The embodiment 1 of the invention provides a swelling-diminishing gel, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 900g of Chinese medicinal extract, 135g of carbomer, 900g of glycerol, 10.8g of ethyl p-carboxymethylbenzoate and 135g of triethanolamine; the traditional Chinese medicine extract is extracted from the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of erythrina bark, 18 parts of angelica, 13 parts of peach kernel, 13 parts of safflower, 16 parts of frankincense, 16 parts of myrrh, 19 parts of radix stephaniae tetrandrae, 20 parts of coix seed, 13 parts of pericarpium zanthoxyli and 15 parts of liquorice.
The embodiment 1 of the invention also provides a preparation method of the swelling-diminishing gel, which specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 135g of carbomer, 900g of glycerol, 10.8g of ethyl p-carboxymethylbenzoate, 135g of triethanolamine and 2212g of total weight of traditional Chinese medicine raw materials for later use;
(2) extracting the Chinese medicinal extract

The embodiment 2 of the invention also provides a preparation method of the swelling-diminishing gel, which specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 50g of carbomer, 100g of glycerol, 5g of ethyl p-carboxymethylbenzoate, 30g of triethanolamine and 2320g of traditional Chinese medicine raw materials for later use according to the swelling relieving gel;
(2) extracting the Chinese medicinal extract
(a) Adding 16000mL of water into the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, decocting for 0.5h, and filtering to obtain a first medicine residue and a first medicine liquid respectively;
(b) adding 15000mL of water into the first medicinal residue, decocting for 0.5h, and filtering to obtain a second medicinal residue and a second medicinal liquid respectively;

The embodiment 3 of the invention provides a swelling-diminishing gel, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 700g of Chinese medicinal extract, 60g of carbomer, 1500g of glycerol, 14g of ethyl p-carboxymethylbenzoate and 40g of triethanolamine; the traditional Chinese medicine extract is extracted from the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of erythrina bark, 13 parts of angelica, 8 parts of peach kernel, 8 parts of safflower, 11 parts of frankincense, 11 parts of myrrh, 14 parts of radix stephaniae tetrandrae, 15 parts of semen coicis, 8 parts of pericarpium zanthoxyli and 10 parts of liquorice.
The embodiment 3 of the invention also provides a preparation method of the swelling-diminishing gel, which specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 60g of carbomer, 1500g of glycerol, 14g of ethyl p-carboxymethylbenzoate, 40g of triethanolamine and 2268g of traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in total weight for later use according to the swelling diminishing gel;
(2) extracting the Chinese medicinal extract
(a) Adding 16000mL of water into the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, decocting for 0.5h, and filtering to obtain a first medicine residue and a first medicine liquid respectively;
(b) adding 15000mL of water into the first medicinal residue, decocting for 0.5h, and filtering to obtain a second medicinal residue and a second medicinal liquid respectively;

The embodiment 4 of the invention also provides a preparation method of the swelling-diminishing gel, which specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 180g of carbomer, 200g of glycerol, 6g of ethyl p-carboxymethylbenzoate, 30g of triethanolamine and 2268g of traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in total weight for later use;
(2) extracting the Chinese medicinal extract

(4) heating the Chinese medicinal extract, adding into carbomer water solution, and stirring; then adding glycerol and stirring uniformly; adding the ethyl p-carboxymethylbenzoate solution and stirring uniformly; finally adding triethanolamine and stirring uniformly to obtain the swelling-reducing gel; wherein the stirring is carried out by a high-speed stirrer at the stirring speed of 1000 r/min.
Effect verification
First, verification standard
According to the specification of 'Chinese pharmacopoeia' 2015 edition, the gel has no precipitation and fine texture at normal temperature, keeps gel state, does not cake or liquefy, and examines the forming condition of the gel by looking up relevant data documents and taking the formability, spreadability, stability, glossiness, water loss rate and viscosity of the gel as indexes.
II, stability
(1) Centrifugal experiment
After the gel prepared by the embodiment of the invention is centrifuged for 30min at 3000r/min, the layering, caking and other appearance changes of the gel are observed, and the results are shown in the following table 1.
(2) Low temperature experiment
The gel prepared in the example of the present invention was placed in a refrigerator at (-20 ℃) for 24 hours, and delamination, caking and other appearance changes of the gel were observed, and the results are shown in table 1 below.
(3) Thermal constant temperature test
The gel prepared in example was placed in a water bath at 55 ℃ for 6 hours, and the delamination, caking and other appearance changes of the gel were observed, and the results are shown in Table 1 below.

