Abstract
The invention discloses a machine case lock, which comprises the following components: a housing connected to the server; the driving assembly is arranged in the shell and comprises a handle, a connecting part, a pressure block and a first spring, wherein a first edge of the handle is connected with the pressure block through the connecting part, the pressure block is arranged at the end part of the connecting part, and the first spring is arranged between the shell and a second edge of the handle opposite to the first edge; the high end of the inclined part is close to the first side of the handle, and a concave part is arranged in the middle of the inclined part so that the connecting part passes through the inclined part; the buckle is clamped to the cabinet upright post and integrally formed with the inclined part, and the groove of the buckle is parallel to the moving direction of the inclined part; and a second spring disposed between the catch and the housing. The invention further provides a server cabinet. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the case is fixed on the stand column through the buckle, so that the case is completely fixed without tools, the time for locking screws is saved, the time and the labor are saved, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of servers, and more particularly, to a cabinet lock and a server cabinet.
Background
The scheme that the traditional cases such as a server/a switch and the like are fixed on the cabinet is that 2L-shaped hanging lugs are installed on the left side wall and the right side wall of the case, non-detachable screws or hole-opening locking screws are riveted on the hanging lugs, and the hanging lugs are tightly attached to a front upright post of the cabinet and are simultaneously locked by the screws. The disadvantage of this approach is that the user may forget to lock the screws after pushing the chassis into the cabinet, or the screws may consume a lot of time and effort when pushing and pulling the chassis repeatedly or when deploying in large quantities.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, an object of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a cabinet lock and a server cabinet, in which a cabinet is fixed on an upright column by a buckle, so that the cabinet is completely fixed without tools, time for locking screws is saved, time and labor are saved, and work efficiency is greatly improved.
In view of the above object, an aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides a chassis lock, including the following components:
a housing configured for connection to a server;
the driving assembly is arranged in the shell and comprises a handle, a connecting part, a pressure block and a first spring, wherein a first edge of the handle is connected with the pressure block through the connecting part, the pressure block is arranged at the end part of the connecting part, and the first spring is arranged between the shell and a second edge, opposite to the first edge, of the handle;
an inclined part, one end of the inclined part is higher than the first side of the handle, and a concave part is arranged in the middle of the inclined part so that the connecting part passes through the inclined part;
a buckle configured to be clamped to a cabinet upright post, the buckle being integrally formed with the inclined portion, a groove of the buckle being parallel to a direction in which the inclined portion moves; and
a second spring disposed between the catch and the housing.
In some embodiments, further comprising: a driven plate on which the inclined portion and the catch are provided, the driven plate extending in a direction in which the inclined portion moves.
In some embodiments, the housing further includes a guide groove extending in a direction in which the inclined portion moves to restrict a direction in which the driven plate moves.
In some embodiments, the handle includes a protrusion disposed on the second side to limit movement of the first spring.
In some embodiments, further comprising: the side cover is detachably arranged on the shell, and an opening is formed in the side cover so that the buckle protrudes out of the side cover.

a second spring disposed between the catch and the housing,
wherein, the case lock is clamped on the upright post through the buckle.
In some embodiments, further comprising: a driven plate on which the inclined portion and the catch are provided, the driven plate extending in a direction in which the inclined portion moves.
In some embodiments, the housing further includes a guide groove extending in a direction in which the inclined portion moves to restrict a direction in which the driven plate moves.
In some embodiments, the handle includes a protrusion disposed on the second side to limit movement of the first spring.
In some embodiments, further comprising: the side cover is detachably arranged on the shell, and an opening is formed in the side cover so that the buckle protrudes out of the side cover.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that all expressions using "first" and "second" in the embodiments of the present invention are used for distinguishing two entities with the same name but different names or different parameters, and it should be noted that "first" and "second" are merely for convenience of description and should not be construed as limitations of the embodiments of the present invention, and they are not described in any more detail in the following embodiments.
