The invention provides a novel water sealing structure of a movable flue of a movable rotary kiln, wherein the kiln is provided with a drying section, a preheating section, a roasting section and a cooling section, the kiln is positioned in an annular operation channel, a kiln ceiling is arranged above the kiln on the operation channel, and the flue is fixedly arranged below the kiln ceiling; the inner sides of the lower ends of the two side surfaces of the flue are respectively provided with a track, a bottom plate is positioned above the track, and two rollers pivoted on the bottom surface of the bottom plate are respectively supported on the track in a rolling way; the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the kiln, and a tuyere arranged on the bottom plate is communicated with a tuyere arranged on the kiln through an air duct; the lower extreme of two inboards of flue still sets firmly a opening basin up respectively, and the both ends of bottom plate extend downwards and insert in the basin. The invention achieves better sealing effect than refractory cotton and glass fiber cloth by using water sealing on the basis of the movable flue, and prevents the untreated flue gas from overflowing to cause harm to the environment.

Technical Field

In order to provide hot air for the drying section by utilizing the heat of the preheating section, the roasting section and the cooling section, flues from the cooling section to the drying section are arranged on two sides of the kiln, fans are arranged in the flues, the preheating section, the roasting section, the cooling section and the drying section are communicated with the flues through air ducts, and the fans suck the hot air of the preheating section, the roasting section and the cooling section into the flues and then send the hot air into the drying section to dry green bricks of the drying section.
The traditional flue is directly arranged on the kiln, so that the weight of the flue is completely added on the kiln, the weight of the kiln is increased, and the flue is easy to deform under long-term shaking due to shaking generated in the moving process of the kiln, so that the maintenance cost is increased.
Therefore, the annular flue can be arranged in the middle of the ceiling of the kiln to form the movable flue, but refractory cotton filled in the flue and glass fiber cloth wrapped outside the flue are easy to fall off due to aging, so that the sealing performance of the flue is poor, untreated flue gas overflows and harms the environment.

The bottom plate 53 is fixedly connected with the kiln 1, and a tuyere arranged on the bottom plate 53 is communicated with a tuyere arranged on the kiln through an air duct 11.
As shown in fig. 3, the bottoms of the steel plates on both sides of the flue 3 are folded inwards by 210mm, and then folded upwards by 150mm, so that the water tanks 6 in the form of grooves with the depth of 150mm are formed at the lower ends of the two inner sides of the flue 3, and equilateral angle steel 7 with 50mm is welded at the two folded corners of the steel plates of the flue 3, namely the two lower sides of the water tanks 6, respectively, to ensure the strength and stability of the water tanks 6.
The water inlets 61 are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the water tanks 6 at the two sides, the water outlets 62 are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the water tanks 6 at the two sides, the water inlets 61 are higher than the water outlets 62, and the water surface height is ensured to be about 100 mm-120 mm at any time
