Goods storage equipment and using method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of unmanned goods selling, in particular to a goods storage device.
Background
Express delivery service has become popular in China, and particularly some fresh foods are delivered, but delivery service of fresh goods (perishable goods such as milk, fruits, vegetables, meat, aquatic products, dry goods, daily mix, cooked food, cakes and the like) still has great difficulty, and is mainly limited by the delivery problem of the fresh goods in the last kilometer.
Particularly some products with more stringent temperature control, such as pasteurized milk, have a shorter shelf life and higher temperature requirements, and many households, particularly in the southern region, often suffer from reduced quality at room temperature and even spoilage due to the inconvenient storage of the product.
The disadvantages of the existing distribution are as follows:
1. generally, heat insulation materials are adopted, fresh food needing to be refrigerated is placed into heat insulation bags for distribution, the preservation time is only 2-3 hours, and the preservation effect is not good.
2. The ice cubes or the cold source occupy the distribution amount of about 1/3 of the weight of the fresh food to be distributed.
3. No one can finish the distribution at the distribution place of the consumer or the consumer forgets to pick up the goods, so that the fresh food is deteriorated.
4. The E-commerce fresh and fresh goods distribution is competitive, and the current merchants compete purely from the aspect of cost performance of goods.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide storage equipment, and aims to solve the problems of poor preservation effect, high transportation cost and the like in the existing fresh food delivery. The invention is realized by the following steps:
a cargo storage apparatus comprising: the device comprises a power supply 3, a device box body 1, a door body 2, a goods shelf 4, a refrigeration device 9, a main control module 10, a picture code identifier or/and a cipher device 8.
The door body 2 is of a transparent structure, so that a consumer can observe the internal goods conveniently, and is provided with a door lock, wherein the main control module 10 is used for collecting goods information on a goods selling shelf and a seller acquiring buyer goods demand information and goods distribution logistics information;
the middle part of the goods storage equipment is used for storing goods; the goods shelf 4 is a non-completely closed 10-30 small storage bin 6; every little storing storehouse 6 has independent lock, and after the equipment door body 2 was opened, by control module control, the corresponding door that has one of them storing storehouse 6 automatically bounces open, and the customer of being convenient for takes out the goods. The design that the bin door needs to be opened further relative to the opening of the door body 2 enables consumers to have better experience. And the design of the door body 2 outside the storage bin 6 can well keep the heat preservation effect.
Further, the non-closed material used for the goods shelf 4 is a metal strip or a plastic strip, and a grid type can be adopted; the fence type ensures that the storage bins 6 are communicated with each other, thereby facilitating the circulation of cold air and saving electric energy.
Furthermore, the door body 2 of the storage equipment is of a double-layer structure, so that fog is not easy to generate and the door body is transparent; the storage device is used for storing articles needing low-temperature storage, and optionally comprises milk, agricultural products, protein medicines and the like.
Further, the storage bins 6 are arranged in a manner of 3-10 in each row and 4-10 in each column, preferably, 3-5 in each row and 4-10 in each column, and the size of each storage lattice is not smaller than: the width is 10cm, the height is 13cm and the depth is 30 cm. Preferably, the width is 12cm, the height is 15cm and the depth is 36 cm.
Furthermore, the door bodies 2 of the storage bins 6 are uniform, the upper part of each row of the storage bin doors 5 is fixedly inserted through a concentric shaft, the bin doors are opened from inside to outside, and the elastic opening mode can be adopted, so that the door bodies 2 of the equipment are automatically unlocked and bounced open after being opened; the storage bin door 5 is made of transparent material, preferably organic glass.
Further, the lowermost storage bin 6 has a gap of 1-15cm, preferably 1-5cm, and most preferably 1-3cm, below the vending apparatus.
Furthermore, an evaporator is arranged below the lowermost storage bin 6, and can evaporate condensed water flowing to the bottom of the equipment;
further, the device also comprises a temperature meter.
Further, an air heater 7 is arranged below the transparent cabinet door, and fog on the cabinet door can be dried when the transparent cabinet is started;

Further, the cargo storage device further includes: the system comprises a camera device, wherein image information acquired by the camera device is used for monitoring user behaviors including distributors and consumers when the users purchase goods.
Further, the main control module 10 further includes: the remote control function can be used for remote unlocking and remote equipment retrieval.
