The invention provides a portable sand blasting device for a reserved section of an inner port of a pipeline, which comprises a material storage and supply part, a sand blasting part, a power part and a sealing part which are connected in sequence; the feeding part comprises a main end plate and an inner end plate, a storage bin and a material pipe are arranged between the main end plate and the inner end plate, the material pipe is connected with the sand blasting part through a small telescopic sheath, and the sand blasting part comprises a sand blasting disc; the other end of the sand throwing disc is connected with a power part, the power part comprises a middle shell, a transmission protective cover is arranged on the end face of the middle shell, a transmission shaft extending out of the transmission protective cover is connected with the sand throwing disc, the other end of the middle shell is connected with a large sheath, the large sheath can stretch out and retract along the central axis direction of a pipeline, the large sheath is connected with a sealing part, the sealing part comprises a hub plate, a check ring is arranged on the outer circle of the hub plate, an air bag is sleeved on the check ring, and a pair of supporting wheel sets is symmetrically arranged on. The invention belongs to the technical field of pipeline anticorrosion inner repaired mouths, and particularly relates to a portable sand blasting device for a reserved section of an inner port of a pipeline.
Background
The pipeline is an important medium conveying mode and comprises crude oil, natural gas, drinking water, sewage, chemical raw materials, seawater desalination, seawater beneficiation and the like, a single pipeline is prefabricated in an anticorrosion factory according to a standard anticorrosion process, but when the pipeline is prefabricated, a section (2.25 inches) of anticorrosion paint is reserved on the inner wall of two ports of the pipeline, only weldable paint or antirust paint is coated, the rust return of the reserved section is delayed, the pipeline is transported to a laying site in large quantity for stacking, and therefore the weldable paint or the antirust paint of the reserved section is preferably removed, and then butt welding is carried out.
However, in many concrete projects at home, most of the projects do not process the reserved section of the pipeline, and a small part of the projects are polished by using a handheld electric tool (an angle grinder or a straight grinder) with a wire wheel, but the polished surface of the wire brush can only reach St 3-grade cleanliness, so that the manual operation efficiency is low, and certain dangers exist. It is therefore desirable to create a portable device that can grit blast the reserved section in the field.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the portable sand blasting device for the reserved section of the inner port of the pipeline comprises a storage material supply part, a sand blasting part, a power part and a sealing part which are connected in sequence; the feeding part comprises a main end plate 12 and an inner end plate 14, the outer circle sides of the main end plate 12 and the inner end plate 14 are connected with a shell 13, a storage bin 9 and a material pipe 10 are installed between the main end plate 12 and the inner end plate 14, the material pipe 10 is connected with the sand blasting part through a small telescopic sheath, and the sand blasting part comprises a sand blasting disc 23; throwing sand disk 23's the other end and connecting power portion, power portion includes middle casing 22, sets up driving system in middle casing 22, and middle casing 22's terminal surface sets up transmission safety cover 16, stretches out transmission shaft connection throwing sand disk 23 in the transmission safety cover 16, and big sheath 17 is connected to middle casing 22's the other end, and big sheath 17 can be followed pipeline axis direction and stretched out and drawn back, and the sealing is connected to big sheath 17, the sealing includes hub plate 26, is installing retaining ring 27 on hub plate 26's the excircle, and the gasbag 3 is established to the cover on retaining ring 27, and the lower part bilateral symmetry of hub plate 26 sets up a pair of support wheelset 18.

the finished steel grit abrasive is loaded into a bin 9 in advance, the device is lifted to the port of a steel pipe 1 by a crane, the outer surface of the steel pipe 1 is an outer anticorrosive layer 4, a supporting wheel set 18 is supported on the inner wall of the steel pipe 1, a sling on an inner lifting ring 21 is removed, the device is pushed into the steel pipe 1 by an operator, the port of the steel pipe 1 presses the surface of an inner end plate 14, at the moment, a power supply is switched on for inflation, an air bag 3 expands, the surface of an inner anticorrosive layer 2 is pressed, sand is blasted, a sand blasting disc 23 rotates at a high speed, a large sheath 17 drives the sand blasting disc 23 to do linear reciprocating motion along the direction of the central axis of the steel pipe 1, meanwhile, the abrasive 8 enters the sand blasting disc 23 through a material pipe 10, is centrifugally blasted at a high speed, the abrasive is blasted on the surface of a reserved section 28 of the steel pipe 1 at a linear speed of 60-70 m/s, the sand blasting disc, and returning to the original position, the balloon 3 will deflate and contract. After the operation is finished, the operator pulls out the device, hangs the sling on the inner hanging ring 21 and hangs the sling away by using a crane. The abrasive in the end opening of the steel pipe 1 is collected and can be reused. And welding the pipeline ports on two sides to be butt-welded, performing inner joint coating on the circumferential weld by using inner joint coating robot equipment within 8 hours, and performing thickness measurement and electric spark leakage detection by using an inner detection robot, so that the inner corrosion prevention of one circumferential weld is completed.