The results in table 1 clearly show that the gel prepared in example 1 of the present invention has no delamination, uniform distribution, no impurities, and no apparent change after centrifugation, low temperature, and constant temperature tests, which indicates that the gel prepared in the present invention has excellent stability. Examples 2, 3, 4 are less stable.
Third, viscosity measurement
The viscosity of the gel prepared in each example was measured at 17 ℃ using a rotational viscometer of type NDJ-1 with a corresponding rotor and rotation speed, and the results are shown in Table 2 below.
Fourth, measuring the water loss rate
Placing appropriate amount of gel into a culture dish, weighing, drying in oven at 55 deg.C, taking out every 1 hr, cooling, and weighing again until the gel mass does not change to the end point. The water loss rate was calculated according to the following formula, and the obtained results are shown in table 2 below.

As is apparent from the data in table 2, the viscosity value of the swelling-reducing gel preparation prepared by the present invention is 100pa.s, which meets the regulations; the water loss rate of the swelling-reducing gel prepared by the invention is 98.27%.
Fifth, experiment on antiseptics
After the swelling-reducing gel prepared in the example is placed for one month, the swelling-reducing gel is observed to have no mildew phenomenon.
Sixth, detection standard
1. Traits
The swelling-reducing gel prepared in each example was applied to a petri dish, which was white and transparent, and the appearance thereof was observed as shown in table 3 below.

From the above results it is evident that: example 1 three batches of samples were randomly sampled and tested to have the appearance shape and character meeting the specification.
2. pH value
Adding 2g of gel into 40ml of distilled water, performing ultrasonic treatment for 10min, and measuring the pH value by using a pH acidity meter after the gel is dissolved. The pH values are as follows:

From the results of table 4 above, it can be seen that: the pH value measured by a pH acidity meter is in the range of 4.5-6.5; and the pH value of the skin surface is met.
Seventh, qualitative detection
1. Qualitative identification of licorice
Dissolving in 100ml of methanol10g of the gel prepared in example 1 is subjected to ultrasonic treatment for 30min, then filtered, the filtrate is evaporated to dryness, and then dissolved in 30ml of water, the extraction is carried out twice by using ethyl acetate, the evaporation is carried out to dryness, 1ml of methanol is added into the residue to obtain a sample solution, a negative control solution is prepared by the same method, 2g of a licorice control drug is taken and put into 100ml of water, the decoction is carried out for 30min, then the filtration is carried out, and the concentration is carried out until the concentration is 30ml[13](ii) a Sucking three solutions of 5 μ l each, dropping on silica gel G thin layer plate prepared from 1% sodium hydroxide solution, developing with ethyl acetate-formic acid-glacial acetic acid-water (17: 1: 1: 1.5) as developing agent, taking out, air drying, spraying 10% sulfuric acid ethanol solution, heating to 105 deg.C, allowing spots to develop clearly, viewing under ultraviolet lamp, and allowing the negative control medicinal material solution to have no fluorescent spot at the position corresponding to the control medicinal material, as shown in FIG. 1.
2. Qualitative identification of Sophora flavescens
Dissolving 10g of the gel prepared in the embodiment 1 in 100ml of methanol, performing ultrasonic filtration for 30min, evaporating the filtrate to dryness, dissolving in 50ml of water, adding concentrated ammonia solution to adjust the pH value to be 9-10, extracting twice with 30ml of chloroform, evaporating to dryness, adding 1ml of methanol to obtain a sample solution, and preparing a negative control solution by the same method; collecting matrine, adding methanol to obtain 1mg/1ml reference solution[14](ii) a Sucking three solutions of 5 μ l each, dropping on silica gel G thin layer plate of 2% sodium hydroxide solution, developing with toluene-ethyl acetate-acetone-concentrated ammonia solution (2: 4: 3: 0.2) as developing agent, taking out, air drying, spraying with improved bismuth potassium iodide solution, observing the position corresponding to control medicinal material, wherein the negative control medicinal material solution has no fluorescent spot, as shown in FIG. 2.
3. Qualitative identification of safflower
Dissolving 10g of the gel prepared in example 1 in 100ml of methanol, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30min, filtering, evaporating the filtrate, adding 30ml of water, extracting twice with ethyl acetate, shaking and extracting for 2 times with 20ml of 1% sodium hydroxide solution, adjusting the pH value to 5 with dilute hydrochloric acid, shaking and extracting twice with 30ml of ethyl acetate, dehydrating with anhydrous sodium sulfate, evaporating to dryness, adding 1ml of ethyl acetate to dissolve to obtain a sample solution, preparing a negative control solution by the same method, taking 1g of a safflower control medicinal material, adding a proper amount of water, decocting for 1h, cooling, filtering, concentrating to about 20ml[15](ii) a Pipette 5. mu.l of each solution, and spot on each solutionSpreading on the same silica gel G thin layer plate with cyclohexane-ethyl acetate-glacial acetic acid (7:4:1) as developing agent, taking out, air drying, fumigating with strong ammonia bottle for 30min, and inspecting under ultraviolet lamp. Spots of the same color appear at the positions corresponding to the chromatogram of the control drug and the sample, as shown in FIG. 3.
4. Qualitative identification of Angelica sinensis
Dissolving 10g of the gel prepared in the embodiment 1 in 100Ml of methanol, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30min, filtering, evaporating filtrate, dissolving in 30Ml of water, shaking and extracting with diethyl ether for 2 times, evaporating, adding 1Ml of ethyl acetate into residues to obtain a sample solution, preparing a negative control solution by the same method, adding 1g of a Chinese angelica control medicinal material into 30Ml of ethyl ether solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 10min, filtering, evaporating, adding 1Ml of ethyl acetate, dissolving to obtain a control medicinal material solution [16 ]; sucking three solutions of 5 μ l each, dropping on the same silica gel G thin layer plate, spreading with n-hexane-ethyl acetate (9:1) as developing agent, taking out, air drying, viewing under ultraviolet lamp, and displaying no clearly distinguished spots at the corresponding positions of the reference medicinal material and the sample, with the result as shown in FIG. 4.
As is evident from the results of the above-mentioned FIGS. 1 to 4, the purple spots in FIG. 1 are clearly distinguished, and the negative control is not interfered; FIG. 2 shows a clear yellow main spot as a distinction, with no interference in the negative control; FIG. 3 shows a clear spot as a distinction, with no interference in the negative control; FIG. 4 shows no obvious spots, and the specificity is not strong, so it is not suitable for qualitative herbs.

