When an operator needs to use the microphone and the microphone fixing piece, firstly, the operator fixes the upper part of the microphone 1 through the first horizontal plate 2, pulls the first handle 303, drives the second arc-shaped plate 302 to rotate through the first handle 303, drives the second horizontal plate 305 to move, enables the second arc-shaped plate 302 and the second horizontal plate 305 to fix the lower part of the microphone 1, drives the roller 402 to move through the arc-shaped block 401, enables the roller 402 to extrude the third horizontal plate 403, drives the second vertical plate 404 to move through the third horizontal plate 403, enables the second vertical plate 404 to drive the first vertical rod 405 to move, and simultaneously enables the second vertical plate 404 to extrude the spring 406, thus achieving the purposes of fixing and protecting the microphone, pulls the second handle 505, drives the disc 503 to rotate through the second handle 505, enables the disc 503 to drive the fourth vertical plate 507 to move through the third circular block 508, the fourth vertical plate 507 drives the second vertical rod 509 to move, so that the second vertical rod 509 drives the first horizontal plate 2 to move, and the purpose of adjusting the height of the microphone 1 is achieved.
