For example, the preset length may refer to the number of characters (e.g., 200) of the reminder information. If the number of characters of the prompt message is more than or equal to 200, only part of the message of the prompt message may be presented on other software of the second electronic device, which may result in that the second user cannot understand the intention of the first user or misunderstands the intention of the first user. Therefore, the server needs to set the number of characters of the prompt message to be smaller than the preset length.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the prompt message further includes a link of the chat software of the second electronic device, and the link is used to open a chat interface of the chat software of the second electronic device. For example, when the second user checks the prompt message on the other software and wants to reply the chat message sent by the chat software of the first electronic device through the chat software of the second electronic device, the second user can enter the chat interface of the chat software of the second electronic device by clicking the link in the prompt message, so that the second user does not need to enter the chat interface of the chat software of the second electronic device after exiting the other software, and the experience of the second user is improved.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the prompt message further includes a nickname of the second user and an ID of the second user, or a group name of a group where the second user is located and an ID of the group, so that the second user can perform information interaction with the chat software of the first electronic device by using other software according to the nickname of the second user and the ID of the second user, or the group name of the group where the second user is located and the ID of the group, and thus the information interaction with the chat software of the first electronic device can be realized without the second user clicking a link to enter a chat interface of the chat software of the second electronic device. For example, when the second user replies to the prompt message by using other software of the second electronic device, the ID of the second user or the ID of the group may be added to the reply message, so that the server can find the chat interface between the first user and the second user according to the ID of the second user or the ID of the group, and send the reply message to the chat interface of the chat software of the first electronic device, thereby implementing information interaction between the other software of the second electronic device and the chat software of the first electronic device.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a flowchart of an information interaction method applied to a server according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the information interaction method applied to the server further includes step S210 and step S220.
In step S210, a reply message of the second user to the prompt message by using other software of the second electronic device is received.
In step S220, the reply message is sent to the chat software of the first electronic device, so as to be conveniently viewed by the first user.
The method can receive reply information of the second user for prompting information by using other software of the second electronic device, and sends the reply information to the chatting software of the first electronic device, so that the first user can conveniently check the reply information, and information interaction between the second user and the chatting software of the first electronic device can be realized by using other software of the second electronic device.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the reply message may include an ID of the second user or an ID of the group in the prompt message. For example, when the second user replies to the prompt message by using other software of the second electronic device, the ID of the second user or the ID of the group may be added to the reply message, so that the server can find the chat interface between the first user and the second user according to the ID of the second user or the ID of the group, and send the reply message to the chat interface of the chat software of the first electronic device, thereby implementing information interaction between the other software of the second electronic device and the chat software of the first electronic device.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a flowchart of an information interaction method applied to a first electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the information interaction method applied to the first electronic device includes step S310 and step S320.
In step S310, chat information including a preset identifier is sent, where the chat information is chat information sent by a first user to a second user by using chat software of a first electronic device, so that a server obtains communication information of the second user according to the preset identifier, queries a state of the chat software of the second electronic device according to the communication information of the second user, and sends prompt information to other software of the second electronic device according to the state of the chat software of the second electronic device and the communication information of the second user, where the prompt information includes the chat information, the chat software of the second electronic device and the chat software of the first electronic device are the same chat software, and the communication information of the second user is used for logging in the chat software of the second electronic device.
In step S320, a reply message is received, where the reply message is a reply message received by the server for the prompt message by the second user using other software of the second electronic device.
In the method, the first user uses the first electronic device to send the chat information containing the preset identifier to the second user, so that the server can obtain the communication information of the second user according to the preset identifier, and further inquire the state of the chat software of the second electronic device according to the communication information of the second user, thereby realizing that the server can send prompt information to other software of the second electronic device according to the state of the chat software of the second electronic device and the communication information of the second user.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the chat software of the first electronic device may be various software having a chat function. For example, chat software such as WeChat, QQ, etc. In addition, in the chat software, the first user and the second user may be friends or members in the same group.
