The distributed cloud health management method of claim 1, wherein said cloud management platform (1) designates a first institution user for said individual user according to said donation category and location; after the physical examination result is written in the project by the first institution terminal (3), when the target healthy resource exists, the cloud management platform (1) sends the open information corresponding to the target healthy resource to the second institution terminal (4) which initiates the second request, and meanwhile, whether the secret information is sent together is determined according to the authorization range of the first institution terminal (3) corresponding to the target healthy resource.
3. The distributed cloud health management method according to claim 2, wherein after said first institution terminal (3) writes said physical examination plan and said physical examination result into said item, further comprising the steps of:
for the users who are qualified in physical examination, the cloud management platform (1) confirms that the users are qualified in resource provision, and assigns a unique feature tag for the item, wherein the feature tag comprises a plurality of fields, each field comprises only one first feature index, and all the fields are arranged according to the order of the first feature index class; all the items in the same donation category are compiled with feature tags according to the same compiling rule.
4. The distributed cloud health management method of claim 3, wherein said method of locating said target health resource in items having all donation categories consistent with request categories is as follows:
according to the second characteristic indexes submitted in the second request, the cloud management platform (1) compiles a request label according to the compiling rule in the donation category and the sequence of the second characteristic index category, compares the request label with the characteristic labels of all the items in the donation category, searches the characteristic labels with the coincidence rate exceeding a preset threshold, and takes the healthy resources corresponding to the characteristic labels as the target healthy resources.
5. The distributed cloud health management method of claim 4, further comprising the steps of, when said target health resource is present:
the cloud management platform (1) informs the first institution terminal (3) of the search result, and the first institution terminal (3) makes a second review plan for the individual user and writes the second review result into the project; and the cloud management platform (1) carries out auditing on the recheck result, regenerates a characteristic tag after the auditing passes, compares the characteristic tag with the request tag, notifies the user terminal (2) and the first mechanism terminal (3) if the comparison is successful, sends information in an item corresponding to the target healthy resource to the second mechanism terminal (4), and searches again according to the second request if the comparison is failed.
6. A distributed cloud health management system, comprising a cloud management platform (1) and a user terminal (2), a first institution terminal (3) and a second institution terminal (4) respectively communicating with the cloud management platform (1), the user terminal (2) being configured to:
initiating a first request for registering healthy resources for an individual user, wherein the first request comprises a donation category; when the healthy resource is selected as a target healthy resource, according to the notification of the cloud management platform (1), authorizing the cloud management platform (1) to send the information of the target healthy resource to the second institution terminal (4);
the first institution terminal (3) is configured to:
registering for a first institution user at the cloud management platform (1); according to the indication of the cloud management platform (1), a first integral inspection plan is formulated for the user according to the first request, the first integral inspection plan and an inspection result are written into a project created by the cloud management platform (1) according to the first request, and the inspection result comprises at least two first characteristic indexes related to the donation category;
the second institution terminal (4) is configured to:
initiating a second request for searching the target healthy resource, wherein the second request comprises a request category and at least two second characteristic indexes related to the request category; when the cloud management platform (1) searches the target healthy resource, receiving information in a project corresponding to the target healthy resource;
the cloud management platform (1) comprises a creation section (11), a management section (12) and a search section (13), the creation section (11) being configured to:
creating an item for said individual user based on said first request;
the management section (12) is configured to:
designating a first institution user for the user according to the information in the first request; when the target healthy resource exists, notifying a user terminal (2) corresponding to the target healthy resource to authorize, and providing information in an item corresponding to the target healthy resource to the second institution terminal (4) according to an authorization range;
the search section (13) is configured to:
acquiring at least one second request, acquiring items with all donation categories consistent with the request categories of all the second requests, sequentially matching the first characteristic indexes of the items with the second characteristic indexes in the second requests, and searching the target healthy resources; the first request includes identity information of the registrant, a donation category and a locale,
the cloud management platform (1) is further configured to:
dividing the registered information into secret information and open information, and selectively transmitting the secret information and the open information to a second institution terminal (4) which initiates a request for solicitation according to the authorization condition of a first institution terminal (3) which registers physical examination information;
the creation section (11) is further configured to:
setting a disclosure level for information in the item, wherein the donation category and at least two physical examination results are open information, and the identity information, the location and the rest of physical examination results are secret information;
the first institution terminal (3) is further configured to:
periodically making a first review plan for the user, wherein the first review plan comprises a first class of items and a second class of items, and writing review information of the first class of items into the items; when the searching part (13) searches the target health resource, a second rechecking plan is formulated according to the notification of the cloud management platform (1), and the latest rechecking information is written into the project;
the user terminal (2) is further configured to:
collecting the rechecking information of the second-class project according to the first rechecking plan, and writing the rechecking information into the project;
the management section (12) is further configured to:
checking the recheck information; when the searching part (13) searches the target healthy resource, notifying the first institution terminal (3) to make a second rechecking plan, and checking the rechecking information again;
the creation section (11) is further configured to:
according to the auditing result of the auditing the rechecking information of the first rechecking plan by the management part (12), if the auditing is passed, the original resource providing qualification is reserved, and meanwhile, the characteristic label is regenerated according to the rechecking information; if the review is not passed or the recheck information is not received after overdue, marking the recheck information as abnormal, and canceling the original resource qualification;

designating a first institution user for the user according to the donation category and the location; when the target healthy resource exists, the open information corresponding to the target healthy resource is sent to the second institution terminal (4) which initiates the second request, and meanwhile, whether the secret information is sent together is determined according to the authorization range of the first institution terminal (3) corresponding to the target healthy resource.
