁信号注入到激励绕组中,这种方案在高速、乃至超高速电机应用中存在局限性,即需要兆赫兹高频信号注入,这降低了系统可靠性、电磁兼容性能,也增加了系统成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出了一种无槽式轴向磁通永磁旋转变压器。
实现本发明目的的技术解决方案为:一种无槽式轴向磁通永磁旋转变压器,包括定子与转子,所述转子正对定子设置,且定子与转子之间有气隙,所述定子包括定子铁芯与PCB,所述PCB设置在定子铁芯正对转子的一面,PCB上打印有绕组;所述转子包括转子铁芯与磁极,所述磁极等间距设置在转子铁芯正对定子的一面。高速下,可以停止向励磁绕组中注入高频激励信号,此时,高速旋转的转子磁场会在定子PCB上感应出两路正交反电势,即正余弦信号,从而可以用于测量转子位置。
优选的,所述气隙宽度在1mm以内。
优选的,所述定子铁芯由硅钢片叠压而成。
优选的,所述磁极的个数为偶数,磁极极性交替排列。
优选的,所述磁极为聚磁结构。
优选的,所述相邻两个磁极间对应设置不小于2n个绕组,n为自然数。
优选的,所述绕组包括正弦反馈绕组与余弦反馈绕组,正弦反馈绕组与余弦反馈绕组交替等间距打印在PCB上。
优选的,所述正弦反馈绕组与余弦反馈绕组个数相同,均为偶数个。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点为:本发明为轴向磁通式,构造简单,效率高,轴向尺寸短、径向尺寸大、功率密度大、散热性好;本发明中无槽结构的设计有效降低了高速运转时电机的温升、噪音及振动;本发明采用PCB,避免人工接线的差错,实现电子元器件自动装插、贴装、焊锡、检测,降低成本,便于维修。
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细的描述。

具体实施方式
如图1~2所示,一种无槽式轴向磁通永磁旋转变压器,包括定子1与转子2,所述转子2正对定子1设置,且定子1与转子2之间有气隙3;所述定子1包括定子铁芯11与PCB12,所述PCB12设置在定子铁芯1正对转子2的一面,所述PCB12上打印有绕组13;所述转子2包括转子铁芯21与磁极22,所述磁极22等间距设置在转子铁芯2正对定子1的一面。
进一步的实施例中,所述气隙3宽度在1mm以内。
进一步的实施例中,所述定子铁芯11由硅钢片叠压而成。
进一步的实施例中,所述磁极22的个数为偶数。在具体实施中,可将转子铁芯21设计为一个整体,在其中嵌入磁极22,磁极极性交替排列。
进一步的实施例中,所述磁极(22)为聚磁结构,如图3所示。
进一步的实施例中,所述相邻两个磁极22间对应设置不小于2的自然数个绕组13。在某些实施例中,相邻两个磁极22间对应设置4个绕组13。
进一步的实施例中,所述绕组13包括正弦反馈绕组与余弦反馈绕组,正弦反馈绕组与余弦反馈绕组交替等间距打印在PCB12上。
进一步的实施例中,所述正弦反馈绕组与余弦反馈绕组个数相同,均为偶数个。在某些实施例中,所述正弦反馈绕组与余弦反馈绕组个数均为8个。
如图4所示,是传感器绕组工作原理示意图,绕组包含两部分电路,即正弦反馈绕组与余弦反馈绕组。随着转子旋转,气隙磁场发生变化,正弦反馈绕组与余弦反馈绕组中分别感应出两路正交电压信号。如图5所示,转子高速旋转时,正弦反馈绕组和余弦反馈绕组中感应出空载反电动势。
电机转子高速运行时,本发明可以直接感应出正余弦反馈信号,从而提供位置信息,具有体积小、重量轻、便于维护、经济高效等显著优点。
本发明采用无槽结构,降低了高速运行下的温升、噪音。同时采用PCB打印绕组,提高自动化程度,降低出错率,便于维修。

Claims (8)

1.一种无槽式轴向磁通永磁旋转变压器,其特征在于,包括定子(1)与转子(2),所述转子(2)正对定子设置,且定子(1)与转子(2)之间有气隙(3),所述定子(1)包括定子铁芯(11)与PCB(12),所述PCB(12)设置在定子铁芯(11)正对转子(2)的一面,所述PCB(12)上打印有绕组(13);所述转子(2)包括转子铁芯(21)与磁极(22),所述磁极(22)等间距设置在转子铁芯(21)正对定子(1)的一面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无槽式轴向磁通永磁旋转变压器,其特征在于,所述气隙(3)宽度在1mm以内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无槽式轴向磁通永磁旋转变压器,所述定子铁芯(11)由硅钢片叠压而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无槽式轴向磁通永磁旋转变压器,其特征在于,所述磁极(22)的个数为偶数,磁极极性交替排列。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的无槽式轴向磁通永磁旋转变压器,其特征在于,所述磁极(22)为聚磁结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无槽式轴向磁通永磁旋转变压器,其特征在于,所述相邻两个磁极(22)间对应设置不小于2n个绕组(13),n为自然数。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无槽式轴向磁通永磁旋转变压器,其特征在于,所述绕组(13)包括正弦反馈绕组与余弦反馈绕组,正弦反馈绕组与余弦反馈绕组交替等间距打印在PCB(12)上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的无槽式轴向磁通永磁旋转变压器,其特征在于,所述正弦反馈绕组与余弦反馈绕组个数相同,均为偶数个。