The swelling-diminishing gel is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1000 parts of 500-plus traditional Chinese medicine extract, 50-190 parts of carbomer, 100-plus 2000 parts of glycerin, 5-20 parts of ethyl p-carboxymethylbenzoate and 30-200 parts of triethanolamine; the traditional Chinese medicine extract is obtained by extracting the following components in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of erythrina bark, 8-18 parts of angelica, 3-13 parts of peach kernel, 3-13 parts of safflower, 6-16 parts of frankincense, 6-16 parts of myrrh, 9-19 parts of radix stephaniae tetrandrae, 10-20 parts of coix seed, 3-13 parts of pericarpium zanthoxyli and 5-15 parts of liquorice.
2. The preparation method of the swelling-diminishing gel is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) the swelling-reducing gel according to claim 1 is prepared by weighing raw materials for later use;
(2) decocting the Chinese medicinal materials, filtering, and concentrating to obtain Chinese medicinal extract;
(3) dissolving carbomer in water to obtain carbomer water solution; dissolving ethyl p-carboxymethylbenzoate in ethanol to obtain a solution of ethyl p-carboxymethylbenzoate;
(4) heating the Chinese medicinal extract, adding into carbomer water solution, and stirring; then adding glycerol and stirring uniformly; adding the ethyl p-carboxymethylbenzoate solution and stirring uniformly; finally adding triethanolamine and stirring uniformly to obtain the swelling-reducing gel.
3. The preparation method of the swelling-diminishing gel according to claim 1, wherein the step (2) specifically comprises the following steps:
(a) adding water into the raw materials, decocting, and filtering to obtain a first decoction dregs and a first decoction respectively;
(b) adding water into the first decoction dregs, decocting, and filtering to obtain a second decoction dregs and a second liquid medicine respectively;
(c) adding water into the second decoction dregs, decocting, and filtering to obtain a third decoction dregs and a third liquid medicine respectively;
(d) mixing the first liquid medicine, the second liquid medicine and the third liquid medicine, filtering and concentrating to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine extract.
4. The preparation method of the swelling-reducing gel as claimed in claim 3, wherein water is added in the step (a) according to the solid-to-liquid ratio of 228:1600g/mL, and the decoction time is 0.5-1 h; the filtration adopts a 80-200 mesh sieve.
5. The preparation method of the swelling-reducing gel as claimed in claim 3, wherein water is added in the step (b) according to the solid-to-liquid ratio of 228:1500g/mL, and the decoction time is 0.5-1 h; the filtration adopts a 80-200 mesh sieve.
6. The preparation method of the swelling-diminishing gel as claimed in claim 3, wherein water is added in the step (c) according to the solid-to-liquid ratio of 228:1500g/mL, and the decoction time is 0.5-1 h; the filtration adopts a 80-200 mesh sieve.

The preparation method of the swelling-diminishing gel as claimed in claim 3, wherein the filtering in the step (d) is performed by using a 80-200 mesh sieve, and the concentration is performed by using a traditional Chinese medicine concentration pot until the density of the traditional Chinese medicine extract is 1-1.7g/mL and the crude drug amount is 1-10 g/mL.

The preparation method of the swelling-diminishing gel according to claim 2, wherein the mass concentration of the carbomer aqueous solution in the step (3) is 0.0214 g/mL; the mass concentration of the ethanol is 95%, and the concentration of the ethyl p-carboxymethylbenzoate solution is 0.108 g/mL.
9. The method for preparing the swelling-reducing gel agent according to claim 3, wherein the stirring in the step (4) is performed by a high-speed stirrer, and the stirring speed is 1000 r/min.
