Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present invention, mainly aiming at the freight note merging of the domestic journey of the forwarding address of the user to the international logistics, so as to solve the problem that the starting price and the freight cost of a plurality of independent freight pieces are respectively calculated, the judgment of the merged freight note can be performed only after different international logistics transfer warehouses are determined through freight channels, and the domestic logistics only has the domestic journey and does not determine the intermediate transfer warehouse through the freight channel, so that the preferred logistics channel in the embodiments of the present invention is the international logistics, such as common international air parcel, international express, international air transportation, international sea transportation, international iron transportation, and the like.
Examples of the present application are further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an information processing method applied to international logistics transportation, including the following steps:
step S100, at least two pieces of initial freight information input by a user are obtained, wherein the initial freight information comprises freight information, address information and freight channel information, and the address information comprises address information of sending and receiving;
step S200, determining an international logistics transfer warehouse according to the address information of the sender and the receiver and the freight channel information;
step S300, merging the address information of the sender and the receiver with the initial freight information which is the same as the international logistics transfer bin to generate first freight information and second freight information corresponding to the merged initial freight information, wherein the first freight information comprises first freight address information and total freight information of the merged initial freight information, and the first freight address information comprises sender address information and international logistics transfer bin address information; the second shipping information includes second shipping address information and shipment information corresponding to the initial shipping information.
It should be noted that the initial shipping information in step S100 is preferably obtained in the form of a form filled by a user, and may be obtained by providing a form labeled with a specific shipping information name in a web page, for example, a text box labeled with input characters and numbers such as an addressee country, an outer box size, a domestic addressee address, a product weight, and the like, and the text box may also be input in the form of a pull-down menu selection. It can be understood that the initial shipping information including the shipment information, the address information and the shipping channel information is only preferred in this embodiment, and in order to obtain the complete logistics information, at least the shipment information and the address information are required, so that this embodiment preferably obtains at least two initial shipping information input by the user, and may also increase the types and the number of the initial shipping information, and may be used to obtain data related to logistics, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that the international logistics transit warehouse may be automatically generated according to the address information of the consignment and the freight channel information, and if there are a plurality of available international logistics transit warehouses, the international logistics transit warehouses may also be displayed in a list form and prompt the user to select the international logistics transit warehouse. It can be understood that if a plurality of international logistics transfer bins are available, automatic selection can be performed according to preset rules, for example, the order closest to the recipient or the order to be processed is automatically selected, and related information can be displayed and then selected by the user, which is beneficial to improving user experience. It can be understood that the address of the international logistics transfer bin is relatively fixed and is not changed frequently, so that the address information of the international logistics transfer bin is preferably stored in the server in advance and corresponds to the international logistics transfer bin, and can be read automatically when needed.
It should be noted that the combination in this embodiment may be any form of a combination order and a combination box, which can be understood by those skilled in the art, the size of the goods in the combination order used in this embodiment is relatively large, the goods are already packaged in one or more outer boxes, and it is inconvenient or impossible to perform the combination box in the larger outer box packages, and the shipping channels used include international air transportation, international iron transportation, international sea transportation, and the like, which are common in the art; the container combination in this embodiment is used for small-sized goods in an order, for example, common small packages, small goods and the like, and a plurality of goods can be combined into one outer container in a larger outer container package to form a total goods.
It should be noted that the international logistics is divided into two sections, namely a domestic section and a foreign section, that is, the domestic section is transferred from the user to the international logistics, and the foreign section is transferred from the international logistics to the receiver, so that the embodiment preferably generates the first freight information corresponding to the domestic section and the second freight information corresponding to the foreign section after the initial freight information is combined, thereby facilitating data management of subsequent order processing. It can be understood that after the freight information is merged, the first freight address information takes the delivery address information as a delivery address, the transfer in international logistics as a receiving address, the second freight address information takes the transfer in international logistics as a delivery address, and the receiving address is a receiving address of each freight in the initial freight information before merging.
Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, the cargo information includes cargo weight information, cargo size information, declared value information, item attribute information, and cargo volume information automatically acquired according to the cargo size information; the second shipment information includes shipment volume information corresponding to the shipment information thereof.