For example, the symbols may be @, ##, ¥,% or the like, or may be a combination of symbols, without limitation, for example, the characters may be A, B, C, i, you, he or the like, or may be a combination of characters, without limitation.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the communication information of the second user may be a login account of the chat software for logging in the second electronic device, or a binding account of the chat software of the second electronic device. Such as a cell phone number, mailbox, etc. The server can inquire the state of the chat software of the second electronic equipment according to the mobile phone number or the mailbox. For example, the state of the chat software of the second electronic device may be an unregistered state or a registered state.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the other software is different from the chat software of the first electronic device and the chat software of the second electronic device. For example, the chat software of the first electronic device and the chat software of the second electronic device are WeChat, and the other software may be short message, QQ, mailbox, and other software of the second electronic device. The communication information of the second user may be registered in other software besides the chat software of the second electronic device. In other words, the chat software and other software of the second electronic device both bind the communication information of the second user (for example, the mobile phone number of the second electronic device), so that when the state of the chat software of the second electronic device is the unregistered state or when the state of the chat software of the second electronic device is the registered state and a reply of the chat software of the second electronic device is not received within a period of time, the other software of the second electronic device can receive the reminding information including the chat information sent by the chat software of the first electronic device.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the prompt message includes, in addition to the chat message sent by the chat software of the first electronic device, a plurality of pieces of chat messages associated with the chat message (for example, the chat message sent by the chat software of the first electronic device is in a contextual relationship with the plurality of pieces of chat messages), so that the second user can understand the intention of the first user in combination with the contextual chat message.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the length of the prompt message is smaller than a preset length. For example, the preset length may refer to the number of characters (e.g., 200) of the reminder information. If the number of characters of the prompt message is more than or equal to 200, only part of the message of the prompt message may be presented on other software of the second electronic device, which may result in that the second user cannot understand the intention of the first user or misunderstands the intention of the first user. Fig. 5 schematically shows a flowchart of an information interaction method applied to a second electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, the information interaction method applied to the second electronic device includes step S410 and step S420.
In step S410, prompt information is received, where the prompt information includes chat information with a preset identifier, the chat information is chat information sent by a first user to a second user by using chat software of a first electronic device, the prompt information is prompt information sent by a server according to a state of the chat software of the second electronic device and communication information of the second user, the prompt information is received by using other software of the second electronic device, the chat software of the second electronic device and the chat software of the first electronic device are the same chat software, and the communication information of the second user is used for logging in the chat software of the second electronic device.
In step S420, a reply message to the prompt message is sent, where the reply message is sent by the second user to the chat software of the first electronic device of the first user using the other software of the second electronic device.
In the method, when other software of the second electronic device receives the prompt message, the reply message aiming at the prompt message can be sent to the chatting software of the first electronic device in time, so that even if the second user does not find the chatting message sent to the second user by the chatting software of the first electronic device by the first user in time, the second user can also find the chatting software in other software.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the prompt message further includes a link of the chat software of the second electronic device. According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the information method applied to the second electronic device further includes, in response to an operation of a link to the chat software of the second electronic device, presenting the chat interface of the chat software of the second electronic device so that the second user inputs the reply information on the chat interface. For example, when the second user checks the prompt message on other software of the second electronic device and wants to reply the chat message sent by the chat software of the first electronic device through the chat software of the second electronic device, the chat interface of the chat software of the second electronic device can be accessed only by clicking the link in the prompt message, so that the second user does not need to enter the chat interface of the chat software of the second electronic device after exiting other software, and the experience of the second user is improved.

As shown in fig. 6, the information interaction apparatus 500 applied to the server includes an obtaining module 510, a querying module 520, and a first sending module 530.
The obtaining module 510 obtains communication information of a second user when the first user uses the chat software of the first electronic device to send chat information to the second user, where the chat information includes a preset identifier, and the communication information of the second user is used to log in the chat software of the second electronic device.
The query module 520 is configured to query a state of the chat software of the second electronic device according to the communication information of the second user, where the chat software of the second electronic device and the chat software of the first electronic device are the same chat software.
A first sending module 530, configured to send a prompt message to other software of the second electronic device according to the state of the chat software of the second electronic device and the communication information of the second user, where the prompt message includes the chat information.
In the information interaction device 500 applied to the server, when a first user uses the chat software of the first electronic device to send chat information containing a preset identifier to a second user, the communication information of the second user, which is used for logging in the chat software of the second electronic device, is acquired, the state of the chat software of the second electronic device is queried according to the communication information of the second user, and then prompt information containing the chat information is sent to other software of the second electronic device according to the state of the chat software of the second electronic device and the communication information of the second user, so that the second user is prevented from missing important information, loss is reduced for the second user to a large extent, and the second user can timely reply the chat information of the first user according to the prompt information.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the information interaction apparatus 500 applied to the server may be used to implement the information interaction method applied to the server described in the embodiment of fig. 2.

