The humidity sensor can accurately measure and ensure the service life of the humidity sensor.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for installing humidity measurement in an industrial measurement process. In particular, the invention improves the installation method of humidity measurement, so that the measurement is more accurate.
Background
There are two types of existing installation methods of a hygrometer in an industrial process: the method comprises the steps of directly inserting a hygronom into a process pipeline for measurement (hereinafter, a direct insertion method) and pumping the gas to be measured out of the process pipeline by using a heat tracing pipe and then inputting the gas to the hygronom for measurement (hereinafter, a pumping method).
The direct insertion method can accurately measure the humidity in the process pipeline; however, since the humidity sensor of the humidity meter is installed in the process pipeline, the measured gas in the process pipeline may contain substances unsuitable for the humidity sensor, such as pollutants, and the service life of the humidity sensor is reduced, even damaged.
The extraction method avoids the problem caused by the fact that a humidity sensor of a humidity meter is placed in a polluted environment, but when the detected gas is extracted, due to the change of physical quantities such as temperature, pressure and the like, part of gaseous water in the detected gas can be converted into liquid water, and the humidity measurement error is large.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses a method for installing a hygrograph, which is characterized in that the hygrograph is installed on a sampling probe, and the installation mode meets the installation condition of the hygrograph and also meets the requirement of humidity measurement. The humidity sensor measures the measured gas in the sampling probe, the influence on the service life of the humidity sensor caused by the fact that the humidity sensor is placed in a process pipeline with pollutants is reduced, and the humidity measurement error caused by the change of physical quantities such as temperature and pressure is also reduced. The humidity sensor can accurately measure and ensure the service life of the humidity sensor.

Detailed Description
As stated in the background of the invention, the problem of humidity measurement in actual installations, the present invention provides a better method of installation, which will be described in detail below.
Fig. 1 shows a simplified schematic diagram of a preferred, specific embodiment of the present invention. Showing relationships between, for example, process piping, sampling probes, and a hygrometer. The process pipeline is provided with a sampling probe, and the measured gas enters a measured gas chamber containing particulate matters in the sampling probe according to the sampling flow direction of the measured gas, passes through the boiler device and then enters the measured gas chamber which filters the particulate matters. The moisture meter is installed in the gas chamber to be measured of the sampling probe which filters the particulate matter.
The process piping may be a carrier for transporting gaseous materials in industrial processes. Such as a factory exhaust stack.
According to the requirements of the environmental protection department, the factory emission pollutants need to be monitored for a plurality of parameters, wherein the humidity of the pollutants is a relatively difficult parameter to measure. When the direct-insertion method hygrometer is used, the situations of filter element blockage, humidity sensor damage and the like easily occur, and the extraction method hygrometer generates liquid water due to the change of the temperature and the pressure of the gas to be measured after extraction, so that the humidity measurement error is large.
The sampling probe may be a device that takes a sample from within the process piping. It may also be provided with filtering means or heating means or both. The filter device that employs the probe may be a device that will remove particulate matter from the gas being measured. The heating device in the sampling probe may be a device that maintains, increases, or decreases the temperature of the gas being measured.
The sampling probe is relatively close to the process pipeline in the scene of actual installation, and the sampling probe is generally equipped with great powerful heater and keeps being surveyed the gas temperature, and because of the generally great change of atmospheric pressure when sampling of inside air chamber of sampling probe is less, the event is difficult for making being surveyed the gas production liquid water, guarantees humidity measurement accuracy.
A hygrometer may be an instrument for measuring the moisture content of a gas being measured. The moisture meter can be directly mounted on the sampling probe, or mounted on the sampling probe through a pipeline, an adapter ring and other components, or mounted in any other way. And a filtering device can be arranged between the humidity meter and the sampling probe or not.
Figure 2 shows a simplified schematic diagram of another preferred special embodiment of the invention. The difference from the embodiment shown in fig. 1 is that the hygronom is mounted in the gas chamber under test containing the particulate matter in the sampling probe.
According to the above description, the present invention improves the humidity measurement accuracy and the service life of the humidity meter.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to preferred embodiments, workers skilled in the art will recognize that changes may be made in form and detail without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Such as: the invention is not only suitable for the installation of the hygronom, but also suitable for the installation of other parameter measuring instruments which are not convenient to install in a process pipeline and are affected by environmental changes such as temperature, pressure and the like, such as a dust detector, a nitrogen oxide detector and the like. The installation position of the humidity meter in the invention can be any installation position which is preferably the installation condition of the humidity meter or is preferably the installation position with less environmental change.
