Abstract
The invention provides a sizing material floating device for leather coating, which comprises a main support and a secondary support, wherein the main support is provided with a main servo motor and a driving motor, the secondary support is provided with a secondary servo motor, a floating roller is arranged between the main support and the secondary support, and the main servo motor and the secondary servo motor are respectively connected with two ends of the floating roller through a main turbine screw rod mechanism and a secondary turbine screw rod mechanism. According to the invention, the main servo motor and the slave servo motor are respectively arranged on the main support and the slave support, so that the two ends of the leveling roller are respectively and independently controlled, the heights of the two sides of the leveling roller are better adjusted according to the condition of the parent metal, and the leveling effect is ensured.

In one embodiment, in order to reduce the load on the main bracket side and realize load balance on both sides, the driving motor 30 is connected with one end of the smoothing roller 100 through the telescopic spline universal coupling 40, that is, the driving motor 30 is fixedly arranged and cannot be used as the load of the main bracket 10, so that the problem that the existing smoothing roller is easy to block due to unbalanced load is avoided.

The working process of the main stent side is the same as that of the secondary stent side, and is not described in detail herein.
By using the troweling device, the main servo motors and the auxiliary servo motors on the two sides can independently control the strokes of the two ends of the troweling roller, so that adjustment can be performed according to the condition of the surface of leather to ensure a better troweling effect, and the driving motor drives the troweling roller to rotate through the telescopic spline universal coupling, so that the load of the transmission side of the conventional troweling device is reduced, and the problem of easy blocking is avoided.
