A cargo storage apparatus comprising: the power supply 3, the equipment box body 1, the transparent door body 2, the goods shelf 4 and the refrigeration equipment 9 adopt a compressor, a main control module 10, a two-dimensional code mark and a door lock, a lighting lamp is arranged in the middle of the goods storage equipment and used for storing goods, a display lamp is arranged outside the equipment, and the main control module 10 is used for collecting goods information on a goods shelf for selling goods and is used for a seller to obtain the goods demand information of a buyer; the goods shelves 4 are 15 non-closed small storage bins 6, 3 in the transverse direction and 5 in the longitudinal direction; each small storage bin 6 has an independent door lock, and after the equipment door body 2 is opened, the control module controls the corresponding storage bin 6 door to automatically spring open. The goods shelf 4 adopts a grid shape; the cold air can be conveniently circulated between the storage bins 6; the door body 2 of the storage equipment is of a double-layer structure, so that fog is not easy to generate and the door body is transparent, the door bodies 2 of the storage bins 6 are uniform, each row of the storage bin doors 5 are fixedly inserted above by using a concentric shaft, so that the bin doors can rotate around the upper ends, the bin doors are opened from inside to outside when opened, and the doors are popped out from the lower side to the outside by adopting an elastic opening mode; the lowermost storage bin 6 has a 10cm gap with the vending apparatus below. An evaporator is arranged below the equipment, and a thermometer is arranged in the middle of the cabinet body; the front section is provided with a user information identification module, the user information identification module is connected with the main control module 10 and used for detecting user information, and the user identification module comprises a camera which is arranged on the upper part of the code scanning area. Under the condition of power failure, the uninterrupted power supply 3UPS continues to supply power, so that normal goods taking can be ensured within 2-3 hours.
EXAMPLE 11 quality control method of storage facility
A quality inspection method of storage equipment comprises the following steps: (1) and (3) detecting the sealing property of the storage equipment: at 25 ℃, the equipment is not electrified, so that the temperature of the storage equipment and the ambient temperature reach balance, a paper sheet with the thickness of 0.08mm, the width of 50mm and the length of 80mm is placed at any point on the door seal, the door body is normally closed, the door body is pressed on the paper sheet, and if the paper sheet can freely slide, the sealing performance of the storage equipment is proved to be poor; if the position of the paper sheet is fixed, the sealing performance of the storage equipment is qualified. (2) Detecting the opening force of the storage equipment door: at 25 ℃, the equipment is not powered on, so that the temperature of the goods storage equipment and the ambient temperature are balanced, the door body is normally closed, the door is pulled open by the tension device, the direction of the force applied by the tension device is vertical to the plane of the door, the maximum tension when the door is opened is read at the midpoint position of the farthest edge of the hinge shaft of the door, and the maximum tension is not more than 70N. (3) Whether detect storing door can be opened by automatic bullet: the picture code identification or/and the cipher device on the storage equipment enables the storage bin door to be unlocked and automatically flicked through identifying the bar code or the two-dimensional code, and whether the storage bin door can be opened at one time or not is observed, and the opening of other storage bin doors is not influenced. (4) Detecting the temperature in the goods storage equipment: and electrifying the equipment for 2 hours, and detecting whether the temperature in the storage equipment is below 6 ℃. (5) Real-time monitoring of temperature in the storage equipment: the temperature sensor is arranged in the goods storage equipment, the temperature sensor is used for acquiring temperature data in real time, and then the data is transmitted to the corresponding receiving device through remote transmission, so that the purpose of real-time monitoring is achieved. (6) Detection of the storage equipment lamp: the equipment is electrified, and the outage is observed whether the lamp normally opens and closes, detects whether the position of lamp is normal simultaneously.