The information interaction device 600 applied to the server can receive reply information of the second user for the prompt information by using other software of the second electronic device, and send the reply information to the chat software of the first electronic device, so that the first user can conveniently view the reply information, and information interaction between the second user and the chat software of the first electronic device by using other software of the second electronic device is realized.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the information interaction apparatus 600 applied to the server may be used to implement the information interaction method applied to the server described in the embodiment of fig. 3.
Fig. 8 schematically shows a block diagram of a computer system of a server according to an embodiment of the disclosure. The computer system illustrated in FIG. 8 is only one example and should not impose any limitations on the scope of use or functionality of embodiments of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 8, a computer system 700 of a server according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a processor 701, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)702 or a program loaded from a storage section 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. The processor 701 may include, for example, a general purpose microprocessor (e.g., a CPU), an instruction set processor and/or associated chipset, and/or a special purpose microprocessor (e.g., an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)), among others. The processor 701 may also include on-board memory for caching purposes. The processor 701 may comprise a single processing unit or a plurality of processing units for performing the different actions of the method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure described with reference to fig. 2 and 3.
In the RAM 703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 700 are stored. The processor 701, the ROM 702, and the RAM 703 are connected to each other by a bus 704. The processor 701 performs various steps of the information interaction method described above with reference to fig. 2 and 3 by executing programs in the ROM 702 and/or the RAM 703. Note that the program may also be stored in one or more memories other than the ROM 702 and the RAM 703. The processor 701 may also perform the various steps of the information interaction method described above with reference to fig. 2 and 3 by executing programs stored in the one or more memories.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the system 700 may also include an input/output (I/O) interface 707, the input/output (I/O) interface 707 also being connected to the bus 704. The system 700 may also include one or more of the following components connected to the I/O interface 705: an input portion 706 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 707 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 708 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 709 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 709 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 710 is also connected to the I/O interface 705 as needed. A removable medium 711 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 710 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 708 as necessary.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method described above with reference to the flow chart may be implemented as a computer software program. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 709, and/or installed from the removable medium 711. The computer program, when executed by the processor 701, performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the embodiment of the present disclosure. The systems, devices, apparatuses, modules, units, etc. described above may be implemented by computer program modules according to embodiments of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the computer readable media shown in the present disclosure may be computer readable signal media or computer readable storage media or any combination of the two. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to perform the information interaction method applied to the server according to the embodiments of the present disclosure. The method comprises the following steps: when a first user uses chat software of first electronic equipment to send chat information to a second user, communication information of the second user is obtained, the chat information comprises a preset identification, and the communication information of the second user is used for logging in the chat software of the second electronic equipment; inquiring the state of the chatting software of the second electronic equipment according to the communication information of the second user, wherein the chatting software of the second electronic equipment and the chatting software of the first electronic equipment are the same chatting software; and sending prompt information to other software of the second electronic equipment according to the state of the chat software of the second electronic equipment and the communication information of the second user, wherein the prompt information comprises the chat information.

As shown in fig. 9, the information interaction apparatus 800 applied to the first electronic device includes a transmitting module 810 and a receiving module 820.
A sending module 810, configured to send chat information including a preset identifier, where the chat information is chat information sent by a first user to a second user by using chat software of a first electronic device, so that a server obtains communication information of the second user according to the preset identifier, queries a state of the chat software of the second electronic device according to the communication information of the second user, and sends prompt information to other software of the second electronic device according to the state of the chat software of the second electronic device and the communication information of the second user, where the prompt information includes the chat information, the chat software of the second electronic device and the chat software of the first electronic device are the same chat software, and the communication information of the second user is used to log in the chat software of the second electronic device.

In the information interaction apparatus 800 applied to the first electronic device, the first user uses the first electronic device to send chat information containing a preset identifier to the second user, so that the server can obtain communication information of the second user according to the preset identifier, and further query the state of the chat software of the second electronic device according to the communication information of the second user, thereby implementing that the server can send prompt information to other software of the second electronic device according to the state of the chat software of the second electronic device and the communication information of the second user.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the information interaction apparatus 800 applied to the first electronic device may be used to implement the information interaction method applied to the first electronic device described in the embodiment of fig. 4.
