Abstract
The invention relates to a suspensible water immersion alarm and a use method thereof, wherein the water immersion alarm comprises a lower shell and an upper cover which are tightly matched and covered; the water immersion alarm also comprises a detection end and a circuit board; the circuit board is fixedly provided with a main control chip, a detection chip and a buzzer for alarming; the lower shell is provided with a wire passing hole for electrically connecting the detection end with the detection chip; the buzzer and the detection chip are electrically connected with the main control chip; the upper cover is provided with the sound-raising hole for the buzzer to raise the sound, when in use, the water immersion alarm can be directly placed on the ground, and the water immersion alarm does not need to be hung and is convenient to use; when water leakage occurs, the liquid overflows and contacts with the detection end, the detection chip converts a resistance value change signal of the detection end after soaking into water into a current voltage signal, and then the main control chip triggers the buzzer to give a loud alarm; along with the rise of the liquid level, the water immersion alarm can float on the water surface, and the components in the lower shell cannot be immersed by water, so that the components in the lower shell are well protected.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water immersion alarms, in particular to a suspensible water immersion alarm and a using method thereof.
Background
The water logging alarm is mainly used for detecting water leakage or water overflow events, and when water leakage or water overflow occurs, the alarm sends out an alarm signal to remind a user of the water leakage or water overflow. At present, most of water immersion alarms are rope type water immersion sensors and are time-consuming to install.

on one hand, the suspensible water immersion alarm comprises a lower shell and an upper cover which are matched and tightly covered; the water immersion alarm further comprises a conductive detection end and a circuit board arranged in the lower shell; the circuit board is fixedly provided with a main control chip, a detection chip electrically connected with the detection end and a buzzer for alarming; the lower shell is provided with a wire passing hole for the detection end to be electrically connected with the detection chip; the buzzer and the detection chip are both electrically connected with the main control chip; the upper cover is provided with a sound raising hole for the buzzer to raise the sound.
On the other hand, the use method of the water immersion alarm is provided, and based on the suspensible water immersion alarm, the water immersion alarm comprises the following steps:
before detection, pressing a sucker to be attached to the ground, and covering the sucker with a conductive cylinder after attachment;
pulling the traction sheet upwards to separate the traction sheet from the limiting groove, rotating the traction sheet after separation, and clamping the traction sheet on a stop pin;
placing a lower shell over each set of said traction pads;
when the conductive tube is recovered, the traction piece is pulled out and clamped into the limiting groove, the traction piece is further pressed downwards, the sucking disc is separated from the ground, and liquid in the conductive tube is discharged downwards.

The embodiment of the invention provides a suspensible water immersion alarm, which comprises a lower shell 10 and an upper cover 11 which are matched and tightly covered as shown in figures 1 and 2; the water immersion alarm also comprises a conductive detection end 12 and a circuit board 13 arranged in the lower shell 10; a main control chip 14, a detection chip 15 electrically connected with the detection end 12 and a buzzer 16 for alarming are fixedly arranged on the circuit board 13; the lower case 10 is provided with a wire passing hole (not shown in the figure) for electrically connecting the detecting terminal 12 and the detecting chip 15; the buzzer 16 and the detection chip 15 are both electrically connected with the main control chip 14; the upper cover 11 is provided with a sound-raising hole 180 for the buzzer 16 to raise the sound, when in use, the water immersion alarm can be directly placed on the ground, and the water immersion alarm does not need to be hung and is convenient to use; when water leakage occurs, liquid overflows and contacts the detection end 12, the detection chip 15 converts a resistance value change signal of the detection end 12 soaked in water into a current voltage signal, and then the main control chip 14 triggers the buzzer 16 to give a loud alarm; along with the rise of the liquid level, the water immersion alarm can float on the water surface, and the components in the lower shell 10 cannot be immersed by water, so that the components in the lower shell 10 are well protected.
As shown in fig. 2, a battery 17 is further disposed in the lower case 10, and the battery 17 supplies power for the operation of each component; the battery 17, the circuit board 13 and the buzzer 16 are arranged in sequence from bottom to top; a first rail 18 corresponding to the battery 17 is further provided in the lower case 10, and the first rail 18 partitions the inner space of the lower case 10 into a first chamber 181 and a second chamber 182; the battery 17 is located within the second chamber 182; a wire through hole (not shown) communicates with the first chamber 181; the first rail 18 is arranged to prevent the battery 17 from moving in the lower case 10 and prevent liquid from directly entering the second chamber 182 when abnormal leakage occurs at the wire passing hole (not shown in the figure), so as to achieve a good protection effect on the battery 17; the opposite inner surfaces of the first rail 18 are provided with a longitudinal first conducting strip 19 and a first slot corresponding to the first conducting strip 19, and the other is provided with a longitudinal second conducting strip 110 and a second slot corresponding to the second conducting strip 110; the first conducting strip 19 conducts the positive pole of the battery 17 and the positive pole of the circuit board 13; the second conducting strip 110 connects the negative electrode of the battery 17 and the negative electrode of the circuit board 13; the circuit board 13 is provided with a first conductive jack 185 and a second conductive jack 186 respectively matched with the first conductive plate 19 and the second conductive plate 110, and the first conductive plate 19 and the second conductive plate 110 have dual functions: firstly, switch on circuit board 13 and battery 17, secondly carry on spacingly to circuit board 13 to overall structure is more compact, practical.

