The invention can realize on-line management of the qualification judgment of the client, simplify the management operation of the technician on the qualification judgment of the client, reduce the workload of the technician on the qualification judgment of the client, improve the efficiency of the qualification judgment management of the client, reduce the cost of company operation, and update the service state of the client on line in real time to prompt the client so as to improve the use experience of the client.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of the steps of a third embodiment of a service processing method of the present invention is shown, in this embodiment, the method is applied to a service system, which may be connected to a management system. The service system and the management system are the same as the above embodiments and will not be repeated here.
Specifically, the method may comprise the steps of:
step 301, receiving client information sent by the management system, and searching first authority qualification information corresponding to the client information.
In this embodiment, the client information may include information such as an identification card number, a card number, and a certificate type of the client. The first entitlement information may include entitlement determination information that determines the client as having a particular entitlement, service information corresponding to a particular entitlement service that the client may share, numbering information of the client, ranking information of the client, and the like

The invention can realize online management of qualification judgment of the client, can provide specific service for the client online, and can update the service state of the client online in real time, thereby improving the use experience of the client.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart illustrating steps of a fourth embodiment of a service processing method according to the present invention is shown, and in order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the present embodiment, in the present embodiment, an insurance company is taken as an example to illustrate that a high-consumption client is a specific client, a high-consumption client is satisfied as a specific entitlement, and a free medical service provided by the insurance company is served as a specific entitlement. The high insurance coverage may be a customer who has been covered with 100 ten thousand or more in a year, and the customer who has been covered with 100 ten thousand or more in a year may be defined as a high-consumption customer (simply referred to as a high-customer), and when the amount covered by the customer exceeds 100 ten thousand or more, free medical services provided by an insurance company, such as physical examination, doctor reservation, free surgery, etc., may be enjoyed.
In this embodiment, the method is applied to a service system, which may be connected to a management system. The service system and the management system are the same as the above embodiments and will not be repeated here.
The method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 401, generating second entitlement information by adopting preset initialization client information.
In this embodiment, in the beginning of the year, a technician may screen out specific clients meeting the requirements of high-consumption clients from all clients who are insuring in the last year, and upload client information and client data of the specific clients to the service system and the management system. The management system and the service system may take the client information uploaded by the technician as initialized client information, and the management system may generate the second entitlement information according to the initialized client information.
In the present embodiment, the second entitlement information may include second entitlement level information and second entitlement information. Wherein the second rights level information may be a scheme number of the high-consumption client. The scheme number can be used for distinguishing the grades of clients with different insurance amounts, and the insurance amounts of the clients can be various, for example, 100 ten thousand, 120 ten thousand, 150 ten thousand, 180 ten thousand, 300 ten thousand, 500 ten thousand, etc.; the scheme number is 001, and the scheme number can be a high-consumption client with 100 to 200 ten thousand of insurance line; scheme number 002 can be a high-consumption client with an applied credit of 200 to 300 ten thousand, and so on. After the insurance line of the high-consumption customer is satisfied, the insurance company can also adopt the scheme number to grade the high-consumption customer, so as to distinguish the customers with different insurance lines.
And the second qualification information may be service qualification information, which in a specific implementation may be qualification volume information. The qualification volume information may be used to record available service items for the customer, the number of times service items are available, and the like.
For example, the qualification volume information may include service items: doctor appointment, operation times and physical examination items; item number of times available: the doctor is mainly used for diagnosing 2 times, the operation times are 1 time, the physical examination items are 5 items, and the like.
In a preferred embodiment, the solution numbers may have a one-to-one correspondence with the qualification volume information, and after the service system generates the solution numbers according to the client information, the service system may generate corresponding qualification volume information by using the solution numbers according to the correspondence.