It should be noted that the cargo information including the cargo weight information, the cargo size information, the cargo attribute information, and the cargo volume information is preferred in this embodiment, and other information related to logistics, such as the number of products in the cargo, may also be added, and is not described herein again. It should be noted that the volume information of the goods may be directly filled by the user, or may be calculated by the size information of the goods, and the embodiment is preferably calculated by the size information of the goods, and those skilled in the art can know that the volume information of the goods in the international logistics is not simply multiplied by the length, width and height, but calculated by substituting the length, width and height into a formula provided by a logistics provider, so that the volume information of the goods is preferably calculated by the system after the size information of the goods is filled by the user, which is beneficial to simplifying the user operation and improving the work efficiency. It is understood that the item attribute information may be any information related to the item attribute, such as whether to carry a battery, whether to have magnetism, and the like, and since different shipping channels have different requirements on the item attribute, for example, some shipping channels cannot transport products carrying batteries, it is preferable in this embodiment that the input information includes the item attribute information, which is used as a basis for determining whether to select one of the shipping channels.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, further, in another embodiment of the present invention, merging the consignee address information and the initial freight information that is the same as the international logistics transfer bin to generate a first freight information and a second freight information corresponding to the merged initial freight information, includes the following steps:
step S310, acquiring the address information of the receiver and sender and the initial freight information which is the same as the initial freight information of the international logistics transit warehouse;
step S320, acquiring the total weight, the total volume, the total declared value, the total box number and the total freight charge of the goods corresponding to the goods information of the initial freight information with the same address information, and generating the total information of the goods;
step S330, generating the first freight address information according to the sending address information and the international logistics transfer address information;
step S340, generating second freight address information according to the addressee information in each initial freight information and the transfer address information in the international logistics;
step S350, generating first freight information according to the total information of the freight articles and the first freight address information;
step S360, generating each second shipping information according to the second shipping address information and the cargo information corresponding to the initial shipping information.
It should be noted that, with reference to the schematic diagram shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, it is preferable to display an option of international logistics, an option of an operation menu, a cargo information list, and a cargo information list in an order page of a cargo, and may further include a cargo state and a box closing operation key, and the specific interface layout and the option of the operation menu are not improvements of this embodiment, and any interface layout and menu option in the prior art are used, so that the display of the information may be implemented. It can be understood that, since the freight information is usually embodied in the form of a freight bill after the order is generated, the freight bill can be more convenient for the processing of the system, and therefore, the freight information is embodied in the form of a freight bill in fig. 5 and 6. It can be understood that the status information of the cargo may include status information related to the cargo flow, such as whether the cargo is merged, a payment status, and the like, and the status information of the cargo is not an improvement provided by this embodiment, and any status prompting manner in the prior art may be adopted, which is not described herein again. It is understood that the cargo information list shown in fig. 5 may list the contents of the cargo information, such as cargo weight information, cargo volume information, etc., in any order, and will not be described herein again. In step S310, preferably, after it is detected that the user clicks the merge key shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment automatically acquires the address information of the delivery and receipt of the shipment and the corresponding international logistics transit warehouse, and if more than two shipments with the same address information of the delivery and the international logistics transit warehouse are detected, generates a new page and displays the more than two shipments. It is understood that since how logistics are shipped requires user-selected shipments, the present embodiment preferably obtains at least two shipments selected by the user in a new page for performing step 320. For example, in the schematic page of the box closing operation shown in fig. 6, the list of the goods shown in the figure is a plurality of goods that can perform the box closing operation, at least two goods selected by the user are obtained, and after it is detected that the user clicks the box closing button, the steps after step 320 are automatically performed.
It should be noted that, in the preferred step S320 of this embodiment, the total weight and the total number of boxes in the total information of the goods are obtained by directly adding corresponding information in each piece of goods information, since the combination in the international logistics is divided into a receipt and a box combination, and for the goods in the receipt, the goods in the form of freight boxes are already packaged, for the receipt, the total volume is obtained by directly adding the volume information of the goods in the initial freight information, and for the box combination, since the user can select freight boxes with different sizes to package, the preferred total volume of the box combination in this embodiment is obtained by inputting the size information of the total goods again by the user. Because the head cost of a plurality of independent goods can be saved after the freight information is combined, the combined total freight cost is not superposed by the initial freight cost, but recalculated according to the total weight, the total volume and the total box number, such as goods 1, goods 2 and goods 3, the total weight, the total volume and the total box number of the total goods are obtained according to the weight, the volume and the box number of the 3 goods, the total goods is used as an independent goods, and the corresponding total freight cost is calculated according to the information of the total weight, the total volume and the total box number. It should be noted that the specific freight calculation method is not an improvement point of the present invention, and a freight calculation method that is common in the prior art may be adopted, which is not described herein again.
