Description

Ecological restoration and treatment method for black and odorous water body
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment, and particularly relates to an ecological restoration treatment method for a black and odorous water body.
Background
The urban black and odorous water body is a general name of water bodies which present unpleasant colors and/or emit unpleasant smells in urban built-up areas. The general black and odorous water body mainly has the following characteristics of serious organic pollution, obvious eutrophication, black or blackish color, pungent odor emission, low content of dissolved oxygen in the water body, poor transparency and high content of ammonia nitrogen.
Black and odorous water is an extreme phenomenon of water pollution, wherein insufficient dissolved oxygen and too low self-cleaning capacity of water are root causes of black and odorous water. Under the action of aerobic microorganisms, organic pollutants in water consume a large amount of oxygen in water to cause the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the water to be gradually reduced, when the concentration of the dissolved oxygen in the water is lower than 0.2mg/L, the water enters an anaerobic stage, the mass propagation of anaerobic bacteria is accelerated, and a large amount of odor-making gases such as hydrogen sulfide, methane, ammonia nitrogen, thioether, organic acid, mercaptan and the like are generated when the organic matters are subjected to anaerobic decomposition, so that the water is smelly. In addition, heavy metals such as iron and manganese in water are reduced under the condition of oxygen deficiency and react with sulfur in water to form FeS, MnS and other suspended particles, so that the water body is blackened. The urban water body is fragile due to long-term exogenous pollution input, serious accumulation of substrate pollutants and vicious circle, and finally causes water quality deterioration and black and odorous phenomena.
Solving black and odorous water and restoring benign ecology and social functions of rivers are one of the key tasks to be solved urgently in the process of urban sustainable development. The treatment and restoration of the urban black and odorous water body are enhanced, the urban water environment quality can be improved, and the living health of people is guaranteed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a method for restoring and treating the black and odorous water body ecology, which can maintain a stable ecosystem and the self-purification capability of the water body only by keeping the live water, appropriately oxygenating and periodically supplementing little ageing microecological preparation after the restoration of the black and odorous water body ecosystem is completed by the method, thereby maintaining the low cost. The invention relates to a black and odorous water treatment technology which has the advantages of low equipment investment, high pollution treatment speed, low operation cost and strong sustainability.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a black and odorous water body ecological restoration and treatment method comprises the following steps:
s1, installing a water activating machine on the water surface of the black and odorous water body;
s2, installing a waterwheel aerator on the water surface of the black and odorous water body;
s3, applying a microecological preparation to the black and odorous water body; the dosage of the microecological preparation is 350-550g/1000m for carrying out heavy planting;
the microecological preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 21-36 parts of aerobic beneficial bacterium composite flora, 17-28 parts of pseudomonas composite flora, 12-17 parts of photosynthetic bacterium composite flora, 15-32 parts of Gordon's composite flora, 11-19 parts of nutrient substances, 6-14 parts of hydrolase and 55-68 parts of solid carrier.
Further, the microecological preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-32 parts of aerobic beneficial bacterium composite flora, 19-23 parts of pseudomonas composite flora, 14-16 parts of photosynthetic bacterium composite flora, 18-24 parts of Gordon's composite flora, 13-17 parts of nutrient substances, 8-11 parts of hydrolase and 58-63 parts of solid carrier.
Further, the microecological preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 28 parts of aerobic beneficial bacterium composite flora, 21 parts of pseudomonas composite flora, 15 parts of photosynthetic bacterium composite flora, 22 parts of Gordon's composite flora, 14 parts of nutrient substances, 9 parts of hydrolase and 61 parts of solid carrier.