For example, the plan number is 001, and the corresponding qualification volume information may be the number of operations: 1 time, physical examination item: 5, doctor reservation: 2 times; scheme number 002, the qualification volume information that can be corresponded is the number of operations: 2 times, physical examination items: 10 doctor appointments: 4 times. Or the scheme number is A1, and the corresponding qualification volume information can be the operation times: 1 time, physical examination item: 3, doctor reservation: 3 times; scheme number is B2, and the corresponding qualification volume information is the operation times: 2 times, physical examination items: 6, doctor reservation: 6 times. Or the scheme number is 01, and the corresponding qualification volume information can be the operation times: 3 times, physical examination items: 12 doctor appointments: 12 times; scheme number 02, the corresponding qualification volume information is the operation times: 2 times, physical examination items: 6, doctor reservation: 6 times, etc.
The level of customers and the free medical services that customers can share can be determined by the plan number and qualification volume information.
Step 402, sending the second entitlement information to the management system.
In this embodiment, the service system may send the solution number and the qualification volume information to the management system, and the management system may store the solution number and the qualification volume information and may query the customer. Before a customer needs to be served, the customer can inquire specific information of the customer through the management system.
Step 403, receiving the client information sent by the management system, and searching the first authority qualification information corresponding to the client information.
In this embodiment, the service system may receive the client information sent by the management system, where the client information may be corresponding client information obtained by the management system according to the first service application request after the management system receives the first service application request of the client.
After the service system receives the client information, the first authority qualification information corresponding to the client can be obtained according to the client information. The customer information may include the customer's identification number, credential type, credential number, etc. Alternatively, the first rights information may include first rights level information and first qualification information.
In this embodiment, the first authority level information may be a scheme number, and the first qualification information may be qualification volume information.
In a specific operation, the service system can acquire the scheme number and qualification volume information corresponding to the client according to the identity card number and the certificate number of the client.
And step 404, sending first entitlement information to the management system through a preset query interface.
In this embodiment, the service system may send the solution number and the qualification volume information to the management system after acquiring the solution number and the qualification volume information corresponding to the client.
In a specific implementation, the service system may include a query interface, and the service system may send the solution number and the qualification volume information to the management system through the query interface.
Step 405, receiving a second service application request sent by the management system, where the second service request is generated by the management system after determining that the client is a specific client with specific rights according to the first rights information and the preset second rights information.
In this embodiment, after the management system receives the scheme number of the client and the qualification volume information, the scheme number may be compared with the scheme number generated by the service system according to the initialized client information stored in the preset database to determine whether the two scheme numbers are the same, if so, the client corresponding to the scheme number is a high-consumption client, the management system may determine whether the qualification volume information is valid, if the number of service items of the qualification volume information is not zero, the qualification volume information is valid, and the management system may determine that the client is a specific client of the free medical service provided by the insurance company. The management system may generate a second service application request according to the first service application request of the client, and send the second service application request to the service system.
And step 406, executing service processing corresponding to the specific authority qualification of the client in response to the second service application request.
In this embodiment, the second service application request may include a service item, where the service item may correspond to a free medical service provided by an insurance company, and the service system may execute the free medical service provided by the corresponding insurance company in response to the second service application request. Free medical services provided by insurance companies may include medical examination services, doctor's registration, doctor's appointment with special surgery, doctor's diagnosis, etc.
In a specific implementation, the service system may be directly connected to a server of the hospital, and by sending a service instruction to the server of the hospital through the service system, the server of the hospital may perform a corresponding operation in response to the service instruction, for example, helping a customer to make a reservation, register, and so on.
In this embodiment, the method may further include:
and when the service processing is executed, modifying preset second service information corresponding to the client, and generating modification qualification information after modification.

receiving preset second entitlement information sent by the service system, wherein the preset second entitlement information is generated by the service system according to initialized client data; the preset second entitlement information comprises second entitlement level information and second entitlement information; the second authority level information is a scheme number, and the second qualification information is qualification volume information; the scheme number is used for distinguishing the grades of the clients according to the applied value limits of the clients; the qualification volume information is used for recording available service items of clients and the times of the available service items; the scheme number has a corresponding relation with the qualification volume information;
receiving a first service application request of a client;
responding to the first service application request, acquiring client information of the client and sending the client information to the service system;
