Description

Clothes drying appliance
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention belongs to the technical field of household appliances, and relates to a clothes drying appliance with a heat exchange device.
[ background of the invention ]
Chinese patent application publication No. CN105463804A discloses a clothes dryer having a clothes treating tub assembly in a cabinet, which includes an inner tub driven by a motor to rotate and an outer tub sleeved outside the inner tub. The outer barrel is connected with the condensing channel and is communicated with the space; the condensation channel is further connected with the fan and the air heating channel in sequence; the other end of the air heating channel is communicated with the outer barrel space; thus, an air circulation path is formed among the tub, the condensing passage, the fan, and the air heating passage. In the drying procedure, a heater in the air heating channel heats the drying air flowing through the air heating channel; the heated high-temperature drying air enters the clothes treatment barrel assembly under the action of the fan, and the damp clothes in the inner barrel are heated, so that the moisture in the clothes is evaporated; the drying air carries the evaporated moisture to enter the condensation channel, the moisture in the drying air is condensed to be changed into liquid state again, the drying air is separated from the drying air, the drying air is changed into low temperature again to be dried, the drying air enters the heating channel again under the drive of the fan, a new round of circulation is started, and the operation is repeated in this way, and finally the clothes in the inner barrel are dried. Wherein, the condensing channel is connected with a cooling water inlet pipe. In the drying process, cooling water flows into the condensing channel from the water inlet pipe, so that heat exchange is carried out between the cooling water and the drying air entering the condensing channel, and moisture in the drying air is condensed.

Fig. 1 is a side schematic view of a laundry drying appliance of a first embodiment;
fig. 2 is a side schematic view of a laundry drying appliance of a second embodiment;
FIG. 3 is a front view of a first embodiment of a heat exchange device;
FIG. 4 is a front view of a second embodiment of a heat exchange device;
FIG. 5 is a simplified schematic illustration of another embodiment of fluid passages of a heat exchange device.
[ detailed description ] embodiments
As shown in fig. 1, the laundry drying appliance 1 includes an outer tub 2 constituting a drying chamber and an inner tub 4 rotatably driven by a motor 3 located in the outer tub 2. The wall 41 of the inner tub 4 has dense holes 42 so that the inside of the inner tub 4 and the outer tub 2 are suitable for air circulation.
The outer tub 2 is connected to a process air passage 5. The air inlet 51 of the process air channel 5 is connected with the wall 21 of the outer tub 2. The air outlet 52 of the process air passage 5 is connected to a gasket 6 installed at the front side of the outer tub 2. The process air channel 5 is then in spatial communication with the outer tub 2.
A fan 7 and a heating device 8 are arranged in the process air channel 5. Wherein, after the fan 7 is started, the air can be blown to enter the process air channel 5 from the air inlet 51 of the process air channel 5, passes through the heating device 8, is blown out from the air outlet 52, enters the front part of the outer barrel 2, enters the inner barrel 4 to fully contact with clothes, then passes through the holes 42 on the inner barrel wall 41, and finally enters the process air channel 5 to complete the primary circulation flow.
A heat exchanger 10 is arranged in the process air channel 5. The heat exchange device 10 is installed between the air inlet 51 and the fan 7. The hot and humid process air 200 enters the process air channel 5 from the air inlet 51 and passes through the heat exchanger 10 to exchange heat with the heat exchanger 10, the temperature drops, and the moisture therein is condensed. The process air 200 then passes through the fan 7 and enters the installation area of the heating device 8. The process air 200 is heated by the heating device 8, and then enters the outer tub 2 and the inner tub 4 again to further evaporate the moisture in the laundry.
The heat exchange device 10 includes a plate-like body 14. The body 14 has a flat distribution of fluid passages 11 therein, the fluid passages having an inlet 12 and an outlet 13 adapted to receive a cooling medium from the inlet 12 into the fluid passages 11 and from the outlet 13 out of the fluid passages 11. Wherein the cooling medium may typically be water. Wherein the body 14 is at least partially made of metal or a material having a thermal conductivity comparable to that of metal. The inlet 12 of the fluid channel 11 passes through the wall 50 of the process channel 5 and the outlet 13 is located within the process channel 5 and at the bottom of the body 14. The main body 14 of the heat exchange device divides the process air channel 5 in the air flow direction into a first channel portion 501 and a second channel portion 502.
In operation, a cooling medium is supplied into the fluid passage 11 from the inlet 12 of the fluid passage 11. The cooling medium exchanges heat with the process air 200 contacting the heat exchange device 10 through the thermally conductive channel walls, causing the process air temperature to decrease. The cooling medium having the increased temperature enters the tub 2 from the air inlet 51 of the process air path 5 and is discharged. The fluid channel 11 can provide a continuous cooling medium for the heat exchange device 10, and the cooling medium flows in the fluid channel 11 and can fully exchange heat with the process air through the channel wall, so that the cooling medium can be fully utilized. Meanwhile, since the cooling medium flows in the fluid passage 11, splashing does not occur by the blowing of the air flow, and thus, the cooling medium is not sucked by the fan 7.
In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the body 14 of the heat exchange device 10 is secured flush against the wall 50 of the process channel 5. For example, two heat exchange devices 10 can be fixed to two opposite walls 50 of the process channel 5. Process air 200 passes between the two heat exchange devices 10.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the heat exchange device 100 comprises a plate-like body 140. The body 140 has conduits 160 therein that are distributed flat and in which the fluid channels 110 are formed. In which the duct 160 is formed by deformation in a laminar wall 1601.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the main body 240 of the heat exchange device 200 is formed by folding and bending the tube 260 which is spread out in a flat shape. The conduit 260 defines the fluid channel 210. The walls 261 of the duct have gaps 270 between them to facilitate air circulation.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fluid channels 110, 210 are folded and curved, and the mutually bent sections 1100, 2100 are parallel to each other.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, heat exchange device 300 comprises a plurality of fluid channels 310. The fluid channels 310 each have a bent section 3100. An acute angle is formed between each two adjacent bent segments 3100. In the direction of fluid flow, the bent section 3100 of the fluid channel 310 is inclined downwardly with respect to the horizontal. Typically, the cooling medium is tap water. The cooling water can generate larger potential energy in the inclined bending area and generate larger turbulence in the bending section, so that the sediment accumulation of sediment in water in the bending section is reduced, the water flow in the fluid channel is smoother, and the blockage of the fluid channel is avoided.
The various embodiments described above and shown in the drawings are merely illustrative of the invention. Any modification of the present invention by a person of ordinary skill in the related art within the scope of the basic technical idea of the present invention is within the scope of the present invention.
