Therefore, the invention provides a cloth ironing device for garment production, which has good wrinkle removing effect and high working efficiency in the using process.

a cloth ironing device for garment production comprises a rack, an unreeling device, a longitudinal ironing assembly, a reeling device and a steam box, and further comprises a transverse ironing assembly, wherein the transverse ironing assembly comprises a moving frame arranged on the rack, the moving frame is provided with a rectangular frame and a U-shaped frame fixedly arranged at the bottom of the rectangular frame, a plurality of steam outlets are arranged on the inner bottom surface of the U-shaped frame, a lifting mechanism is arranged on the rectangular frame, a pair of door-shaped frames distributed in a splayed shape are pivoted on a lifting block of the lifting mechanism, a pair of gears on the pair of door-shaped frames are meshed, a press roller is fixedly arranged at the opening end of each door-shaped frame, two press plates are pivoted on the U-shaped frame and are respectively positioned at two sides of the pair of door-shaped frames, and the press plates are pressed above the corresponding press rollers through torsion springs arranged on pivoting shafts of the press plates, the lifting block descends to enable the pair of press rollers to push and press from the center to two sides along the inner bottom surface of the U-shaped frame to achieve transverse ironing, the moving speed of the moving frame is the same as the advancing speed of cloth during ironing, when the door-shaped frame overturns beyond a certain angle, the lock rod on one door-shaped frame crosses the elastic blocking piece on the lifting block to prevent the door-shaped frame from swinging inwards, the moving frame retreats after ironing is finished, meanwhile, the lifting block ascends, and after the lifting block ascends to a certain height, the driving piece on the rectangular frame acts on the elastic blocking piece, and the pair of door-shaped frames quickly reset under the action of the pair of press plates.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the transverse ironing assembly 4 includes a moving frame 41 disposed on the frame 1, the moving frame 41 has a rectangular frame 411 and a U-shaped frame 413 fixedly disposed at the bottom of the rectangular frame 411, guide shafts 412 disposed at two ends of the rectangular frame 411 are slidably connected with the frame 1, racks in the rectangular frame 411 are engaged with a driving gear 42 pivoted on a transverse plate 12 of the frame 1, the moving frame 41 makes a linear reciprocating motion along the cloth direction, a steam filling cavity 414 is disposed in an inner bottom surface of the U-shaped frame 413, a plurality of steam outlet holes 415 communicated with the steam filling cavity 414 are disposed on the inner bottom surface of the U-shaped frame 413, a lifting mechanism is disposed on the rectangular frame 411, a pair of door frames 46 distributed in an eight-shape are pivoted on a lifting block of the lifting mechanism, a pair of gears on the pair of door frames 46 are engaged, a press roller 47 is fixedly arranged at the opening end of each door-shaped frame, two press plates 48 are pivoted on the U-shaped frame 413, the two press plates 48 are respectively positioned at two sides of a pair of door-shaped frames 46, the press plates 48 are pressed against the corresponding press rollers 47 through torsion springs arranged on pivoting shafts of the press plates 48, a pair of press rollers 47 are pressed from the center to two sides along the inner bottom surface of the U-shaped frame 413 by descending of a lifting block to realize transverse ironing, a certain pre-pressure is applied to the press rollers 47 by the press plates 48 to ensure that the ironing effect is good, the advancing speeds of the moving frame 41 and the cloth are the same during ironing, the cloth and the press rollers 47 cannot be dislocated in the longitudinal direction to influence the ironing effect during transverse ironing, when the door-shaped frames 46 are overturned over a certain angle, a lock rod 461 positioned on one door-shaped frame 46 passes over an elastic blocking piece 49 positioned on a lifting block to prevent the door-shaped, if the pair of press rollers 47 approach each other along the inner bottom surface of the U-shaped frame 413, the cloth is pushed from both sides to the center, so that wrinkles of the cloth become more serious, after ironing is finished, the moving frame 41 retreats, the lifting block ascends, when the lifting block ascends to a certain height, the driving element on the rectangular frame 411 acts on the elastic stopper 49, the pair of door-shaped frames 46 are quickly reset under the action of the pair of press plates 48, and then next round of transverse ironing is performed, wherein the ironing width of each side is the same as the length of the press rollers 47.

The lifting mechanism comprises a screw rod 44 pivoted on the rectangular frame 411, the screw rod 44 is positioned in a guide sleeve 416 of the rectangular frame 411, a nut sleeve 45 connected with the lower end of the screw rod 44 reciprocates up and down along the guide sleeve 416 under the action of the screw rod 44, and the upper end of the screw rod 44 is connected with a lifting motor 43.
As shown in fig. 4, the elastic stopper 49 includes a locking shaft 492 slidably disposed on the elevator block, the locking shaft 492 has a polygonal cross section, the front end of the locking shaft 492 has a slope 4921, the lock lever 461 presses the slope 4921 to move the locking shaft 492, the rear end of the locking shaft 492 has a driving wedge 4922, a tension spring 493 is connected between the locking shaft 492 and the elevator block, the tension spring 493 keeps the locking shaft 492 in an extended state, an unlocking wedge 491 on the rectangular frame 411 acts on the driving wedge 4922 to move the locking shaft 492 in a retracted state, wherein the unlocking wedge 491 is fixedly connected to the guide sleeve 416 through a cantilever rod.
