Abstract
The invention discloses a channel with RFID readers and a system for loading and unloading silkworm cocoons into and out of a warehouse, wherein the channel with the RFID readers comprises a channel, two RFID readers and a conveyer belt, the channel comprises two channel walls which are oppositely arranged, each channel wall is provided with an inlet section, a rotating installation part and an outlet section which are distributed along the length direction of the channel wall, the channel walls are rotatably installed through the rotating installation parts, the inner side of the outlet section is provided with a protruding part protruding towards the inner side of the channel wall, the two RFID readers are correspondingly arranged on the protruding parts of the two channel walls, and the conveyer belt is distributed along the length direction of the channel and penetrates through the channel to be used for conveying the silkworm cocoons to be loaded into the frame. The channel with the RFID reader-writer can improve the RFID reading-writing accuracy.

Technical Field

The traditional silkworm cocoon purchasing method is low in efficiency, easy to make mistakes and high in labor cost, and the intelligent framing and intelligent warehouse-in and warehouse-out functions of the silkworm cocoons can be achieved through the RFID intelligent purchasing method. However, the reading rate of the RFID is affected by many factors, such as the external environment, the antenna power, and the like, so that the accuracy of the tag reading is problematic.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a channel with an RFID reader-writer and a system for framing, delivering and warehousing silkworm cocoons, and aims to improve the accuracy of RFID reading.

The invention also provides a system for framing, delivering and warehousing the silkworm cocoons, which comprises any one of the channels with the RFID reader-writers.
According to the technical scheme, the channel wall is rotatably arranged, so that when the silkworm cocoon frames enter the channel and abut against the protruding portions, the outlet section of the channel wall rotates outwards, the inlet section of the channel wall rotates inwards, so that the inlet of the channel contracts, subsequent silkworm cocoon frames are limited to enter the channel, the silkworm cocoon frames keep a proper distance, the problem that accuracy is influenced when RFID (radio frequency identification) reading is interfered with each other is avoided, meanwhile, the width of the channel at one section provided with an RFID reader-writer can be changed due to the fact that the channel wall is rotatably arranged, and therefore when the silkworm cocoon frames of different sizes move to the channel, the protruding portions can be guaranteed to abut against the silkworm cocoon frames of different sizes, and the channel can well conduct RFID reading on the silkworm cocoon frames of different sizes.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the shaft 100 with RFID readers includes a shaft 1, two RFID readers 2, and a conveyor belt (not shown), where the shaft 1 includes two shaft walls 11 disposed opposite to each other, each shaft wall 11 has an inlet section 111, a rotating mounting section 112, and an outlet section 113 distributed along a length direction thereof, where the shaft wall 11 is rotatably mounted by the rotating mounting section 112, the outlet section 113 has a protruding portion 114 protruding into the shaft wall 11 on an inner side thereof, the two RFID readers 2 are correspondingly disposed on the protruding portions 114 of the two shaft walls 11, the conveyor belt is disposed along the length direction of the shaft 1 and passes through the shaft 1 to convey a silkworm cocoon frame 200, where the outlet section 113 of the shaft wall 11 rotates outwards when the silkworm cocoon frame 200 enters the shaft 1 and abuts against the protruding portion 114, the entrance section 111 of the channel wall 11 is pivoted inwardly to cause the entrance to the channel 1 to contract, restricting the subsequent cocoon framing 200 from entering the channel 1.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the channel wall 11 is set to rotate, for this reason, when the silkworm cocoon framing frame 200 enters the channel 1 and is abutted with the protruding part 114, the outlet section 113 of the channel wall 11 is turned outwards, the inlet section 111 of the channel wall 11 is turned inwards, so that the entrance of the passage 1 is contracted, and the subsequent silkworm cocoon framing 200 is restricted from entering the passage 1, so that each cocoon casing 200 can keep a proper distance, and the accuracy is not influenced by mutual interference in reading RFID, and at the same time, because the channel wall 11 is arranged to be rotatable, it is possible to make the width of the channel 1 at the section where the RFID reader/writer 2 is arranged variable, thus, when the cocoons of different sizes are moved to the section, the protrusions 114 can be ensured to abut against the cocoons, so that the passage 1 can well perform RFID reading on cocoon frames 200 of different sizes.
In this embodiment, in a direction away from the outlet section 113, an end of the inlet section 111 of the channel wall 11 away from the inlet section 111 is inclined toward the inside of the channel 1, so that when the inlet section 111 rotates inward, the inclined end of the inlet section 111 further contracts the inlet of the channel 1, and prevents a subsequent cocoon casing 200 from entering the channel 1.
In other embodiments, an elastic portion (not shown) is disposed at an end of the inlet section 111 of the channel wall 11 away from the outlet section 113 to elastically abut against the subsequent cocoon casing frame 200, so as to prevent damage to the subsequent cocoon casing frame 200.
In this embodiment, the protrusion 114 has an entrance side facing the entrance section 111 and an exit side facing away from the entrance side, and the RFID reader/writer 2 is provided on the exit side of the protrusion 114 to avoid the RFID tag of the cocoon framing 200 at the entrance of the passage 1. Further, in this embodiment, a reflecting layer is provided on the entrance side of the protruding portion 114 to reflect the radio waves of the RFID tags of the cocoon framing frame 200 at the entrance of the passage 1, thereby further avoiding the influence on the RFID tags being read.
