The distributed cloud health management method of claim 1, wherein the first request includes identity information of the individual user, a first keyword and a location, and the cloud management platform (1) specifies a first organization user for the individual user according to the first keyword and the location; after the physical examination results are written into the project by the first mechanism terminal (3), the cloud management platform (1) sets a public level for information in the project, the first keyword and at least two physical examination results are open information, and the identity information, the location and the rest of the physical examination results are confidential information; when the target health resource exists, the cloud management platform (1) sends the open information corresponding to the target health resource to the second mechanism terminal (4) initiating the second request, and meanwhile, whether the confidential information is sent together is determined according to the authorization range of the first mechanism terminal (3) corresponding to the target health resource.
3. The distributed cloud health management method of claim 2, wherein after the first institution terminal (3) writes the physical examination plan and the physical examination result into the item, further comprising the steps of:
for the users qualified for physical examination, the cloud management platform (1) confirms that the users are qualified for resource provision and assigns a unique feature tag to the project, wherein the feature tag comprises a plurality of fields, each field contains only one first feature index, and all the fields are arranged according to the sequence of the first feature index class; and compiling the feature labels for all the items in the same first keyword according to the same compiling rule.
4. The distributed cloud health management method of claim 3, wherein the method for finding the target health resource in all items with the first keyword consistent with the second keyword comprises the following steps:
the cloud management platform (1) compiles a request label according to the second characteristic index submitted in the second request, according to the compiling rule in the first keyword and the sequence of the class of the second characteristic index, compares the request label with the characteristic labels of all the items in the first keyword, searches the characteristic labels with the coincidence rate exceeding a preset threshold value, and takes the health resources corresponding to the characteristic labels as the target health resources.
5. The distributed cloud health management method of claim 3, wherein after the first institution terminal (3) writes the physical examination plan and the physical examination result into the item, further comprising the steps of:
the first mechanism user regularly makes a first reinspection plan for the personal user, the first reinspection plan comprises a first type of project and a second type of project, the first mechanism terminal (3) writes reinspection information of the first type of project into the project, and the user terminal (2) writes reinspection information of the second type of project into the project; the cloud management platform (1) audits the reinspection information, if the audition is passed, the original resource providing qualification is reserved, and meanwhile, the feature tag is regenerated according to the reinspection information; if the review is not passed or the re-check information is not received after overdue, the information is marked as abnormal, and the original resource providing qualification is cancelled.
6. The distributed health management method of claim 5, when the target health resource is present, further comprising the steps of:
the cloud management platform (1) informs the first mechanism terminal (3) of the search result, the first mechanism terminal (3) makes a second reinspection plan for the individual user, and writes the second reinspection result into the project; and the cloud management platform (1) checks the rechecking result, regenerates the feature tag after the rechecking is passed, compares the feature tag with the request tag, informs the user terminal (2) and the first mechanism terminal (3) if the comparison is successful, sends the information in the project corresponding to the target health resource to the second mechanism terminal (4), and searches again according to the second request if the comparison is failed.

A distributed cloud health management system for operating the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising a cloud management platform (1) and a user terminal (2), a first institution terminal (3) and a second institution terminal (4) which are respectively communicated with the cloud management platform (1), wherein the user terminal (2) is configured to:
initiating a first request for registering health resources for an individual user, wherein the first request comprises a first keyword; when the healthy resource is selected as a target healthy resource, authorizing the cloud management platform (1) to send the information of the target healthy resource to the second mechanism terminal (4) according to the notice of the cloud management platform (1);
the first institution terminal (3) is configured to:
registering a first organization user at the cloud management platform (1); according to the instruction of the cloud management platform (1), a first physical examination plan is formulated for the user according to the first request, and the first physical examination plan and a physical examination result are written into items created by the cloud management platform (1) according to the first request, wherein the physical examination result comprises at least two first characteristic indexes related to the first keyword;
the second institution terminal (4) is configured to:
initiating a second request for requesting to search for the target healthy resource, wherein the second request comprises a second keyword and at least two second characteristic indexes related to the second keyword; when the cloud platform finds the target health resource, receiving information in a project corresponding to the target health resource;
the cloud management platform (1) comprises a creation part (11), a management part (12) and a search part (13), the creation part (11) being configured to:
creating an item for said individual user based on said first request;
the management section (12) is configured to:
appointing a first mechanism user for the user according to the information in the first request; when the target health resource exists, informing a user terminal (2) corresponding to the target health resource to authorize, and providing information in a project corresponding to the target health resource to the second mechanism terminal (4) according to an authorization range;
the search section (13) is configured to:
and acquiring at least one second request, acquiring all items of which the first keywords are consistent with the second keywords of all the second requests, sequentially matching the first characteristic indexes of the items with the second characteristic indexes in the second requests, and searching the target healthy resources.
8. The system according to claim 7, wherein the first request includes identity information of a registrant, a first keyword, and a location, and in this case, the creating unit (11) is further configured to:
setting a public level for information in the project, wherein the first keyword and at least two physical examination results are open information, and the identity information, the location and the rest physical examination results are confidential information;
the management part (12) is further configured to:
a first mechanism user is appointed for the user according to the first keyword and the location; and when the target health resource exists, sending the open information corresponding to the target health resource to the second mechanism terminal (4) initiating the second request, and simultaneously determining whether to send the confidential information together according to the authorization range of the first mechanism terminal (3) corresponding to the target health resource.
9. The system according to claim 8, wherein the creation section (11) is further configured to:
confirming that the individual users qualified for physical examination are qualified for resource provision, and assigning a unique feature tag to the item, wherein the feature tag comprises a plurality of fields, each field contains only one first feature index, and all the fields are arranged according to the sequence of the first feature index; compiling feature labels for all the items in the same first keyword according to the same compiling rule;
at this time, the search section (13) is further configured to:
according to the second characteristic index submitted in the second request, compiling a request label according to the compiling rule in the first keyword and the sequence of the class of the second characteristic index, comparing the request label with the characteristic labels of all the items in the first keyword, searching the characteristic labels with the coincidence rate exceeding a preset threshold value, and taking the health resources corresponding to the characteristic labels as the target health resources.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the first institution terminal (3) is further configured to:
regularly making a first reinspection plan for the user, wherein the first reinspection plan comprises a first type of project and a second type of project, and writing reinspection information of the first type of project into the projects; when the target health resource is found by the searching part (13), a second rechecking plan is made according to the notice of the cloud management platform (1), and the latest rechecking information is written into the project;
the user terminal (2) is further configured to:
according to the first review plan, collecting review information of the second type of projects and writing the review information into the projects;
the management part (12) is further configured to:
auditing the rechecking information; when the searching part (13) searches the target health resource, the first mechanism terminal (3) is informed to make a second reinspection plan, and the reinspection information is checked again;
the creation section (11) is further configured to:
according to the auditing result of the auditing of the rechecking information of the first rechecking plan by the management part (12), if the auditing is passed, the original resource providing qualification is reserved, and meanwhile, the feature tag is regenerated according to the rechecking information; if the review is not passed or the re-check information is not received after overdue, the review information is marked as abnormal, and the original resource providing qualification is cancelled;
when the target health resource is found by the searching part (13), regenerating a feature tag according to the auditing result of the management part (12);
the finding section (13) is further configured to:
and comparing the latest feature tag with the request tag, if the comparison is successful, notifying the user terminal (2) and the first mechanism terminal (3), sending information in the project corresponding to the target health resource to the second mechanism terminal (4), and if the comparison is failed, searching again according to the second request.
