本发明公开了一种阻燃高效的空气过滤纸,包括:原纸纸页;阻燃乳液;所述阻燃乳液包括酚醛树脂胶、水溶胶成膜和阻燃剂;其中,所述阻燃乳液涂覆于原纸纸页表面;本发明可以提供阻燃过滤纸的生产方式,阻燃性能好,过滤性能优异,且环保的生产方式,并且能持续有效保持阻燃,不易吸潮,同时保留较高容尘性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车过滤纸技术领域,具体为一种阻燃高效的空气过滤纸。
背景技术
汽车现在越来越普遍,也是现在出行必不可少的交通工具,但随之而来的安全隐患也是难以避免,随着国家标准的不断提升,对汽车材料的环保、安全、寿命要求也越来越高;汽车过滤用纸的阻燃性能要求,对其使用安全和寿命都有极大的利处。
但是,现存市面上阻燃纸张的生产存在容易吸潮,同时还存在阻燃剂对纸张表面堵塞而造成性能下降的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃高效的空气过滤纸,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种阻燃高效的空气过滤纸,包括:
原纸纸页;
阻燃乳液;所述阻燃乳液包括酚醛树脂胶、水溶胶成膜和阻燃剂;
其中,所述阻燃乳液涂覆于原纸纸页表面。
优选的,所述酚醛树脂胶在原纸纸页表面形成三维立体结构。
优选的,包括以下步骤:
S1、配浆:选取阔叶木浆10%+针叶木浆65%+聚酯纤维20%+玻璃纤维5%原料;
S2、制浆:碎浆过程通过碎浆机对木浆原料进行碎解,碎解时间30min,浓度控制在7.2%,然后聚酯纤维原料与玻璃纤维原料在水力碎浆机中进行分散,分散时间2min;
S3、流送系统:木浆经过疏解机,选用阶梯齿盘式疏解机,不进刀,聚酯纤维与玻璃纤维也经过疏解机,使其分散更加充分;
S4、成型:将步骤S3中制得的混合浆料悬浮液送至斜网纸机上抄造成型得到湿纸,对湿纸进行抽吸脱水,使其含湿率小于40%得到原纸纸页;
S5、干燥:将步骤S4中制得的原纸纸页放入烘干机中进行干燥;
S6、机内涂布:将步骤S5中制得的原纸纸页放入施胶机内,涂胶过程施胶机液位提高到4.5-5.5cm,纸页充分浸渍,阻燃材料在水中可以较好的分散,从而配制阻燃乳液,在施胶过程中进行涂胶;
S7、干燥:将步骤S6中制得的成品放入烘干机中进行干燥;
S8、卷取:将步骤S7中干燥完成的成品进行收卷,即可得空气过滤纸。
优选的,在步骤S2中,碎浆的要求应碎解到木浆纤维充分分散均匀,木浆纤维适当切断。
优选的,在步骤S3中,疏解浓度控制在4%。
优选的,在步骤S4中,成浆浓度控制在1.5%,上网浓度控制在0.09%。
优选的,在步骤S6中,阻燃乳液配制的添加顺序:先配好水溶胶乳溶液,在进行阻燃剂添加使其混合均匀,同时搅拌按固定频率持续开启,最后加入水性酚醛树脂胶。
优选的,在步骤S6中,所述阻燃材料为APP聚磷酸铵类或其他膨胀型铵盐类阻燃材料。
优选的,在步骤S5中,干燥进气压力控制在500kpa。
优选的,在步骤S7中,干燥进气压力控制在720kpa。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明可以提供阻燃过滤纸的生产方式,阻燃性能好,过滤性能优异,且环保的生产方式。
2.本发明能持续有效保持阻燃,不易吸潮,同时保留较高容尘性能。

实施例1:
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种阻燃高效的空气过滤纸,包括:原纸纸页1和阻燃乳液5。
其中,所述阻燃乳液5包括酚醛树脂胶2、水溶胶成膜3和阻燃剂4。
进一步地,酚醛树脂胶2较正常水溶胶成膜提高容尘。
进一步地,水溶胶成膜3提供成纸所需强度,及一定的抗水性能。
进一步地,阻燃剂4提供纸张阻燃性。
其中,所述阻燃乳液5涂覆于原纸纸页1表面。
其中,所述酚醛树脂胶2在原纸纸页1表面形成三维立体结构。
进一步地,从而对容尘能力的保留有极大的提高。
实施例2:
请参阅图2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种阻燃高效的空气过滤纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、配浆:选取阔叶木浆10%+针叶木浆65%+聚酯纤维20%+玻璃纤维5%原料,聚酯纤维与玻璃纤维的加入可以极大的提高性能及使用寿命;