It can be understood that, in order to improve the user experience, in the embodiment, after the total freight cost is obtained, the result of adding the freight costs in the initial freight information is displayed, so that the user can experience the freight cost saved by merging the freight information in the embodiment, and the user experience is improved. It can be understood that, in step S330, since the consignment address information only includes the distribution address information and the consignment address information, in this embodiment, after the order is merged, the address of the transfer warehouse in the international logistics is preferably automatically obtained and set as the consignment address in the first shipping address information, and the generation of the information is automatically completed by the system, and does not need to be operated by the user, which is beneficial to the convenience of the merging operation.
It can be understood that, since the total shipment includes a plurality of originally independent shipments, and the addressee information of each shipment is different, in step S360, the present embodiment preferably generates the second shipment information corresponding to each of the initial shipment information, so as to arrive at the transfer warehouse in the international logistics and then dispatch the second shipment information to different routes.
Referring to fig. 6, further, in another embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
acquiring the mould assembling volume information input by a user, wherein the first freight information comprises the mould assembling volume information.
It should be noted that the container closing volume information in this embodiment is the cargo volume information combined in a container closing manner, and since the combination in the embodiment of the present invention is divided into two manners, namely a container closing manner and a container closing manner, and since the container closing manner is a manner of combining a plurality of cargo information into one total cargo information for processing, the cargo volume information and the cargo weight information can be obtained through automatic calculation of the system, and do not need to be input by a user, which is beneficial to improving the working efficiency. Therefore, different from the order combining operation, the size and the weight of the freight container cannot be obtained by simply overlapping the volume information and the weight information of the freight in the freight information, and therefore, the embodiment preferably obtains the volume information of the container combination by adopting a mode shown in fig. 6, that is, providing a text box in a page for inputting the size information and the weight information of the container combination, wherein the size information of the container combination comprises the length, the width and the height of the container body after the container combination, calculating the volume information of the container combination according to the size information of the container combination, and using the volume information of the container combination as the total volume information of the total freight after the container combination. It can be understood that, for the same reason as described above, the present embodiment preferably obtains the total container closing weight information of the total cargo item through the text box as the total weight information, which is not described herein again.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, after the box closing operation is performed, since at least one total box body for packaging is added to the total cargo, the total volume and the total weight of the total cargo are at least greater than or equal to the volume and the weight of the stacked cargo information of the included cargo, in this embodiment, after the box closing size information and the box closing weight information input by the user are obtained, if the total volume and the total weight are less than the sum of the values of the cargo volume information and the cargo weight information of the included cargo, a prompt is given to the user, so as to avoid the error in the subsequent step caused by the error input by the user by hand.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 6, if the cargo parts of multiple groups of combinable boxes can be determined according to the mailing address information and the international transfer bin, this embodiment preferably displays the cargo parts in groups in a page, for example, the cargo parts can be combined into a first group of combinable boxes and a second group of combinable boxes, and a user can fill in the size information of the combinable boxes after checking the first group of combinable boxes to complete the combination of the boxes
Further, still include:
and calculating and displaying corresponding first freight charge according to the first freight information.
It should be noted that the first freight rate is a logistics cost for sending the combined freight articles with the total freight article information as the freight article information to the transfer warehouse in the international logistics, and in the embodiment, the sum of freight rates for sending each freight article in the initial freight information to the transfer warehouse in the international logistics is preferably displayed while the first freight rate is displayed, so that the cost saved by the user is prompted in an intuitive digital manner, and the improvement of the user experience is facilitated. It can be understood that, in the embodiment, it is preferable that the number of the merged goods is displayed on the display interface of the first freight fee at the same time, and the display interface can be used for enabling a user to confirm whether the merged goods are missed or not, which is beneficial to improving user experience.
Further, still include:
and calculating corresponding second freight according to the second freight information, summarizing the first freight and the second freight to generate and display the whole-course freight.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the second shipping information corresponds to a shipping charge from the international logistics transit warehouse to the address of the recipient, so that the second shipping charge is a sum of overlapping shipping charges from the festival logistics transit warehouse to the address of the recipient of the multiple shipments corresponding to the initial shipping information, and thus the shipping charge obtained by summarizing the first shipping charge and the second shipping charge is a full-distance shipping charge, that is, a sum of the shipping charges of the domestic distance and the foreign distance.
Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, before merging the consignment address information and the initial freight information that is the same as the transfer in the international logistics, the method further includes the following steps:
and judging whether the initial freight information with the same consignment address information and the same consignment information in the international logistics transfer exists, and if so, sending a prompt capable of combining the initial freight information to a user.
It should be noted that, because the sending quantity of each user is different, the merging of the freight information may not be performed for users with a small sending quantity and a dispersed receiving country, that is, no more than two freight pieces are matched to the same international logistics transfer bin, and therefore, in this embodiment, it is preferable to determine whether the same international logistics transfer bin exists before merging the freight information, and prompt the user that the initial freight information can be merged when the same international logistics transfer bin exists, which is beneficial to improving user experience.
Referring to fig. 3, further, in another embodiment of the present invention, the determining an international logistics transfer destination according to the consignment address information and the shipping channel information includes one of the following steps:
step S210, generating available shipping channels according to the address information of the addressees and displaying the available shipping channels in a list form;
step S220, acquiring a freight channel selected by a user, generating freight channel information, and acquiring available international logistics transit information corresponding to the freight channel information;
and step S230, acquiring the forwarding address information of the international logistics from the forwarding information of the international logistics according to the address information of the sender and the receiver.
In the international logistics, the delivery address information is a delivery address of a user, and the receiving address information is address information of a foreign recipient of a cargo, for example, a receiving address of a buyer, in international logistics, because international logistics is not a logistics channel which can meet logistics requirements of any country, for example, an airline packet cannot be used for mailing a battery product, the shipping channel information of the embodiment is not in an initial form in which the user inputs the initial shipping information, but after the delivery address information and the receiving address information are obtained, a corresponding logistics method which can be used is obtained according to a preset comparison table in a system, for example, only an airline packet can be used from one country to another country, or only international express delivery and the like can be used, and a feasible shipping channel is read from a server for displaying, wherein one line can be added in the initial input form, or a form can be generated in other areas of a page for the user to select, and the form is preferably generated in other areas of the page for the user to select, so that the user experience can be improved. It should be noted that, the user may select the flow and example obtained by the shipping channel. It can be understood that, because different physical distribution companies have different requirements for different attributes of goods, for example, some physical distribution companies cannot transport goods with batteries by air, the embodiment preferably performs pairing by combining the attribute information of the goods and the shipping channel before generating an available shipping channel, so as to avoid providing an unusable shipping channel to customers, and ensure the accuracy of the shipping channel.
Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises the steps of:
sending the first freight information to a domestic express company or a freight company;
and sending the second freight information to the international logistics transfer bin.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, it is preferable that the freight information is automatically sent to the corresponding logistics provider after being merged, so that steps of manually notifying the logistics provider by a user can be saved, and work efficiency is improved.
Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises the steps of:
and printing the first shipping information and the second shipping information.
It should be noted that, because corresponding logistics information needs to be posted in each container in international logistics, it is preferable that, in this embodiment, after the first shipping information and the second shipping information are generated, a printing request is automatically sent to an external printer for printing, a specific printing method may be any printing method in the prior art, and this embodiment does not improve sending of printing information, and details are not described here.
Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, the international logistics transit bin is identified by an address code.
It should be noted that, because the number of the transfer silos in the international logistics is large, in this embodiment, preferably, the identification is performed in the form of an address code in the database, for example, the address code of the first international logistics transfer silo is a, the address code of the second international logistics transfer silo is B, and after the international logistics transfer silo is determined, the specific address information corresponding to the address code is read from the server, so that the efficiency of matching the international logistics transfer silos can be improved.
Referring to fig. 4, in addition, another embodiment of the present invention further provides an information processing method applied to international logistics transportation, which specifically includes the following steps:
step S4110, acquiring goods information and address information of a sender and a receiver input by a user;
step S4120, acquiring an available freight channel according to the address information of the sender and receiver, and generating freight channel information according to the freight channel selected by the user;
step S4130, acquiring a freight channel selected by a user, generating freight channel information, and acquiring available international logistics transit warehouse information corresponding to the freight channel information;
step S4140, acquiring international logistics transfer address information from the international logistics transfer information according to the address information of the addressee;