In view of the above object, a first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides an embodiment of a chassis lock. Fig. 1 shows an exploded view of an embodiment of a chassis lock according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, a chassis lock 0 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following components:
a housing 1 configured for connection to a server 8;
the driving assembly 2 is arranged in the shell 1 and comprises a handle 21, a connecting part 22, a pressure block 23 and a first spring 24, wherein a first edge of the handle 21 is connected with the pressure block 23 through the connecting part 22, the pressure block 23 is arranged at the end part of the connecting part 22, and the first spring 24 is arranged between the shell 1 and a second edge of the handle 21 opposite to the first edge;
an inclined part 3, one end of the inclined part 3 is close to the first side of the handle 21, and a concave part is arranged in the middle of the inclined part 3, so that the connecting part 22 passes through the inclined part 3;
a buckle 4 configured to be clamped to a cabinet upright, the buckle 4 being integrally formed with the inclined portion 3, a groove of the buckle 4 being parallel to a direction in which the inclined portion 3 moves; and
a second spring 5, said second spring 5 being arranged between said catch 4 and said housing 1.
In some embodiments, further comprising: a driven plate 6, the inclined portion 3 and the catch 4 being provided on the driven plate 6, the driven plate 6 extending in a direction in which the inclined portion 3 moves. In the present embodiment, the driven plate 6 may be disposed perpendicularly to the handle 21.
In some embodiments, the housing 1 further includes a guide groove 11, and the guide groove 11 extends in the direction in which the inclined portion 3 moves to restrict the direction in which the driven plate 6 moves. In the present embodiment, the driven plate 6 moves in the guide groove 11, and the guide groove 11 may be provided perpendicular to the handle 21.
In some embodiments, the handle 21 includes a protrusion 25, the protrusion 25 being disposed on the second side to limit movement of the first spring 24.
In some embodiments, further comprising: a side cover 7, wherein the side cover 7 is detachably arranged on the shell 1, and an opening 71 is arranged on the side cover 7 so that the buckle 4 protrudes out of the side cover 7.
Fig. 2 is an overall schematic diagram of a chassis lock provided in an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the catch 4 may protrude from an opening 71 provided in the side cover 7.
Fig. 3 is an exploded view of a chassis lock according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, when the handle 21 is moved in the a direction, the pressure block 23 is moved in the a direction together with the connecting portion 22, a force in the a direction is applied to the inclined portion, and due to the blocking effect of the guide groove 11, the driven plate 6 can only move along the guide groove 11, so that the force in the a direction applied to the inclined portion is converted into a force in the b direction, and the latch 4 simultaneously moves in the b direction, so as to be unlocked.
The principle of the invention is that the pressure block 23 is pushed to press/release by the back and forth movement of the handle 21 and is converted into the left and right sliding of the buckle 4 so as to control the opening and closing of the buckle 4. When the buckle 4 retracts inwards, the case can be pulled out from the cabinet after being unlocked; the buckle 4 is popped out outwards, and then the case is locked on the upright post. Meanwhile, finger grooves are designed on the handle 21, so that the hand can grasp the finger conveniently; the rectangular notch is formed in the shell 1, so that a user can conveniently grip the shell by hand, the shell 1 can be pulled outwards when the handle 21 is pulled inwards, unnecessary actions are not needed, and the shell is more in accordance with human engineering.
In view of the above object, according to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, an embodiment of a server rack is provided. As shown in fig. 4, the server cabinet includes a server 8, a cabinet lock 0, and a column 9. The cabinet lock 0 includes the following components:
a housing 1;
the driving assembly 2 is arranged in the shell 1 and comprises a handle 21, a connecting part 22, a pressure block 23 and a first spring 24, wherein a first edge of the handle 21 is connected with the pressure block 23 through the connecting part 22, the pressure block 23 is arranged at the end part of the connecting part 22, and the first spring 24 is arranged between the shell 1 and a second edge of the handle 21 opposite to the first edge;
an inclined part 3, one end of the inclined part 3 is close to the first side of the handle 21, and a concave part is arranged in the middle of the inclined part 3, so that the connecting part 22 passes through the inclined part 3;
a buckle 4, wherein the buckle 4 is integrally formed with the inclined part 3, and a groove of the buckle 4 is parallel to the moving direction of the inclined part 3; and
a second spring 5, said second spring 5 being arranged between said catch 4 and said housing 1.