Further, an uninterrupted power supply 3 is arranged; preferably, the time period is 2 hours or more in the case of power failure by the ups 3.
A consumer places an order through a merchant mobile terminal APP to purchase a merchant product; the special refrigerated cabinet is arranged in a first floor or a corridor of a consumer apartment by a merchant, the refrigerated cabinet is provided with an outer door and a plurality of small refrigerated cabinets, after a consumer places an order, the merchant regularly delivers goods to the dedicated refrigerated cabinet of the consumer, when goods are taken, a customer unlocks a transparent cabinet door through a bar code or a two-dimensional code on a mobile phone terminal scanning device, the cabinet door is opened, a storage bin door for containing the goods automatically pops open, and the customer takes the goods.
In addition, the invention also introduces a using method of the goods storage device, and a merchant sells goods to specific apartments, districts and nearby consumers. A consumer purchases a merchant product through a specific mobile terminal webpage or WeChat or APP order placement of the merchant; the special goods storage equipment is arranged in a first building or a corridor of a consumer apartment by a merchant, the goods storage equipment is provided with an outer door and 8-30 small refrigerated cabinets, and after the consumer places an order, the merchant appoints the specific goods storage equipment and the specific refrigerated box for the consumer through the control module. The goods are delivered to the exclusive goods storage equipment of the consumer at any time before the appointed time of delivery, the delivery information of the goods is sent to the consumer, the goods storage equipment is provided with a code scanning position or a password input position, the consumer unlocks an equipment cabinet door by scanning the code or inputting the password, the cabinet door is opened, and one or more corresponding small refrigerated cabinets are popped open, so that the goods are taken out.
Further, a main control module 10 is arranged at the background to collect consumption data of the consumers, and consumption habits of the individual consumers are analyzed through big data collection and sorting, so that products purchased by the consumers are pre-judged.
Furthermore, the refrigeration goods storage equipment can be cooperated with other merchants, and goods of other merchants are allowed to be stored in the refrigeration goods storage equipment through background control, so that a resource sharing business mode is achieved.
Further, the programmable controller is connected with the terminal server through a network and sends a goods picking password or sets an unlocking program in the APP of the programmable controller to a client, and the client inputs the password or unlocks in a bar code scanning mode.
Furthermore, the touch screen arranged on the equipment can play operation methods, small orifices in life, public service advertisements and introduce the functional application of the distribution cabinet in turn.
The uninterrupted power supply 3 can provide the power supply 3 for the control system after unexpected power failure, so that goods taking is not affected, normal work of the system is maintained for more than several hours, and the fresh-keeping effect is better.
The programmable controller is more convenient for program modification and upgrading, and the performance is stable and reliable.
Through the goods selling and storing equipment, the following effects are achieved:
(1) by the method, the delivery channel and the delivery and storage equipment are exclusive, and the problem of delivery of the fresh express for the last kilometer is solved.
(2) Through the mobile phone terminal, ordering and shopping are facilitated, and people do not need to worry about being nobody at home when distributing.
(3) The merchant can deliver the goods to the exclusive goods storage equipment of the consumer at any time before the appointed time of delivery, so that the logistics resources are convenient to allocate.
(4) Most importantly, a new business mode is derived through the goods storage device, and a seller can really play a good role in user stickiness through a dedicated delivery channel and the delivery goods storage device, stand at the angle of a consumer, and is keen to buy goods of the seller, so that great benefits can be brought.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

The goods shelf 4 adopts a grid shape; the cold air can be conveniently circulated between the storage bins 6; the door body 2 of the storage equipment is of a double-layer structure, so that fog is not easy to generate and the door body is transparent, the door bodies 2 of the storage bins 6 are uniform, each row of the storage bin doors 5 are fixedly inserted above by using a concentric shaft, so that the bin doors can rotate around the upper ends, the bin doors are opened from inside to outside when opened, and the doors are popped out from the lower side to the outside by adopting an elastic opening mode; the lowermost storage bin 6 has a 10cm gap with the vending apparatus below. An evaporator is arranged below the equipment, and a thermometer is arranged in the middle of the cabinet body; the front section is provided with a user information identification module, the user information identification module is connected with the main control module 10 and used for detecting user information, and the user identification module comprises a camera which is arranged on the upper part of the code scanning area. Under the condition of power failure, the uninterrupted power supply 3UPS continues to supply power, so that normal goods taking can be ensured within 2-3 hours.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