The water body energy conversion and the material circulation which take aquatic organisms as carriers are the main functions and essential characteristics of the water body ecosystem. In the water area ecosystem, water is a carrier of aquatic organism communities, and provides living environment for aquatic animals, plants and microorganisms. The diverse aquatic organisms, together with the multi-factor abiotic environment in the water, constitute a water ecosystem that continues to perform energy conversion and material circulation. The diversified organisms in the water body and the organic and inorganic environmental factors in the water body resist and conflict with each other, and are mutually utilized and depended on each other to form a water area ecological system in motion development. The metabolism of diversified aquatic organisms promotes energy conversion and substance conversion in the water area ecosystem, drives various organic matters thrown into the water body to realize cyclic conversion and utilization through biochemical processes such as 'food → pollutant → nutrient' and the like or biochemical processes such as 'pollutant → nutrient → food' and the like, so that the ecosystem is cyclically recycled from 'self-pollution' to 'self-purification' or from 'self-purification' to 'self-pollution', the stability and the promotion of the water body ecosystem are maintained, and a relatively stable natural purification mechanism of the water body is formed. Therefore, the biological diversity of the water body is maintained, the integrity of the nutrition (food) chain of the water body is kept, and the stability of the self-purification capacity of the water body can be guaranteed.
The toxic and harmful substances represented by H2S are greatly increased due to oxygen deficiency of the black and odorous water body, so that various aquatic organisms lose survival conditions, and the recovery of dissolved oxygen is a basic premise for promoting the regression of various aquatic organisms. Meanwhile, the main biological components of the water area ecosystem, including three types of aquatic organisms such as aquatic animals, plants and microorganisms, must be rapidly improved. And the aerobic beneficial bacteria are the core of the water body ecological system for realizing material circulation and energy conversion. The microorganisms represented by aerobic beneficial bacteria are the end points of material circulation: various aquatic organisms in the water body can produce excrement and die along with the excrement, so that the excrement becomes waste pollutants in the water body and provides raw (edible) materials for the life of aerobic beneficial bacteria; meanwhile, the method is also the starting point of material circulation: when the aerobic beneficial bacteria drive the oxidation-reduction reaction in the water body, the organic pollutants are degraded into inorganic nutrient salts, and the raw materials are provided for the primary productivity formed by the photosynthesis of aquatic plants (mainly phytoplankton). Under the condition of sufficient dissolved oxygen, aerobic beneficial bacteria generate a plurality of catalytic enzymes through secretion, so that the oxidative decomposition of biological macromolecules is accelerated, the aerobic beneficial bacteria are not involved, and the oxidative decomposition efficiency of the biological macromolecules is greatly reduced. Therefore, in the water ecological system, the aerobic beneficial bacteria play a key core role of 'starting from the beginning and going on again'. Therefore, the microbial agent is added to rapidly increase the microbial agent dosage in the water body, and the rapid degradation capability of the organic pollutants in the black and odorous water body is formed, so that the black and odorous phenomenon is eliminated. As for the aquatic organisms such as phytoplankton, zooplankton, benthos, fish and the like which form the ecological system, on the premise of good water quality, a complete water body ecological system can be established by properly leading water, and the durable and efficient water body pollution purification capacity is formed.
Further, in step S1, one water activating machine is installed every 20 to 30m, calculated according to the water surface width of the black and odorous water body.
Further, in the step S2, the number ratio of the water-wheel automatic aerator to the water activating machine is 1-3: 1.
Further, the waterwheel aerator is uniformly distributed along the length of the water surface of the black and odorous water body.
In the invention, the water activating machine and the waterwheel aerator are adopted, so that the dissolved oxygen in the black and odorous water body can be recovered rapidly in all directions, and a firm foundation is laid for biological regression. Dissolved oxygen is the basic premise for the survival of aquatic organisms, and is not isolated from both aquatic animals and aquatic plants. Even microorganisms, except a few anaerobic bacteria, cannot survive without oxygen. Therefore, restoring the dissolved oxygen in the water body is the key to restoring the ecosystem of the water body. The oxygen deficiency of the black and odorous water is caused by the fact that a large amount of organic pollutants (black and odorous sludge) are deposited at the bottom of the water and become 'oxygen debt' to be paid back urgently. Even if a small amount of dissolved oxygen is brought in by replacing fresh water, the water body realizes up-and-down communication at night and after overcast and rainy, so that only a small amount of dissolved oxygen in the water body is consumed in a short time. Moreover, the chemical oxygenation and the mechanical oxygenation can only recover the upper dissolved oxygen in the water body, and the bottom dissolved oxygen is difficult to recover. Therefore, the key to the ecosystem restoration of black and odorous waters is the repayment of long-term accumulated "oxygen debt" in the water and bottom sludge. The invention comprehensively repays the oxygen debt of the water body and comprehensively recovers the dissolved oxygen of the water body, particularly the dissolved oxygen at the bottom of the water body by combining a method of mechanical oxygenation and mechanical running water and properly matching with biological and chemical bottom improvement. The water machine and the oxygen increasing machine are matched for use, so that the dissolved oxygen in the water body can be recovered at an accelerated speed.