In some embodiments, further comprising: a driven plate 6, the inclined portion 3 and the catch 4 being provided on the driven plate 6, the driven plate 6 extending in a direction in which the inclined portion 3 moves. In the present embodiment, the driven plate 6 may be disposed perpendicularly to the handle 21.
In some embodiments, the housing 1 further includes a guide groove 11, and the guide groove 11 extends in the direction in which the inclined portion 3 moves to restrict the direction in which the driven plate 6 moves. In the present embodiment, the driven plate 6 moves in the guide groove 11, and the guide groove 11 may be provided perpendicular to the handle 21.
In some embodiments, the handle 21 includes a protrusion 25, the protrusion 25 being disposed on the second side to limit movement of the first spring 24.
In some embodiments, further comprising: a side cover 7, wherein the side cover 7 is detachably arranged on the shell 1, and an opening 71 is arranged on the side cover 7 so that the buckle 4 protrudes out of the side cover 7.
Resetting the state: the elasticity of first spring 24 promotes handle 21 and is in the reset state, and pressure piece 23 does not have pressure to rake 3 this moment, and buckle 4 is jack-up to second spring 5, and the recess in the middle of buckle 4 blocks stand 9, can lock server machine case 8.
An unlocking state: the handle 21 is pushed to be in a reset state by the elastic force of the first spring 24, a person pulls the handle 21, the inclined part 3 is pressed by the pressure block 23 to drive the inclined part to retract inwards, and the teeth of the buckle 4 are separated from the upright post 9, so that the server case 8 can be unlocked.

Claims (10)
1. A cabinet lock, comprising:
a housing configured for connection to a server;
the driving assembly is arranged in the shell and comprises a handle, a connecting part, a pressure block and a first spring, wherein a first edge of the handle is connected with the pressure block through the connecting part, the pressure block is arranged at the end part of the connecting part, and the first spring is arranged between the shell and a second edge, opposite to the first edge, of the handle;
an inclined part, one end of the inclined part is higher than the first side of the handle, and a concave part is arranged in the middle of the inclined part so that the connecting part passes through the inclined part;
a buckle configured to be clamped to a cabinet upright post, the buckle being integrally formed with the inclined portion, a groove of the buckle being parallel to a direction in which the inclined portion moves; and
a second spring disposed between the catch and the housing.
2. The cabinet lock of claim 1, further comprising:
a driven plate on which the inclined portion and the catch are provided, the driven plate extending in a direction in which the inclined portion moves.
3. A cabinet lock according to claim 2, wherein the housing further includes a guide groove extending in a direction in which the inclined portion moves to restrict a direction in which the driven plate moves.
4. A cabinet lock according to claim 1, wherein the handle includes a protrusion disposed on the second side to limit movement of the first spring.
5. The cabinet lock of claim 1, further comprising:
the side cover is detachably arranged on the shell, and an opening is formed in the side cover so that the buckle protrudes out of the side cover.

a driven plate on which the inclined portion and the catch are provided, the driven plate extending in a direction in which the inclined portion moves.
8. The server cabinet of claim 7, wherein the housing further comprises a guide slot extending in a direction of movement of the inclined portion to limit a direction of movement of the driven plate.
9. The server cabinet of claim 6, wherein the handle includes a protrusion disposed on the second side to limit movement of the first spring.
10. The server cabinet of claim 6, further comprising:
the side cover is detachably arranged on the shell, and an opening is formed in the side cover so that the buckle protrudes out of the side cover.
