The invention provides a navigation route self-defining method, electronic equipment and a storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring the location of a predefined route, and determining the specific position of the predefined route on the current map graph line and the road network; editing the predefined route on a current map, and displaying the length of the edited route in real time; adding the edited route into a road network of the current map, acquiring route guide information added by a user, and generating a planned route according to the edited route, the route guide information, the starting point position and the ending point position; and sharing the planned route so as to update the passing state of the edited route according to the actual passing condition. By the scheme, the problem that the map making and updating cost is high under the condition that the route of the conventional navigation map is lost is solved, the lost route updating cost is effectively reduced, the route of the navigation map is ensured to be updated in time, and the integrity of the map is improved.