Fig. 10 schematically illustrates a block diagram of a computer system of a first electronic device according to an embodiment of the disclosure. The computer system illustrated in FIG. 10 is only one example and should not impose any limitations on the scope of use or functionality of embodiments of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 10, the computer system 900 of the first electronic device according to the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a processor 901, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)902 or a program loaded from a storage portion 908 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 903. Processor 901 may comprise, for example, a general purpose microprocessor (e.g., a CPU), an instruction set processor and/or associated chipset, and/or a special purpose microprocessor (e.g., an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)), among others. The processor 901 may also include on-board memory for caching purposes. The processor 901 may comprise a single processing unit or a plurality of processing units for performing the different actions of the method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure described with reference to fig. 4.
In the RAM 903, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 900 are stored. The processor 901, the ROM902, and the RAM 903 are connected to each other through a bus 904. The processor 901 performs various steps of the information interaction method described above with reference to fig. 4 by executing programs in the ROM902 and/or the RAM 903. Note that the program may also be stored in one or more memories other than the ROM902 and the RAM 903. The processor 901 may also perform various steps of the information interaction method described above with reference to fig. 4 by executing programs stored in the one or more memories.
System 900 may also include an input/output (I/O) interface 907, which is also connected to bus 904, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. The system 900 may also include one or more of the following components connected to the I/O interface 905: an input portion 906 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 907 including components such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 908 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 909 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 909 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The drive 910 is also connected to the I/O interface 905 as necessary. A removable medium 911 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 910 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 908 as necessary.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method described above with reference to the flow chart may be implemented as a computer software program. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 909, and/or installed from the removable medium 911. The computer program, when executed by the processor 901, performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the embodiment of the present disclosure. The method comprises the following steps: sending chat information containing a preset identifier, wherein the chat information is chat information sent by a first user to a second user by using chat software of first electronic equipment, so that a server acquires communication information of the second user according to the preset identifier, inquires the state of the chat software of the second electronic equipment according to the communication information of the second user, and sends prompt information to other software of the second electronic equipment according to the state of the chat software of the second electronic equipment and the communication information of the second user, wherein the prompt information comprises the chat information, the chat software of the second electronic equipment and the chat software of the first electronic equipment are the same chat software, and the communication information of the second user is used for logging in the chat software of the second electronic equipment; and receiving reply information, wherein the reply information is the reply information of the second user aiming at the prompt information by using other software of the second electronic equipment, and the reply information is received by the server.
Fig. 11 schematically shows a block diagram of an information interaction device applied to a second electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 11, the information interaction apparatus 1000 applied to the second electronic device includes a receiving module 1010 and a transmitting module 1020.
A receiving module 1010, configured to receive a prompt message, where the prompt message includes chat information with a preset identifier, the chat information is chat information sent by a first user to a second user by using chat software of a first electronic device, the prompt message is prompt message sent by a server according to a state of the chat software of the second electronic device and communication information of the second user, the prompt message is received by using other software of the second electronic device, the chat software of the second electronic device and the chat software of the first electronic device are the same chat software, and the communication information of the second user is used for logging in the chat software of the second electronic device;
a sending module 1020, configured to send a reply message for the prompt message, where the reply message is a reply message sent by the second user to the chat software of the first electronic device of the first user by using the other software of the second electronic device.
In the information interaction apparatus 1000 applied to the second electronic device, when other software of the second electronic device receives the prompt message, the reply message for the prompt message may be sent to the chat software of the first electronic device in time, so that even if the second user does not find the chat message sent by the first user to the second user using the chat software of the first electronic device in time, the second user may also find the chat software in other software.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the information interaction apparatus 1000 applied to the second electronic device may be used to implement the information interaction method applied to the second electronic device described in the embodiment of fig. 5.
Fig. 12 is a block diagram schematically illustrating an information interaction apparatus applied to a second electronic device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 12, in addition to the receiving module 1010 and the sending module 1020 described in the embodiment of fig. 11, the information interaction apparatus 1100 applied to the second electronic device further includes a response module 1110.
A response module 1110, configured to, in response to an operation of the link to the chat software of the second electronic device, display a chat interface of the chat software of the second electronic device, so that the second user inputs the reply information on the chat interface.
In the information interaction device 1100 applied to the second electronic device, when the second user checks the prompt message on other software of the second electronic device and wants to reply the chat message sent by the chat software of the first electronic device through the chat software of the second electronic device, the second user can enter the chat interface of the chat software of the second electronic device by only clicking the link in the prompt message, so that the second user does not need to enter the chat interface of the chat software of the second electronic device after exiting other software, and the experience of the second user is improved.