Meanwhile, the biggest pollution source of the black and odorous water body is black and odorous bottom mud which contains a large amount of organic pollutants and is a main oxygen consumption source of the water body. The rainstorm in summer and the cool wind at night can lead the surface water to be rapidly cooled and shrunk, and the black and odorous sediment deposited on the bottom layer is driven to be blown up, so that the organic pollutants in the sediment are released to the water body for the second time, which becomes an important factor for the black and odorous continuation of the water body in rivers and lakes, and the deficient dissolved oxygen in the black and odorous water body is completely consumed in a short time. Therefore, the key to the recovery of the dissolved oxygen in the black and odorous water body is to eliminate the "oxygen debt" accumulated in the black and odorous sediment as soon as possible. Because of the great difference of the specific gravity of 'gas' and 'water', the method determines that 'water flows to the lower part and gas flows to the higher part', the common mechanical oxygenation and biological oxygenation methods can only increase the dissolved oxygen on the upper layer of the water body, cannot solve the problem of oxygen deficiency on the bottom layer of the black and odorous water body, and cannot remove a large amount of 'oxygen debt' deposited in the black and odorous bottom mud. The method of the invention continuously conveys the dissolved oxygen generated by the common aerator or the biological photosynthesis to the bottom layer of the water body and the surface layer of the sediment through the water activating machine, thereby accelerating the reduction of a large amount of oxygen debt accumulated on the surface layer of the sediment. Meanwhile, the method is combined with biochemical bottom improvement with strong oxidation, so that dissolved oxygen at the water bottom is quickly recovered, organic pollutants on the surface of the bottom mud are accelerated to be oxidized and reduced, an oxidation reduction layer with a certain thickness is formed, and the pollutants under the surface layer mud are prevented from diffusing into water, which is a key measure for recovering the dissolved oxygen in the water body. Aerobic beneficial bacteria can be attached to the sludge with the surface oxidation-reduction layer, so that the capability of purifying organic pollutants by the bottom sludge is improved. The dissolved oxygen in the water body treated by the method is quickly recovered and maintained at a higher level.
Furthermore, the colony number of the aerobic beneficial bacterium compound flora is 30-40cfu/mg, the colony number of the pseudomonas compound flora is 13-25cfu/mg, the colony number of the photosynthetic bacterium compound flora is 32-45cfu/mg, and the colony number of the gordonia compound flora is 35-52 cfu/mg.
Further, the hydrolytic enzyme comprises any one or combination of several of starch hydrolytic enzyme, fat hydrolytic enzyme, cellulose hydrolytic enzyme and protein hydrolytic enzyme.
