The embodiment of the application provides a preparation method of slurry for a multifunctional labor protection glove based on butyronitrile latex, which is used for the field of functional protective gloves, wherein the required inner layer slurry and the outer layer slurry of the embodiment are proportioned as follows:
the inner layer slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of pre-vulcanized butyronitrile latex, 0.5 part of dye, 8 parts of zinc borate and 1 part of thickening agent; the outer layer slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of pre-vulcanized butyronitrile latex, 10 parts of water, 8 parts of zinc borate, 5 parts of conductive carbon black and 2 parts of thickening agent.
The method comprises the following specific steps:
step 1: weighing 100 parts of pre-vulcanized butyronitrile latex, 0.5 part of dye and 8 parts of zinc borate quantitatively according to parts by weight, uniformly mixing, adding 1 part of thickening agent, uniformly mixing to prepare inner layer slurry, wherein the solid content of the pre-vulcanized butyronitrile latex is 35%, and pre-vulcanizing for 72 hours at the temperature of 20 ℃.
Step 2: weighing 100 parts of pre-vulcanized butyronitrile latex in a quantitative manner, weighing 10 parts of water in a quantitative manner, 5 parts of conductive carbon black and 8 parts of zinc borate in a quantitative manner, uniformly stirring the four parts to obtain mixed butyronitrile latex, weighing 2 parts of thickening agent, and uniformly stirring the thickening agent and the mixed butyronitrile latex to obtain outer layer slurry, wherein the solid content of the pre-vulcanized butyronitrile latex is 35%, and pre-vulcanizing the mixture for 72 hours at the temperature of 20 ℃.
The multifunctional labor protection gloves are obtained through the steps, wherein the inner layer slurry has wear-resistant, soft, antistatic and flame-retardant properties, and the outer layer slurry has flame-retardant and conductive properties.
According to the preparation method of the slurry for the multifunctional labor protection glove based on the butyronitrile latex, the prevulcanization butyronitrile latex, the dye and the flame retardant are uniformly mixed according to the weight part of the inner layer slurry in proportion to obtain the mixed latex with the corresponding color, the thickening agent is added into the mixed latex, and the mixture is uniformly stirred to obtain the inner layer slurry; uniformly mixing the prevulcanized butyronitrile latex, the water, the flame retardant and the conductive carbon black according to the weight part of the outer layer slurry in proportion to obtain a mixed sizing material, adding the thickening agent into the mixed sizing material, and uniformly stirring to obtain the outer layer slurry; on the basis of meeting the performances of wear resistance, skid resistance, oil stain resistance, puncture resistance and the like of the glove, the inner layer slurry has flame retardant property, the outer layer slurry has flame retardant property and conductive property, is convenient for being used in a hot-line work environment better, and can prevent the electric arc from instantly releasing heat to burn and hurt the hands.

Claims (8)

1. The slurry for the multifunctional labor protection gloves based on the butyronitrile latex is characterized by comprising inner layer slurry and outer layer slurry;
the inner layer slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of prevulcanized butyronitrile latex, 0.5-2 parts of dye, 5-10 parts of flame retardant and 1-3.5 parts of thickening agent, wherein the inner layer slurry has wear-resistant, soft, antistatic and flame retardant properties;
the outer layer slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of pre-vulcanized butyronitrile latex, 10-15 parts of water, 5-10 parts of flame retardant, 2-10 parts of conductive carbon black and 2-6 parts of thickener, and has the functions of flame retardance, conductivity and touch screen.
2. The multifunctional labor glove size based on nitrile latex as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pre-vulcanized nitrile latex has a solid content of not higher than 50%.
3. The slurry for multifunctional labor insurance gloves based on butyronitrile latex as claimed in claim 1, wherein the prevulcanization conditions of the prevulcanization butyronitrile latex are as follows:
the prevulcanization time is not less than 48 hours at the temperature of 15-30 ℃.
4. The multifunctional labor protection glove size based on nitrile butadiene latex as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flame retardant is any one of antimony trioxide, ammonium polyphosphate, zinc borate, tributyl phosphate and melamine.
5. The multifunctional labor protection glove size based on nitrile butadiene latex as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickener is any one of casein, cellulose, sodium polyacrylate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, and polyacrylic acid.
6. The multifunctional labor protection glove size based on nitrile butadiene latex as claimed in claim 1, wherein the particle size of the conductive carbon black is 10-200 nm.
7. A process for preparing a multifunctional labor protection glove size based on nitrile butadiene latex according to claims 1-6, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
preparing inner layer slurry: uniformly mixing the prevulcanized butyronitrile latex, the dye and the flame retardant according to the weight part of the inner layer slurry in proportion to obtain mixed latex with corresponding color, adding the thickening agent into the mixed latex, and uniformly stirring to obtain the inner layer slurry;
preparing outer layer slurry: uniformly mixing the prevulcanized butyronitrile latex, the water, the flame retardant and the conductive carbon black according to the weight part of the outer layer slurry in proportion to obtain a mixed sizing material, adding the thickening agent into the mixed sizing material, and uniformly stirring to obtain the outer layer slurry.
8. The preparation method of the slurry for the multifunctional labor protection glove based on the nitrile butadiene latex as claimed in claim 7, wherein the prevulcanization conditions of the prevulcanization nitrile butadiene latex are as follows:
the prevulcanization time is not less than 48 hours at the temperature of 15-30 ℃.
