Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a road indicating line drawing device and an indicating line drawing method, which are convenient for drawing lines at the edge when curbs or fences are arranged at the edge of a road, and improve the operation efficiency.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a road indication line drawing device comprises a moving frame, a rotating support frame, a line drawing mechanism, a stirring mechanism, a paint containing device, a recovery rotating frame, a left rotating frame, a right rotating frame, a cleaning mechanism and a power supply, wherein the rotating support frame is rotatably connected to the moving frame;
the movable frame comprises a bottom plate, rollers, two mounting plates I, two mounting plates II, a mounting seat frame and a pushing frame, wherein the rollers are rotatably connected to four corners of the bottom plate through bearings;
the rotary support frame comprises a rotary seat plate, a rotary shaft, bevel gears, adjusting worms I, transmission shafts, mounting plates III and fixed pin shafts, wherein the rotary shaft is rotatably connected to a mounting seat frame through bearings;
the line drawing mechanism comprises a line drawing sponge wheel, a sponge wheel inner sleeve, a sponge wheel shaft, a line drawing support arm, a connector head, a worm wheel and a double-end adjusting worm, the line drawing sponge wheel is fixedly connected to the sponge wheel inner sleeve, a plurality of through holes are uniformly formed in the inner cavity of the sponge wheel inner sleeve, the sponge wheel inner sleeve is rotatably connected to the sponge wheel shaft through a bearing, the sponge wheel shaft is fixedly connected to the lower end of the line drawing support arm, the worm wheel is fixedly connected to the upper end of the line drawing support arm, the double-end adjusting worm is rotatably connected to the two mounting plates III, the double-end adjusting worm is in meshed transmission connection with the worm wheel, the worm wheel is rotatably connected to a fixed pin shaft through the bearing, the connector head is fixedly connected to the line drawing support arm, and the connector head is communicated with the sponge wheel inner sleeve;

the coating containing device comprises a containing box, an upper cover plate, a material conveying pump, a charging hole and a charging plug, wherein the containing box is fixedly connected to a bottom plate, the upper cover plate is fixedly connected to the containing box, the material conveying pump is fixedly connected to the lower end of the containing box, the charging hole is formed in the upper cover plate, the charging plug is fixedly connected to the charging hole, a stirring motor is fixedly connected to the upper cover plate, a stirring shaft penetrates through the upper cover plate, the material conveying pump is connected with a connecting tube head through a hose, and the material conveying pump is connected with a power supply through a wire and a switch;
the recycling rotating frame comprises an adjusting worm II, a recycling rotating plate, linkage pin shafts, two rotating worm wheels, rotating shafts and adjusting mounting plates, wherein the adjusting worm II is rotatably connected to the two mounting plates I through bearings;
the left rotating frame and the right rotating frame comprise adjusting worms III, threaded plates, moving plates, linkage plates, left rotating plates, right rotating plates and linkage pins, the adjusting worms III are rotatably connected onto the two adjusting mounting plates through bearings, the threaded plates are connected onto the adjusting worms III through threads, the moving plates are fixedly connected to the lower ends of the threaded plates, the threaded plates are slidably connected with the recycling rotating plates, the linkage plates are provided with two linkage plates, the lower ends of the two linkage plates are respectively rotatably connected onto the two linkage pin shafts through the bearings, the upper ends of the two linkage plates are respectively rotatably connected with the linkage pins, the two linkage pins are respectively fixedly connected onto the left rotating plate and the right rotating plate, and the two ends of the moving plates are respectively slidably connected with the two linkage plates;
the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning motor, a motor belt wheel, a cleaning shaft and a cleaning brush, the motor belt wheel is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the cleaning motor, the cleaning belt wheel is fixedly connected to the middle of the cleaning shaft, the cleaning brush is arranged at two ends of the cleaning belt wheel, the motor belt wheel is in transmission connection with the cleaning belt wheel through a belt, the cleaning motor is fixedly connected to the lower end faces of the left rotating plate and the right rotating plate, and the cleaning shaft is rotatably connected to the front ends of the left rotating plate and the right rotating plate through a bearing;
a road indicator line drawing method comprises the following steps:
step 1: pushing the pushing frame, moving the device to a line drawing position, adding the coating into the containing box through the feeding port, and then starting the stirring motor to stir the coating;
step 2: the adjusting worm I is rotated to drive the rotating seat plate, so that the rotating seat plate carries the line drawing mechanism to rotate, and the line drawing sponge wheel is positioned right above the line drawing position;
and step 3: rotating the double-end adjusting worm to drive the line drawing support arm to rotate the line drawing support arm downwards until the line drawing sponge wheel is contacted with the ground;
and 4, step 4: rotating an adjusting worm II to drive a recycling rotating plate, driving a linkage plate through a linkage pin shaft on the recycling rotating plate, driving a left rotating plate and a right rotating plate through the linkage pin by the linkage plate, so that a cleaning brush is contacted with the ground, then rotating an adjusting worm III, driving a movable plate to drive the linkage plate, driving the left rotating plate and the right rotating plate by the linkage plate, moving the cleaning brush to be right ahead of a line drawing sponge wheel, starting a cleaning motor, and driving the cleaning brush to rotationally clean the ground;
and 5: the paint is conveyed into the sponge wheel inner sleeve by the material conveying pump through the hose, the line drawing support arm and the sponge wheel shaft and is communicated with the line drawing sponge wheel through a through hole in the inner cavity of the sponge wheel inner sleeve, so that the paint is drawn on the ground.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a road indicating line drawing device and an indicating line drawing method, which are convenient for the device to move through a roller of a moving frame; the line drawing mechanism can be adjusted to stay at the side position of the device by rotating the support frame so as to facilitate line drawing on any one of the left side and the right side of the device, thereby achieving the purpose of facilitating line drawing of the device on the edge of a road without being influenced by a curb or a fence, and the line drawing mechanism can be adjusted and retracted to the upper part of the device when not in use so as to facilitate transportation; whether the line drawing sponge wheel is in contact with the ground or not and the extrusion degree of the line drawing sponge wheel and the ground can be adjusted through the line drawing mechanism, so that the line drawing sponge wheel is retracted or the depth of the color of the drawn line is adjusted, the uniformity of the drawn line is improved, the paint is filled through the paint filling device, the paint is conveyed to the inner cavity of the inner sleeve of the sponge wheel through the material conveying pump, the line drawing sponge wheel is communicated with the through hole in the inner cavity of the inner sleeve of the sponge wheel, the material sticking uniformity of the line drawing sponge wheel is realized, and the line drawing effect is improved; the coating in the containing box is stirred by the stirring mechanism, so that the influence of the coating precipitation on use can be prevented; the position of the cleaning mechanism arranged on the left and right rotating frames can be adjusted through the recovery rotating frame, so that the cleaning brush can be conveniently adjusted to be in contact with the ground or be recovered and fixed when not used; the cleaning brush can be adjusted to the left and right sides of the device to be deviated through the left and right rotating frames so as to match the line drawing of the line drawing sponge wheel, clean the line drawing position of the line drawing sponge wheel and improve the line drawing quality.

