本发明涉及一种日常生活用品,尤其是一种鞋柜,具体地说是一种新型光量子对插式杀菌除味鞋柜。
背景技术
鞋柜的主要用途是来陈列闲置的鞋,随着人们生活水平的提高,家具的整洁、舒适和其多功能化被人们越来越重视。日常生活中,由于人的脚和鞋袜长期接触,脚部出汗就会产生潮气和湿气,而处于这种环境下的鞋袜往往会成为产生臭气和滋生细菌的温床,如果不及时将潮气和湿气,臭气从鞋内排除,就会产生脚气、皮炎、骚痒等足部皮肤病,影响个人的健康状况。
但现有的除臭功能的鞋柜除臭十分困难,尤其是死角除臭难,费时费力,且现有的除臭鞋柜设备受气温和污染物成分的影响导,致除臭效果不理想和除臭时间长的问题。
所以,如何设计一种带有杀菌除臭功能的鞋柜,成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的鞋柜除臭功能不好,存在死角的问题,设计一种新型光量子对插式杀菌除味鞋柜。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种新型光量子对插式杀菌除味鞋柜,它包括中箱体3、后箱体1和前箱体4,中箱体3、后箱体1的底部均设有脚热,如果需要移动还可将脚垫更换为万向轮,其特征是所述的中箱体3和前箱体4中均安装有放置鞋袜样件7的隔板13,且中箱体3的隔板13和前箱体4的隔板13相互对插并将中箱体3的空间分隔成S连通的多个鞋袜样件7存储空间;后箱体1与中箱体3相连,后箱体1的上部和下部均开设有与中箱体3对应的鞋袜样件7存储空间相连通的通孔,在后箱体1的上部或下部安装有使中箱体3中空气循环流动的风机2,在后箱体1的中部安装有光量子发射器5,光量子发射器5通过导线与室内电源相连;所述的前箱体4的一边与中箱体3的侧边铰接相连,在前箱体4的下部安装有球形万向轮8以方便前门的开启,所述前箱体4与中箱体3的结合面上设有密封结构10。

本发明的有益效果:
本发明利用光解氧化技术产生的特殊波段的光线,将鞋袜产生异味通过内循环模式,将异味分解完,同时由量子灯产生的氧化因子,能给跟随风道接触鞋袜,起到杀菌消毒的作用。解决了用活性炭吸附,产生耗材和应用成本高的问题,同时对于病毒和细菌无法消灭的问题。

一种新型光量子对插式杀菌除味鞋柜,它包括中箱体3、后箱体1和前箱体4,中箱体3、如图1所示,后箱体1的底部均设有脚垫,如果需要移动还可加将脚垫更换为万向轮,所述的后箱体1与中箱体3的四周通过密封条密封相连,也可设计成整体式结构,中间用分隔板分开,在前箱体4上可加装亚克力板作为视窗6,如图2所示,以便于观察框中存放的鞋袜样品7的位置,方便取放。所述的中箱体3和前箱体4中均安装有放置鞋袜样件7的隔板13,且中箱体3的隔板13和前箱体4的隔板13相互对插并将中箱体3的空间分隔成S连通的多个鞋袜样件7存储空间;后箱体1与中箱体3相连,后箱体1的上部和下部均开设有与中箱体3对应的鞋袜样件7存储空间相连通的通孔,在后箱体1的上部或下部安装有使中箱体3中空气循环流动的风机2,在后箱体1的中部安装有光量子发射器5,光量子发射器5通过导线与室内电源相连;所述的前箱体4的一边与中箱体3的侧边铰接相连,在前箱体4的下部中间靠外处安装有球形万向轮8(如图3)以方便前门的开启,所述的中箱体3和前箱体4的下部安装有磁吸装置12,以便于门的关闭,该磁吸装置12还可用其它的结构如电磁铁、手动锁紧装置等结构加以实现。所述前箱体4与中箱体3的结合面上设有密封结构10,所述的密封结构10可采用安装在中箱体3箱框四周或前箱体4门框四周的硅胶密封条,还可采用迷宫结构,该迷宫结构由设置在中箱体3箱框四周或前箱体4门框四周的迷宫式密封结构,中箱体3和前箱体4上的迷宫结构相互对接形成密封面,在所述的迷宫结构中涂覆有密封胶以增强密封性能。
本发明的工作原理是:
中箱体3与前箱体4通过铰链连接,同时中箱体3和前箱体4装有如图1的隔板13,将内腔分割成连系的层板风道(S形)。当风机2通电后,叶轮旋转,使后箱体1产生负压,在负压的带动下,后箱体1和中箱体3之间会产生如图1形式的气流,形成一个封闭的内循环,在气流带动下,将鞋袜样件7产生的异味( H2S,氨气等)随着风流带入到后箱体1中经过光量子发生器5;光量子发生器5通过能发射紫外线光的石英管,制造出能产生特殊波段紫外光和特定辐射强度的光线,通过紫外灯管发出的光波光解、切割异味分子及拆解大分子团分子链,同时通过产生的具有强氧化性的氧离子流及氧化作用,对空气中被切割后的小分子离子进行化学反应(俗称冷燃烧),形成二氧化碳、水及阻燃型灰烬,从而能去除空气中的怪味、异味、空气中的细菌,有效净化率达到95%以上。同时经灯管等空气会被光量子轰击裂解成具有强氧化性的氧离子流,氧离子流依次经过不同层的鞋袜样件7,将鞋袜上的病菌氧化杀灭,从根本上解决鞋袜产生的异味和病菌。达到净化鞋袜的目的。
在结构方面,采用对插式结构方式,即鞋袜既可以放在中箱体3中,又可以放在前箱体4上,这样设计其优点有三:其一,对插式鞋架能保证在相同的空间内存放相同的鞋袜,对插方式结构拿鞋袜更方便,挑选更直接方便;其二,对插方式更利于鞋柜空气散发出去,传统鞋柜边放置,鞋架又深又窄,鞋架内腔部分形成了污垢和病菌的保护区,不利于健康,同时不利于擦洗;其三是对于本设备而言的对插式设计,可以实现多层同一风道的设计,有利于多层均匀杀菌消毒的作用,同时异味容易同时收集,不易产生净化死角。对插式方案采用前(箱体3)与前箱体4通过铰链连接,前箱体4低端装有两个球形万向轮,结构美观简洁:当拉动前箱体4时铰链11旋转,底下球形万向轮转动,将鞋袜架分开,鞋袜取放都很方便。当推动前箱体4时,铰链11旋转,底下球形万向轮转动,快关闭时,在中箱体3)左边铁板底下装置了磁铁,能将门自动关闭好,同时前(箱体3边框上有预先粘贴好的硅胶密封垫,这样鞋柜内腔就形成了一个密闭的内循环净化风道。光量子发射器5的工作时间可通过定时器进行控制,工作一段时间休息,休息一段时间后再工作,或每开关门一次启动一次,作为升级换代产品,还可通过在隔板上加装重量传感器或在柜体内或外加装CCD传感器来控制光量子发射器的工作程序。同时该产品还可以在原有技术基础上继续升级,在产品上端加装红外传感器(或者开关),铰链旋转通过步进电机带动(其他电机也行),当手接触或者碰到传感器(或者开关)时,传感器获得信号,从而控制步进电机工作,能够实现后箱体1自动开启关闭
