Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing process for manufacturing shoe material products by using industrial waste, relating to the technical field of shoe industry, and the technical scheme comprises the following steps: s1: recycling industrial waste; s2: pretreating the recovered industrial waste; s3: crushing industrial waste materials into fragments through a crusher; s4: adding the fragments into a plastic raw material and a chemical auxiliary agent for mixing and milling, and then granulating through a granulator to obtain regenerated plastic granules; s5: and (3) producing the shoe material product by the regenerated plastic granules through an injection molding machine or a PU (polyurethane) molding machine. The method is used for solving the problems of environmental pollution, resource waste and the like caused by large production amount and incapability of processing of industrial waste in the prior art.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of shoe industry, in particular to a manufacturing process for manufacturing shoe material products by using industrial waste.
Background
The following are common in the shoe industry today:
firstly, the production amount is large, and the environmental pressure is heavy. In the shoe manufacturing industry, basically every 100 pairs of shoes are produced, 1 kg of waste materials are generated, and the large amount of solid waste materials not only occupy large land resources, but also cause serious pollution to underground water and atmosphere.
Secondly, the comprehensive utilization level is low, and the resource level is in urgent need of improvement. The comprehensive treatment and utilization are not industrialized, and the development of resource recovery and comprehensive utilization is seriously hindered.
Thirdly, the prior art is immature, and the produced industrial garbage in the shoe industry cannot be well recycled, thereby causing waste.
The technology for manufacturing the shoe material product by secondary processing of the industrial waste is provided, so that the generated shoe industry industrial waste becomes a resource, is fully recycled, and reduces the environmental pollution.

The embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:
the invention finally produces finished shoes, shoe outsoles, midsoles, vamp accessories and insoles by processing the industrial waste materials through a series of processing, changes the produced industrial waste materials into resources, fully recycles the resources, reduces the environmental pollution, reduces the waste of land resources and improves the resource recycling rate.

A manufacturing process for manufacturing shoe material products by using industrial waste, as shown in fig. 1, comprising the following steps:
s1: recycling industrial waste;
the industrial waste may be one or more of shoe industry industrial waste, wood chips, coconut shells.
S2: pretreating the recovered industrial waste;
s3: crushing industrial waste materials into fragments through a crusher;
the size of the fragments is 0.5 mm-10 mm.
S4: adding the fragments into a plastic raw material and a chemical auxiliary agent for mixing and milling, and then granulating through a granulator to obtain regenerated plastic granules;
the plastic raw material is one of PU, PA, PC, TPE and TPU. Of course, the plastic materials are not limited to the five mentioned in this embodiment, and other plastic materials can be added in the actual manufacturing process according to actual situations.
The chemical auxiliary agent is one of a cross-linking agent, a dispersing agent and Ksy dispersed oil.
S5: the regenerated plastic granules are made into shoe material products such as finished shoes, shoe outsoles, midsoles, vamp accessories and insoles by an injection molding machine or a PU forming machine.
S1 includes the steps of:
a: removing impurities in the industrial waste;
b: removing metal substances of industrial waste.
So as to ensure the smooth proceeding of the subsequent work and produce the shoe material products with high quality.
The industrial waste is finally produced into finished shoes, shoe outsoles, midsoles, vamp accessories and insoles through a series of processing, the produced industrial waste is changed into resources, the resources are fully recycled, the environmental pollution is reduced, the waste of land resources is reduced, and the resource recovery utilization rate is improved.

1. A manufacturing process for manufacturing shoe material products by using industrial waste is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: recycling industrial waste;
s2: pretreating the recovered industrial waste;
s3: crushing industrial waste materials into fragments through a crusher;
s4: adding the fragments into a plastic raw material and a chemical auxiliary agent for mixing and milling, and then granulating through a granulator to obtain regenerated plastic granules;
s5: and (3) producing the shoe material product by the regenerated plastic granules through an injection molding machine or a PU (polyurethane) molding machine.
2. The manufacturing process for manufacturing shoe material products by using industrial waste materials as claimed in claim 1, wherein the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: the S1 includes the steps of:
a: removing impurities in the industrial waste;
b: removing metal substances of industrial waste.
3. The manufacturing process for manufacturing shoe material products by using industrial waste materials as claimed in claim 1, wherein the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: the size of the fragments is 0.5 mm-10 mm.

6. The manufacturing process for manufacturing shoe material products by using industrial waste materials as claimed in claim 1, wherein the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: the plastic raw material is PC.
7. The manufacturing process for manufacturing shoe material products by using industrial waste materials as claimed in claim 1, wherein the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: the plastic raw material is TPE.
8. The manufacturing process for manufacturing shoe material products by using industrial waste materials as claimed in claim 1, wherein the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: the plastic raw material is TPU.
9. The manufacturing process for manufacturing shoe material products by using industrial waste materials as claimed in claim 1, wherein the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: the chemical auxiliary agent is cross-linking agent/dispersing agent/Ksy dispersing oil.
10. The manufacturing process for manufacturing shoe material products by using industrial waste materials as claimed in claim 1, wherein the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: the shoe material product comprises a finished shoe, an outsole, a midsole, a vamp accessory and an insole.
