The side of the sliding slot 131a close to the gear shaft 15 has a trapezoidal cross section, the connecting rod 153a can swing, and the side of the sliding slot 131a far from the gear shaft 15 has a cylindrical shape. The second supporting frame 6 is provided with a batten pushing mechanism 64, the batten pushing mechanism 64 includes an L-shaped sliding block 641, a lower portion of the L-shaped sliding block 641 can horizontally slide in a horizontal sliding groove 611 provided on the moving leg 61, and the specific embodiment of the horizontal sliding groove 611 is as follows: a square block is fixed below the arc-shaped plate 62, a horizontal sliding groove 611 is arranged in the square block, an open groove for sliding the L-shaped sliding block 611 is reserved at the upper end of the rear side of the square block, a return spring 612 is arranged at the rear end of the horizontal sliding groove 611, in an initial state, the front end of the L-shaped sliding block 611 slides out of the horizontal sliding groove 611, a screw rod groove 632a is arranged on the clamping rod ii 632, a nut 641a matched with the screw rod groove 632a is correspondingly arranged at the upper end of the L-shaped sliding block 641, an annular groove 632b with the length slightly larger than that of the nut 641a is arranged on the clamping rod ii 632 located at the rear side of the vertical plate ii 631, and in the initial state, the nut 641; when paint spraying is started, the rotating batten drives the clamping rod II 632 to rotate, at this time, the nut 641a is located in the annular groove 632b, and when the second support frame 6 tightly pushes the rear support leg 13, the fixing seat 131 can push the front end of the L-shaped sliding block 611 to move backwards, so that the nut 641a is located on the lead screw groove 632a, and therefore the rotating clamping rod II 632 moves at a constant speed previously under the action of the nut 641a to continuously spray paint. The batten is pushed by the clamping rod II 632 to move forwards continuously, the tail end of the batten is separated from the clamping plate 24, at the moment, a short distance is reserved between the tail end of the batten and the clamping plate, and the batten is pushed forwards while being rotated by manually rotating the pushing disc II 635 until the painting action is finished.
In order to prevent the chips generated by the grinding device 3 from polluting the paint spray in the later period, a plurality of elastic shielding strips 7 are arranged between the grinding device 3 and the paint spray device 4, and the bottom ends of the elastic shielding strips 7 are fixed on the inner wall of the cylinder 132 in an annular shape.
A controller 134 is provided on the rear leg 13, and a plurality of control buttons 134a are provided on the controller 134. The control button 134a includes start and stop buttons, and control lines of the heating wire 51, the painting pump 42, the conveyor belt driving motor 33, the driving motor 223, and the suction pump 136 of the painting apparatus are connected in series, and the painting apparatus starts to operate when the start button of the control button 134a is pressed; when a stop button of the control buttons 134a is pressed, the painting device stops operating.
The use method of the invention comprises the following steps:
firstly, manually polishing the front end of the batten and clamping the front end of the batten in the clamping mechanism 2, clamping the rear end of the batten on the batten rear end clamping device 63, and taking care that the front end of the batten is ensured to be positioned obliquely below the nozzle 43;
secondly, adjusting the adjusting arm 31 to enable the surface of the batten to be half-wrapped by the conveyor belt 32;
thirdly, pressing a starting button of the control button 134a to start working, when the front end of the batten is moved to the barrel 132, pressing a stopping button of the control button 134a, clamping the front end of the batten to the batten front end clamping device 14, then pressing the starting button of the control button 134a to start painting until the batten moves to the tail end, and when the batten moves to the tail end, manually rotating the push disc II 635 to paint the tail end of the batten and moving the tail end of the batten out of the front end of the barrel 132;
fourthly, pressing a stop button of the control button 134a and taking down the batten;
in a fifth step, the second support frame 6 and the push plate ii 635 are manually moved to the initial position and the adjustment arm 31 is adjusted upward in preparation for the next strip to be painted.
Of course, the above description is made in connection with spraying the surface of the stick. When spraying metal pipes and plastic pipes, the device can be used after the two ends of the pipes are sealed by sealing heads (such as round wood or special plastic or wood sealing heads).