as shown in fig. 1-13, a road indication line drawing device comprises a movable frame 1, a rotary support frame 2, a line drawing mechanism 3, a stirring mechanism 4, a paint holding device 5, a recovery rotating frame 6, a left rotating frame 7, a right rotating frame 7, a cleaning mechanism 8 and a power supply 9, the rotary supporting frame 2 is rotationally connected on the movable frame 1, the line drawing mechanism 3 is rotationally connected on the rotary supporting frame 2, the coating containing device 5 and the power supply 9 are both fixedly connected on the movable frame 1, the stirring mechanism 4 is fixedly connected on the coating containing device 5, the line drawing mechanism 3 is communicated with the coating containing device 5 through a hose, the recovery rotating frame 6 is rotationally connected to the moving frame 1, the left rotating frame 7 and the right rotating frame 7 are rotationally connected to the recovery rotating frame 6, the cleaning mechanism 8 is rotationally connected to the left rotating frame 7 and the right rotating frame 7, and the stirring mechanism 4 and the cleaning mechanism 8 are both connected with the power supply 9 through leads and a switch;

as shown in fig. 1-13, the cleaning mechanism 8 includes a cleaning motor 8-1, a motor pulley 8-2, a cleaning pulley 8-3, a cleaning shaft 8-4 and a cleaning brush 8-5, the motor pulley 8-2 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the cleaning motor 8-1, the cleaning pulley 8-3 is fixedly connected to the middle of the cleaning shaft 8-4, the cleaning brush 8-5 is arranged at both ends of the cleaning pulley 8-3, the motor pulley 8-2 is connected to the cleaning pulley 8-3 through a belt transmission, the cleaning motor 8-1 is fixedly connected to the lower end surface of the left and right rotating plates 7-5, and the cleaning shaft 8-4 is rotatably connected to the front end of the left and right rotating plates 7-5 through a bearing;

as shown in fig. 1-13, a method of marking a road indicator line, the method comprising the steps of:
step 1: pushing the pushing frame 1-6, moving the device to a line drawing position, adding the coating into the containing box 5-1 through the feeding port 5-4, and then starting the stirring motor 4-1 to stir the coating;
step 2: the adjusting worm I2-4 is rotated to drive the rotating seat plate 2-1, so that the rotating seat plate 2-1 carries the line drawing mechanism 3 to rotate, and the line drawing sponge wheel 3-1 is positioned right above a line drawing position;
and step 3: rotating the double-end adjusting worm 3-7 to drive the line drawing support arm 3-4, so that the line drawing support arm 3-4 rotates downwards until the line drawing sponge wheel 3-1 is in contact with the ground;
and 4, step 4: rotating the adjusting worm II 6-1 to drive the recycling rotating plate 6-2, driving the linkage plate 7-4 through the linkage pin shaft 6-3 on the recycling rotating plate 6-2, driving the left rotating plate 7-5 and the right rotating plate 7-5 through the linkage pin 7-6 by the linkage plate 7-4, so that the cleaning brush 8-5 is contacted with the ground, then rotating the adjusting worm III 7-1, driving the moving plate 7-3 to drive the linkage plate 7-4, driving the left rotating plate 7-5 and the right rotating plate 7-5 through the linkage plate 7-4, moving the cleaning brush 8-5 to the right front of the line drawing sponge wheel 3-1, starting the cleaning motor 8-1, and driving the cleaning brush 8-5 to clean the ground in a rotating way;
and 5: the device is pushed forwards, the material conveying pump 5-3 is started simultaneously, the material conveying pump 5-3 is used for communicating the paint with the line drawing sponge wheel 3-1 through the hose, the line drawing support arm 3-4 and the sponge wheel inner sleeve 3-2 and through a through hole in the inner cavity of the sponge wheel inner sleeve 3-2, and therefore the paint is drawn on the ground.