S2、制浆:碎浆过程通过碎浆机对木浆原料进行碎解,碎解时间30min,浓度控制在7.2%,然后聚酯纤维原料与玻璃纤维原料在水力碎浆机中进行分散,分散时间2min;
S3、流送系统:木浆经过疏解机,选用阶梯齿盘式疏解机,不进刀,聚酯纤维与玻璃纤维也经过疏解机,使其分散更加充分;
S4、成型:将步骤S3中制得的混合浆料悬浮液送至斜网纸机上抄造成型得到湿纸,对湿纸进行抽吸脱水,使其含湿率小于40%得到原纸纸页;
S5、干燥:将步骤S4中制得的原纸纸页放入烘干机中进行干燥;
S6、机内涂布:将步骤S5中制得的原纸纸页放入施胶机内,涂胶过程施胶机液位提高到4.5-5.5cm,纸页充分浸渍,阻燃材料在水中可以较好的分散,从而配制阻燃乳液,在施胶过程中进行涂胶;
S7、干燥:将步骤S6中制得的成品放入烘干机中进行干燥;
S8、卷取:将步骤S7中干燥完成的成品进行收卷,即可得空气过滤纸。
进一步地,涂胶过程施胶机液位提高到4.5-5.5cm,纸页充分浸渍,能保证其涂胶的均匀性,保证纸页阻燃性能均匀优异。
其中,在步骤S2中,碎浆的要求应碎解到木浆纤维充分分散均匀,木浆纤维适当切断。
其中,在步骤S3中,疏解浓度控制在4%,既保证其充分分散混合,有保证透气度稳定,变化不大。
其中,在步骤S4中,成浆浓度控制在1.5%,保证浆料的稳定,上网浓度控制在0.09%,以保证成型匀度优良。
其中,在步骤S6中,阻燃乳液配制的添加顺序:先配好水溶胶乳溶液,在进行阻燃剂添加使其混合均匀,同时搅拌按固定频率持续开启,避免阻燃剂发生沉淀现象;最后加入水性酚醛树脂胶,保持整体胶液的稳定,避免出现水溶胶破乳现象。
其中,在步骤S6中,所述阻燃材料为APP聚磷酸铵类或其他膨胀型铵盐类阻燃材料。
其中,在步骤S5中,干燥进气压力控制在500kpa。
其中,在步骤S7中,干燥进气压力控制在720kpa。
综合以上实施例所述,可以提供阻燃过滤纸的生产方式,阻燃性能好,过滤性能优异,且环保的生产方式。

1.一种阻燃高效的空气过滤纸,其特征在于,包括:
原纸纸页(1);
阻燃乳液(5);所述阻燃乳液(5)包括酚醛树脂胶(2)、水溶胶成膜(3)和阻燃剂(4);
其中,所述阻燃乳液(5)涂覆于原纸纸页(1)表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃高效的空气过滤纸,其特征在于:所述酚醛树脂胶(2)在原纸纸页(1)表面形成三维立体结构。
3.一种阻燃高效的空气过滤纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、配浆:选取阔叶木浆10%+针叶木浆65%+聚酯纤维20%+玻璃纤维5%原料;
S2、制浆:碎浆过程通过碎浆机对木浆原料进行碎解,碎解时间30min,浓度控制在7.2%,然后聚酯纤维原料与玻璃纤维原料在水力碎浆机中进行分散,分散时间2min;
S3、流送系统:木浆经过疏解机,选用阶梯齿盘式疏解机,不进刀,聚酯纤维与玻璃纤维也经过疏解机,使其分散更加充分;
S4、成型:将步骤S3中制得的混合浆料悬浮液送至斜网纸机上抄造成型得到湿纸,对湿纸进行抽吸脱水,使其含湿率小于40%得到原纸纸页;
S5、干燥:将步骤S4中制得的原纸纸页放入烘干机中进行干燥;
S6、机内涂布:将步骤S5中制得的原纸纸页放入施胶机内,涂胶过程施胶机液位提高到4.5-5.5cm,纸页充分浸渍,阻燃材料在水中可以较好的分散,从而配制阻燃乳液,在施胶过程中进行涂胶;
S7、干燥:将步骤S6中制得的成品放入烘干机中进行干燥;
S8、卷取:将步骤S7中干燥完成的成品进行收卷,即可得空气过滤纸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃高效的空气过滤纸的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S2中,碎浆的要求应碎解到木浆纤维充分分散均匀,木浆纤维适当切断。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃高效的空气过滤纸的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S3中,疏解浓度控制在4%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃高效的空气过滤纸的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S4中,成浆浓度控制在1.5%,上网浓度控制在0.09%。
