d) the same set of cover barrel 19 is welded between the middle position of the bottom of the inner wall of the cover shell 1 and the outer wall position of one side of the two sets of vertical plates 17 close to each other, the cover barrel 19 is arranged below the guide cavity 18, the inner surface of the cover barrel 19 is fixedly provided with a filter bag 20, the middle position of the upper surface of the bracket 2 is fixedly provided with an ion fan 21, the front wall and one side wall of the ion fan 21 are both welded with exhaust pipes 22, the vertical plates 17 separate the surface cleaning space of the pipeline and provide the in-out guide of the pipeline through the guide cavity 18, the rotating shaft 4 driven and installed by the motor 3 drives the grinding wheel 5 to rotate, when the pipeline passes through the two sets of grinding wheels 5, the grinding wheel 5 rotates to polish the outer wall of the pipeline, thereby realizing the rust removal processing, when the pipeline subjected to rust removal is horizontally conveyed to the paint spraying processing area, the paint pump 9 directionally conveys the protective paint to the three-way pipe 8 along the conveying pipe 10, and then the two sets of paint discharging structures, the vertical plate 17 separates the surface cleaning space of the pipeline, the inlet and outlet guide of the pipeline is provided through the guide cavity 18, so that pretreatment is carried out before painting, the ion fan 21 sucks air along the cover cylinder 19 through the exhaust pipe 22, and when the pipeline passes through the pretreatment space, attachments on the surface of the pipeline are sucked into the filter bag 20, so that the quality of subsequent painting processing is guaranteed.
The working principle is as follows: the shell of the device combining the housing 1 and the bracket 2, a pipeline is transversely sent into the housing 1 for surface processing treatment, a frame body consisting of a table post 11 and a load-carrying table 12 realizes the installation of a pipeline transmission positioning structure at both sides of an inlet track and an outlet track, a gear 14 is slidably installed between two sets of sleeve discs 13 and provides a moving channel of the pipeline to ensure the horizontal sending of the pipeline, the sleeve discs 13 are welded on the load-carrying table 12 to provide the rotation limit of the gear 14, the gear 14 is subject to the circumferential motion of meshing force generated by the interaction when a transmission wheel 15 installed by a driving shaft 16 rotates, so that the pipeline can directionally rotate in the processing process, the rust removal and paint spraying efficiency is high, a rotating shaft 4 installed by being driven by a motor 3 drives a grinding wheel 5 to rotate, when the pipeline passes between the two sets of grinding wheels 5, the grinding wheel 5 rotates to polish the outer wall of the pipeline, thereby realizing the rust removal, the paint pump 9 sends the protective paint to the three-way pipe 8 along the feeding pipe 10, two groups of paint outlet structures formed by the rear edge paint pipe 6 and the spray head 7 are sprayed out along the upper surface and the lower surface of the pipeline for surface painting treatment, the vertical plate 17 separates the surface cleaning space of the pipeline and provides the inlet and outlet guide of the pipeline through the guide cavity 18 so as to carry out pretreatment before painting, the ion fan 21 exhausts air along the cover cylinder 19 through the exhaust pipe 22, and when the pipeline passes through the pretreatment space, the attachments on the surface of the pipeline are sucked into the filter bag 20, so that the quality of subsequent paint spraying processing is ensured.
