Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a GOA display panel and a GOA display device.
Background
The goa (gate Driver On array) technology is an array substrate line driving technology, which is a driving mode that a gate scanning driving circuit is manufactured On a thin film transistor array substrate by utilizing a thin film transistor liquid crystal display array to realize line-by-line scanning, has the advantages of reducing production cost and realizing the design of a narrow frame of a panel, and is used by various displays.
As the panel size is larger and larger, the backlight is also larger and larger, which means that the heat generated by the backlight is increased, and the luminance of the backlight can be reduced by increasing the transmittance of the panel, so that the heat generation phenomenon is effectively avoided, that is, it is particularly necessary to increase the transmittance of the panel. The large size and high resolution mean that the size of the pixel becomes smaller and smaller, and the opening area becomes smaller. For a product with high resolution, large size and high specification, it is difficult to increase the transmittance, and the large-size backlight generates heat seriously, so that the transmittance needs to be increased to effectively avoid the phenomenon.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a GOA display panel and a GOA display device, wherein the opening rate is improved and the penetration rate is further improved under the condition that the size of a display area is not changed by amplifying pixel units in the vertical direction.
The invention provides a GOA display panel, comprising: the display panel comprises a display area and a non-display area; a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array form, arranged in the display area and the non-display area; and a black matrix layer disposed in the non-display region; wherein the black matrix layer covers the pixel unit in the non-display region.
Preferably, the liquid crystal display further comprises driving signal lines, and each driving signal line is connected with one row of the pixel units.
Preferably, the display device further comprises data lines, and each data line is connected with one column of the pixel units.
Preferably, each of the pixel units has a height of 216.06um in the vertical direction.
Preferably, the resolution of the GOA display panel is 7680 × 4320.
The present invention also provides a GOA display apparatus, comprising: the GOA display panel comprises a display area and a non-display area; a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array form, arranged in the display area and the non-display area; and a black matrix layer disposed in the non-display region; wherein the black matrix layer covers the pixel unit in the non-display region.
Preferably, the liquid crystal display further comprises driving signal lines, and each driving signal line is connected with one row of the pixel units.
Preferably, the display device further comprises data lines, and each data line is connected with one column of the pixel units.
Preferably, each of the pixel units has a height of 216.06um in the vertical direction.
Preferably, the resolution of the GOA display panel is 7680 × 4320.
The invention has the advantages that: a GOA display panel and a GOA display device are provided, wherein pixel units are enlarged in a V direction, and under the condition that the size of a display area is not changed, part of the pixel units are covered by a black matrix, so that the aperture opening ratio of the display panel is improved, and the penetration rate of the display panel is further improved.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following figures and examples. It should be understood that the specific implementation examples described herein are only for the purpose of illustrating the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
The directional terms used in the present invention, such as "up", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "top", "bottom", etc., refer to the directions of the attached drawings. Accordingly, the directional terms used are used for explanation and understanding of the present invention, and are not used for limiting the present invention.
When certain components are described as being "on" another component, the components can be directly on the other component; there may also be an intermediate member disposed on the intermediate member and the intermediate member disposed on the other member. When an element is referred to as being "mounted to" or "connected to" another element, they may be directly "mounted to" or "connected to" the other element or indirectly "mounted to" or "connected to" the other element through an intermediate element.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a GOA display panel with a conventional pixel cell size in the prior art. Taking a 75inch8K display panel as an example, if the resolution is 7680 × 4320, the size of the display region 30 is 1650.1248mm × 928.1952mm, so that each pixel cell 10 has a size of 71.62um × 214.86um, that is, there are 4320 pixel cells 10 in the v (vertical) direction, and there are 4320 driving signal lines 20 corresponding to the cells.
In an embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, taking a GOA display panel with the same size as an example, the resolution is 7680 × 4320, that is, 4320 levels of pixel units 1 are disposed in the display area 100 and the non-display area 200, 4320 levels of driving signal lines 3 are correspondingly connected to each row of pixel units 1, and 7680 levels of data lines are connected to each column of pixel units 1.
Unlike the prior art, in the embodiment of the present invention, the pixel units 1 are enlarged along the V direction, that is, the size of each pixel unit in the V direction is 216.06um, and 4296 levels of pixel units with the same size can form the size of the display area 100, and the remaining 24 levels of pixel units 1 are located in the non-display area 200 and covered by the black matrix 2. Since the size of the pixel unit 1 is increased, the area increased in the V direction can be provided for the opening area, so as to effectively improve the opening ratio, and the pixel unit 1 in the non-display area 200 can not emit light because of being covered by the black matrix 2, that is, under the condition that the size of the display area 100 is not changed, the opening ratio of the display panel is improved by increasing the size of the pixel unit 1 in the V direction, so as to effectively improve the transmittance of the display panel.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a GOA display apparatus is further provided, and a structural principle of the GOA display apparatus is consistent with that of the GOA display panel in the foregoing embodiment, which may be referred to in detail herein, and will not be described herein again.
In summary, the present invention provides a GOA display panel and a GOA display apparatus, wherein the pixel units are enlarged in the V direction, and under the condition that the size of the display area is not changed, a part of the pixel units are covered by the black matrix, so as to improve the aperture ratio of the display panel, and further improve the transmittance of the display panel.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A GOA display panel, comprising:
the display panel comprises a display area and a non-display area;
a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array form, arranged in the display area and the non-display area; and
the black matrix layer is arranged in the non-display area;
wherein the black matrix layer covers the pixel unit in the non-display region.
2. A GOA display panel according to claim 1, further comprising drive signal lines, each of which connects a row of the pixel cells.
3. A GOA display panel in accordance with claim 1, further comprising data lines, each said data line connecting a column of said pixel cells.
4. A GOA display panel in accordance with claim 1, wherein each of said pixel cells has a height of 216.06um in the vertical direction.
5. A GOA display panel according to claim 1, characterized in that its resolution is 7680 x 4320.
6. A GOA display apparatus, comprising:
the GOA display panel comprises a display area and a non-display area;
a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array form, arranged in the display area and the non-display area; and
the black matrix layer is arranged in the non-display area;
wherein the black matrix layer covers the pixel unit in the non-display region.
7. The GOA display apparatus of claim 6, further comprising drive signal lines, each of the drive signal lines connecting a row of the pixel cells.
8. The GOA display device of claim 6, further comprising data lines, each data line connecting a column of the pixel units.
9. A GOA display device as claimed in claim 6, wherein each pixel cell has a height of 216.06um in the vertical direction.
10. A GOA display device according to claim 6, wherein the resolution of the GOA display panel is 7680 x 4320.