The natural water body ecological system has better natural purification capacity. However, in fine days in spring, summer and autumn, due to the sunlight heating effect and the expansion and contraction characteristics of water, a thermocline and thermal resistance are formed, and vertical communication is lacked between the upper layer and the lower layer of the water body. Therefore, in the sunny day in the three seasons, the natural water body only has the capacity of purifying pollutants in the middle and upper water bodies. In a severely polluted water body, the vertical communication between the upper layer and the lower layer formed at night and in rainy days often leads to zero dissolved oxygen in the water body due to explosive oxygen consumption (repayment) of organic pollutants ('oxygen debt') accumulated at the water bottom for a long time, thus causing all living beings to dieAs a result, the original ecological system collapses, and the water body loses the ability of pollution purification. On one hand, the invention continuously and stably carries out the omnibearing communication, especially the vertical communication, of the water body, ensures that the water body maintains a certain dissolved oxygen content in an omnibearing way, ensures the survival of various organisms in the whole water body, especially the survival of microorganisms such as aerobic beneficial bacteria, phytoplankton and the like, further promotes the metabolism of other aquatic organisms in the water body, drives the energy conversion and the material circulation in the water body, and has a stable and efficient ecological system. A stable and efficient ecosystem formed in the water body can ensure the stable supply of dissolved oxygen in the water body, promote the quick degradation of aerobic beneficial bacteria in the water body to organic pollutants, and accelerate the H in the water2S、CH4And NO2 -And the toxic and harmful substances are converted and eliminated, so that the accumulation of oxygen debt is avoided.
The invention relates to water which keeps micro-speed circulation flow and drives an ecological system to convert energy and circulate substances by organisms, and the water is moving water and living water. The essence of the invention is that the physical and biological processes drive the biochemical process of the water ecological system to oxidize and decompose organic pollutants and provide nutrition for plants; plants synthesize organic matters through photosynthesis by using solar energy and increase dissolved oxygen release, thereby providing good environment and food for aquatic animals; various wastes of aquatic animals are oxidized and decomposed by the participation of aerobic beneficial bacteria and then are converted into plant nutrition, and the material circulation process of a water body ecological system is completed while energy conversion is achieved. It must be noted that the organic pollutants can be accelerated to be oxidized and decomposed under the catalysis of the microorganisms, so that the rapid and efficient degradation is achieved, the toxic and harmful substances are eliminated, and a virtuous-cycle efficient and stable ecosystem is formed.
The black and odorous water body treatment method utilizes the self-purification capacity of the ecosystem to treat the black and odorous water body, and drives dissolved oxygen and aerobic beneficial bacteria to reach the bottom of the water body where main pollutants are located through continuous micro-speed vertical communication of the water body, so that the purposes of oxidizing and decomposing black and odorous sludge at the bottom of the water, recovering the sediment ecosystem and the purification capacity of the pollutants are achieved, and the sustainable treatment is fundamentally carried out. Aims at the main obstacle of water body to restore the ecosystem, namely organic matters deposited by bottom mud ("oxygen debt"); the bottleneck of recovering an ecological system of the black and odorous water body, namely oxygen deficiency, particularly oxygen deficiency at the bottom layer is expanded; the most important and most scarce organisms, namely the high-activity aerobic beneficial bacteria, in the black and odorous water body are supplemented, so that the black and odorous water body is treated quickly and efficiently.
After the black and odorous water ecological system is repaired by the method, the stable ecological system and the self-purification capacity of the water body can be maintained only by keeping the running water, appropriately oxygenating and periodically supplementing a small amount of the gradually-aged microecologics (10-20 days), so that the maintenance cost is low. Therefore, the treatment of the black and odorous water body is a black and odorous water body treatment technology with the advantages of low equipment investment, high pollution treatment speed, low operation cost and strong sustainability.
The treatment of black and odorous water body by the invention is preferably carried out in a relatively stable (moderately closed) environment, and at least the water flow speed is controlled. The water flow of the open water body can bring away a large amount of beneficial bacteria and phytoplankton which are put, so that the biological foundation of the invention is lost. Meanwhile, the discharge amount of pollutants in the water body is controlled to prevent the excessive pollutants from exhausting the dissolved oxygen in the water body, so that an ecological system is collapsed, and the water body loses the self-purification capacity. The test water body has certain openness, drives the treatment of downstream polluted water body and the improvement of water quality, and truly tests the strong capability of the invention in treating black and odorous water body. Therefore, in the open water body with slow water flow, the technology of the invention can be used for treatment in the upstream river channel of the black and odorous water body so as to drive the sewage treatment and the water quality improvement of the downstream river channel.