The embodiment of the invention provides a water immersion alarm capable of being suspended, and as shown in fig. 2-4, at least three groups of detection ends 12 are arranged and are uniformly distributed in a circumferential manner; the detection end 12 comprises a hollow conductive cylinder 119, a suction cup 120 positioned in the conductive cylinder 119, a first steel wire 121 fixed with the rear end of the suction cup 120, a traction sheet 122 with the lower surface fixed with the first steel wire 121, and a second steel wire 123 fixed with the upper surface of the traction sheet 122; the pull tab 122 is made of a conductive material; one end of the second steel wire 123 departing from the traction sheet 122 is fixedly welded with the pin of the detection chip 15; the upper end of the conductive cylinder 119 is provided with a limit groove 1812 matched with the traction sheet 122 and a stop component 124 for preventing the traction sheet 122 from rotating during detection; when can ensure rivers to flow through aforementioned structure, the water logging alarm can not washed away, can last the warning in situ, also be convenient for retrieve the water logging alarm simultaneously, need not to waste time and search for. The specific working process is as follows: before suspension, the plurality of groups of traction sheets 122 are matched with and support the lower shell 10; when the electric hand-held device is used, the sucker 120 is pressed to be attached to the ground, the conductive cylinder 119 is used for covering the sucker 120, liquid is prevented from permeating into the adsorption surface of the sucker 120, the traction sheet 122 is pulled upwards to be separated from the limiting groove 1812, the traction sheet 122 is rotated, after the hand is loosened, the first steel wire 121 pulls the traction sheet 122 downwards to be clamped at the cylinder opening of the conductive cylinder 119 due to the fact that the pressure in the sucker 120 is smaller than the atmospheric pressure; at the same time, the stop assembly 124 may prevent the pull tab 122 from shifting; as the liquid level rises, the conductive cylinder 119, the first wire 121 and the pulling piece 122 remain in place under the suction of the suction cup 120, while the lower case 10 can rise due to the second wire 123 being long enough to float on the liquid level; the conductive tube 119, the pulling piece 122, and the second steel wire 123 cooperate to form a conductive path.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the outer diameter of the opening of the suction cup 120 is matched with the inner diameter of the conductive cylinder 119; the water immersion alarm further comprises a circular pressing plate 125 fixed with the lower surface of the traction sheet 122, and a first rubber ring 126 sleeved and fixed on the pressing plate 125; the outer diameter of the first rubber ring 126 is matched with the inner diameter of the conductive cylinder 119; the pressing plate 125 is provided with an avoiding groove 1813 for avoiding the first steel wire 121, and when the pressing plate is suspended, liquid can enter the conductive cylinder 119 through the limiting groove 1812; when the water immersion alarm needs to be recovered, the traction sheet 122 is rotated and clamped into the limiting groove 1812, the pressing plate 125 presses the water column in the conductive cylinder 119 downwards, the speed of restoring the original shape of the suction cup 120 is accelerated, and after the suction cup 120 is separated from the ground, liquid in the conductive cylinder 119 can be quickly discharged.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the stop assembly 124 includes two sets of stop pins 127 uniformly distributed circumferentially; the stop pin 127 is fixed with the upper end part of the conductive cylinder 119 and is made of conductive material; the traction piece 122 is provided with two groups of stopping through grooves 1814 which correspond to the two groups of stopping pins 127 one by one, the traction piece 122 is pulled upwards and then rotates, and then the traction piece is clamped on the stopping pins 127 downwards, so that the use is convenient and the structure is simple; meanwhile, the stop pin 127 is made of a conductive material, so that the whole conductive effect is better.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the outer surface of the second steel wire 123 is provided with a conductive coating, so that the overall conductive effect is better.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a second rubber ring (not shown) is disposed in the wire passing hole (not shown); the inner diameter of the second rubber ring (not shown in the figure) is adapted to the outer diameter of the second steel wire 123, and is bonded and fixed with the inner wall of the wire passing hole (not shown in the figure) to prevent external liquid from entering the interior of the lower shell 10.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment of the invention provides a use method of a water immersion alarm, which comprises the following steps:
step S101: before detection, the sucker is pressed to be attached to the ground, and the sucker is covered by the conductive cylinder after attachment.
Step S102: and pulling the traction piece upwards to separate the traction piece from the limiting groove, rotating the traction piece after separation, and clamping the traction piece on the stop pin.
Step S103: the lower shell is placed over each set of traction tabs.
Step S104: when the conductive tube is recovered, the traction sheet is pulled out and clamped into the limiting groove, the traction sheet is further pressed downwards, the sucking disc is separated from the ground, and liquid in the conductive tube is discharged downwards.