FIG. 13 schematically shows a block diagram of a computer system of a second electronic device, in accordance with an embodiment of the disclosure. The computer system illustrated in FIG. 13 is only one example and should not impose any limitations on the scope of use or functionality of embodiments of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 13, the computer system 1200 of the second electronic device according to the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a processor 1201, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1202 or a program loaded from a storage section 1208 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1203. The processor 1201 may include, for example, a general purpose microprocessor (e.g., a CPU), an instruction set processor and/or associated chipset, and/or a special purpose microprocessor (e.g., an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)), among others. The processor 1201 may also include on-board memory for caching purposes. The processor 1201 may include a single processing unit or multiple processing units for performing the different actions of the method flow described with reference to fig. 5 in accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure.
In the RAM 1203, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 1200 are stored. The processor 1201, the ROM1202, and the RAM 1203 are connected to each other by a bus 1204. The processor 1201 performs various steps of the information interaction method described above with reference to fig. 5 by executing programs in the ROM1202 and/or the RAM 1203. Note that the program may also be stored in one or more memories other than the ROM1202 and the RAM 1203. The processor 1201 may also perform the various steps of the information interaction method described above with reference to fig. 5 by executing programs stored in the one or more memories.
In accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure, system 1200 may also include an input/output (I/O) interface 1207, input/output (I/O) interface 1207 also being connected to bus 1204. The system 1200 may also include one or more of the following components connected to the I/O interface 1205: an input section 1206 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 1207 including a display device such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 1208 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1209 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1209 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A driver 1210 is also connected to the I/O interface 1205 as needed. A removable medium 1211, such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like, is mounted on the drive 1210 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 1208 as necessary.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method described above with reference to the flow chart may be implemented as a computer software program. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 1209, and/or installed from the removable medium 1211. The computer program, when executed by the processor 1201, performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the embodiments of the present disclosure. The systems, devices, apparatuses, modules, units, etc. described above may be implemented by computer program modules according to embodiments of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the computer readable media shown in the present disclosure may be computer readable signal media or computer readable storage media or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In contrast, in the present disclosure, a computer-readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer-readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a computer-readable medium may include one or more memories other than the ROM1202 and/or the RAM 1203 and/or the ROM1202 and the RAM 1203 described above.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
As another aspect, the present disclosure also provides a computer-readable medium, which may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by one of the devices, cause the device to perform the information interaction method applied to the second electronic device according to the embodiments of the present disclosure. The method comprises the following steps: receiving prompt information, wherein the prompt information comprises chat information carrying a preset identifier, the chat information is chat information sent by a first user to a second user by using chat software of first electronic equipment, the prompt information is prompt information sent by a server according to the state of the chat software of the second electronic equipment and communication information of the second user, the prompt information is received by using other software of the second electronic equipment, the chat software of the second electronic equipment and the chat software of the first electronic equipment are the same chat software, and the communication information of the second user is used for logging in the chat software of the second electronic equipment; and sending reply information aiming at the prompt information, wherein the reply information is the reply information sent by the second user to the chat software of the first electronic equipment of the first user by using other software of the second electronic equipment.
The embodiments of the present disclosure have been described above. However, these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. Although the embodiments are described separately above, this does not mean that the measures in the embodiments cannot be used in advantageous combination. The scope of the disclosure is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof. Various alternatives and modifications can be devised by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the present disclosure, and such alternatives and modifications are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.

Claims (20)

1. An information interaction method is applied to a server, and comprises the following steps:
when a first user uses chat software of first electronic equipment to send chat information to a second user, communication information of the second user is obtained, wherein the chat information comprises a preset identifier, and the communication information of the second user is used for logging in the chat software of the second electronic equipment;
inquiring the state of the chat software of the second electronic equipment according to the communication information of the second user, wherein the chat software of the second electronic equipment and the chat software of the first electronic equipment are the same chat software;
and sending prompt information to other software of the second electronic equipment according to the state of the chat software of the second electronic equipment and the communication information of the second user, wherein the prompt information comprises the chat information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the reminder information includes a plurality of chat information in addition to the chat information, the plurality of chat information being associated with the chat information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the length of the hint information is less than a preset length.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the reminder information further includes a link to chat software of the second electronic device for opening a chat interface of the chat software of the second electronic device.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the prompt message further comprises a nickname of the second user and an ID of the second user or a group name of a group in which the second user is located and an ID of the group.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein sending a prompt message to other software of the second electronic device based on the status of the chat software of the second electronic device and the communication information of the second user comprises:
when the state of the chat software of the second electronic equipment is an unregistered state, sending the prompt message to other chat software of the second electronic equipment; or
And when the state of the chat software of the second electronic equipment is a login state and a reply of the chat software of the second electronic equipment is not received within a period of time, sending the prompt message to other chat software of the second electronic equipment.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving reply information of the second user for the prompt information by using other software of the second electronic equipment;
and sending the reply information to chat software of the first electronic equipment so as to be convenient for the first user to view.