Claims (10)

1. A quality inspection method of storage equipment comprises the following steps:
(1) and (3) detecting the sealing property of the storage equipment: at 16-32 ℃, the equipment is not electrified, so that the temperature of the goods storage equipment and the environment are balanced, a paper sheet is placed at any point on the door seal, the door body is normally closed and pressed on the paper sheet, and the tightness of the door is evaluated by checking whether the paper sheet freely slides or not;
(2) detecting the opening force of the storage equipment door: at the temperature of 16-32 ℃, the equipment is not electrified, so that the temperature of the goods storage equipment and the environment reaches balance, the door body is normally closed, the door is pulled open through the spring exerciser, and the maximum pulling force when the door is opened is read;
(3) whether detect storing door can be opened by automatic bullet: opening the storage bin door in an opening mode set by the storage bin door, and observing whether the storage bin door can be opened at one time without influencing the opening of other storage bin doors;
(4) detecting the temperature in the goods storage equipment: electrifying the equipment for 2 hours, and detecting whether the temperature in the storage equipment is below 6 ℃;
(5) real-time monitoring of temperature in the storage equipment: the temperature sensor is arranged in the goods storage equipment, the temperature sensor is used for acquiring temperature data in real time, and then the data is transmitted to the corresponding receiving device through remote transmission, so that the purpose of real-time monitoring is achieved;
(6) detection of the storage equipment lamp: the equipment is powered on and off, and whether the lamp is normally turned on or off is observed.
2. The quality inspection method according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the paper sheet in the step (1) is 0.08 to 0.1mm, the width is 50 to 60mm, and the length is 60 to 80 mm; if the paper sheet can freely slide, the sealing performance of the storage equipment is proved to be unqualified; if the position of the paper sheet is fixed, the sealing performance of the storage equipment is qualified.
3. The quality inspection method according to claim 1, wherein in step (2), the force applied by the tension device is directed perpendicular to the plane of the door at a midpoint position of a farthest edge from the axis of the door hinge; the tension should increase at a rate not exceeding 15N/s and the maximum tension at door opening should not exceed 70N.
4. The quality inspection method according to claim 1, wherein the opening mode set for the storage compartment door in the step (3) is that a graphic code identifier or/and a password device on the storage equipment enables the storage compartment door to be unlocked and automatically bounced through recognizing a bar code or a two-dimensional code.
5. The quality inspection method according to claim 4, wherein when detecting whether the door of the storage compartment can be automatically flicked, it is preferable to detect the storage compartment located at a diagonal position.
6. The quality inspection method according to claim 1, wherein the step (6) further comprises detecting whether the position of the lamp is normal.
7. The quality inspection method according to claims 1 to 6, wherein the storage facility comprises: the system comprises a power supply, an equipment box body, a door body, a goods shelf, refrigeration equipment, a main control module, a figure code identifier or/and a password input device; the main control module is used for collecting goods information and collecting user information; the storage equipment is characterized in that the door body is of a transparent structure and is provided with door locks, the goods shelf is 10-30 small storage bins which are not completely closed, each small storage bin is provided with an independent door lock, and after the equipment door body is opened, one or two or more storage bins can be correspondingly and automatically flicked, so that a user can take the goods out.
8. The quality inspection method according to claim 7, wherein the goods shelves are made of non-sealing material such as metal wire or plastic, and can be designed into a net shape to facilitate the circulation of cold air between the storage bins.
9. The quality inspection method according to claim 7, wherein the door body of the storage facility has a double-layer structure, so that the door body does not generate mist and remains transparent; optionally, the door body is arranged in the middle of the cabinet body; optionally, the distance between the door body and the bottom of the equipment is 20-60cm, and the distance between the door body and the top of the equipment is 20-60 cm; optionally, an air heating system is arranged below the door body and can blow air to the door body; the storage device is used for storing articles needing low-temperature storage, and optionally comprises milk, agricultural products and protein medicines.
10. The quality inspection method according to claim 7, wherein the storage bins are arranged in 3-5 rows and 4-10 columns, and each storage cell has a size: the width is 10-14cm, the height is 13-17cm, and the depth is 30-40 cm; the bin doors of the storage bins are uniform, the storage bin doors of each row are fixedly inserted above the bin doors by using concentric shafts, and the bin doors are opened from inside to outside; the elastic opening mode can be adopted; the storage bin door is made of transparent materials.