1. A water immersion alarm capable of being suspended comprises a lower shell and an upper cover which are matched and tightly covered; the water immersion alarm is characterized by further comprising a conductive detection end and a circuit board arranged in the lower shell; the circuit board is fixedly provided with a main control chip, a detection chip electrically connected with the detection end and a buzzer for alarming; the lower shell is provided with a wire passing hole for the detection end to be electrically connected with the detection chip; the buzzer and the detection chip are both electrically connected with the main control chip; the upper cover is provided with a sound raising hole for the buzzer to raise the sound.
2. The floatable water immersion alarm of claim 1 wherein a battery is also provided in the lower housing; the battery, the circuit board and the buzzer are sequentially arranged from bottom to top;
a first fence corresponding to the battery is further arranged in the lower shell; the first rail divides the inner space of the lower case into a first chamber and a second chamber; the battery is positioned in the second chamber; the wire passing hole is communicated with the first cavity; one of the opposite inner surfaces of the first fence is provided with a longitudinal first conducting strip and a first clamping groove corresponding to the first conducting strip, and the other one of the opposite inner surfaces of the first fence is provided with a longitudinal second conducting strip and a second clamping groove corresponding to the second conducting strip; the first conducting strip conducts the battery anode and the circuit board anode; the second conducting strip conducts the negative electrode of the battery and the negative electrode of the circuit board; the circuit board is provided with a first conductive jack and a second conductive jack which are respectively matched with the first conductive sheet and the second conductive sheet.

the detection end comprises a hollow conductive cylinder, a sucker positioned in the conductive cylinder, a first steel wire fixed with the rear end of the sucker, a traction sheet with the lower surface fixed with the first steel wire, and a second steel wire fixed with the upper surface of the traction sheet; the traction sheet is made of a conductive material; one end of the second steel wire, which is far away from the traction sheet, is fixedly welded with the pin of the detection chip; the upper end of the conductive cylinder is provided with a limit groove matched with the traction sheet and a locking component for preventing the traction sheet from rotating during detection.

The floatable water immersion alarm of claim 8 wherein a second rubber ring is disposed in the wire passing hole; the inner diameter of the second rubber ring is matched with the outer diameter of the second steel wire, and the second rubber ring is fixedly bonded with the inner wall of the wire passing hole.
10. A method of using a water immersion alarm, based on the suspendable water immersion alarm of any one of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of:
before detection, pressing a sucker to be attached to the ground, and covering the sucker with a conductive cylinder after attachment;
pulling the traction sheet upwards to separate the traction sheet from the limiting groove, rotating the traction sheet after separation, and clamping the traction sheet on a stop pin;
placing a lower shell over each set of said traction pads;
when the conductive tube is recovered, the traction piece is pulled out and clamped into the limiting groove, the traction piece is further pressed downwards, the sucking disc is separated from the ground, and liquid in the conductive tube is discharged downwards.