8. An information interaction method is applied to first electronic equipment and comprises the following steps:
sending chat information containing a preset identifier, wherein the chat information is chat information sent by a first user to a second user by using chat software of first electronic equipment, so that a server acquires communication information of the second user according to the preset identifier, inquires the state of the chat software of the second electronic equipment according to the communication information of the second user, and sends prompt information to other software of the second electronic equipment according to the state of the chat software of the second electronic equipment and the communication information of the second user, wherein the prompt information comprises the chat information, the chat software of the second electronic equipment and the chat software of the first electronic equipment are the same chat software, and the communication information of the second user is used for logging in the chat software of the second electronic equipment;
and receiving reply information, wherein the reply information is the reply information of the second user aiming at the prompt information by using other software of the second electronic equipment, and the reply information is received by the server.
9. An information interaction method is applied to a second electronic device, and comprises the following steps:
receiving prompt information, wherein the prompt information comprises chat information carrying a preset identifier, the chat information is chat information sent by a first user to a second user by using chat software of first electronic equipment, the prompt information is prompt information sent by a server according to the state of the chat software of the second electronic equipment and communication information of the second user, the prompt information is received by using other software of the second electronic equipment, the chat software of the second electronic equipment and the chat software of the first electronic equipment are the same chat software, and the communication information of the second user is used for logging in the chat software of the second electronic equipment;
and sending reply information aiming at the prompt information, wherein the reply information is the reply information sent by the second user to the chat software of the first electronic equipment of the first user by using other software of the second electronic equipment.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the reminder information further includes a link to chat software of the second electronic device.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the method further comprises:
and responding to the operation of the link of the chat software of the second electronic equipment, and displaying the chat interface of the chat software of the second electronic equipment so that the second user inputs the reply information on the chat interface.
12. An information interaction device is applied to a server, and the device comprises:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a communication module and a communication module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring communication information of a second user when the first user uses chat software of first electronic equipment to send the chat information to the second user, the chat information comprises a preset identifier, and the communication information of the second user is used for logging in the chat software of the second electronic equipment;

the sending module is used for sending chat information containing a preset identifier, wherein the chat information is chat information sent by a first user to a second user by using chat software of first electronic equipment, so that a server acquires communication information of the second user according to the preset identifier, inquires the state of the chat software of the second electronic equipment according to the communication information of the second user, and sends prompt information to other software of the second electronic equipment according to the state of the chat software of the second electronic equipment and the communication information of the second user, wherein the prompt information comprises the chat information, the chat software of the second electronic equipment and the chat software of the first electronic equipment are the same chat software, and the communication information of the second user is used for logging in the chat software of the second electronic equipment;
and the receiving module is used for receiving reply information, wherein the reply information is the reply information of the second user aiming at the prompt message, which is received by the server and is used by other software of the second electronic equipment.
14. An information interaction device is applied to a second electronic device, and comprises:
the receiving module is used for receiving prompt information, the prompt information comprises chat information carrying a preset identifier, the chat information is chat information sent by a first user to a second user by using chat software of first electronic equipment, the prompt information is prompt information sent by a server according to the state of the chat software of the second electronic equipment and communication information of the second user, the prompt information is received by using other software of the second electronic equipment, the chat software of the second electronic equipment and the chat software of the first electronic equipment are the same chat software, and the communication information of the second user is used for logging in the chat software of the second electronic equipment;
and the sending module is used for sending reply information aiming at the prompt message, wherein the reply information is the reply information sent by the second user to the chat software of the first electronic equipment of the first user by using other software of the second electronic equipment.
15. A server, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
wherein the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the method of any of claims 1-7.
16. A computer readable medium having stored thereon executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
17. A first electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
wherein the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the method of claim 8.
18. A computer readable medium having stored thereon executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the method of claim 8.
19. A second electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
wherein the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the method of any of claims 9-11.
20. A computer readable medium having stored thereon executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the method of any one of claims 9 to 11.
