The upper part of the key body (1) is provided with a two-piece type handle (11), the lower part is provided with a cylindrical center shaft, the two-piece type handle (11) is fixed at the upper end part of the cylindrical center shaft, and a vertical hollow through hole (14) penetrates through the two-piece type handle (11) and the cylindrical center shaft; a horizontal long hole (12) is formed in the two-piece type handle (11) of the key body (1), and two ends of the long hole (12) are communicated with the vertical hollow through hole (14) and the outside of the key body (1); two lug structures are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the upper part of the cylindrical center shaft and used as anti-reversion limiting blocks (13); the bottom of a vertical hollow through hole (14) of the key body (1) is provided with a stepped hole, a quantitative adjusting gear ring (5) is arranged in the stepped hole, an inner ring of the quantitative adjusting gear ring (5) is arranged into a gear ring (51), four positioning grooves (52) are uniformly distributed on the peripheral surface of an outer ring of the quantitative adjusting gear ring (5) along the circumferential direction, four quantitative teeth (15) uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction are fixedly arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the stepped hole of the vertical hollow through hole (14), and the four quantitative teeth (15) are respectively embedded in the positioning grooves (52); the thickness of the quantitative teeth (15) is set according to the water selling quantity value, so that when the adjustment quantity of the water meter reaches the preset selling value during water selling, the quantitative teeth (15) can be twisted off by quantitatively adjusting the torque on the water meter adjusting rod transmitted by the gear ring (5);
The anti-multiplexing locking assembly is arranged in a vertical hollow through hole (14) in the key body (1) and is connected with the quantitative adjusting gear ring (5); the anti-multiplexing locking assembly comprises a stop piston (6), a limit sleeve (7), a main spring (8), a main plug (9), a locking piston (4), a secondary spring (3) and a secondary plug (2); the stop piston (6), the stop sleeve (7) and the main plug (9) are arranged in a vertical hollow through hole (14) of the key body (1) from bottom to top, and a convex shaft (62) at the bottom end of the stop piston (6) is inserted into a gear ring (51) of the quantitative adjustment gear ring (5); the center of the bottom end of the limiting sleeve (7) is provided with a tail guide hole (71), a fragile grating (72) is arranged in the tail guide hole (71), a piston rod (61) at the top end of the stop piston (6) is inserted into the tail guide hole (71) at the bottom end of the limiting sleeve (7), and the upper end of the piston rod (61) is propped against the fragile grating (72) in the tail guide hole (71); a sleeve hole is formed in the top end of the limit sleeve (7), a main spring (8) is arranged in the sleeve hole, the upper end of the main spring (8) is propped against the lower end face of the main plug (9), the main plug (9) is fixedly sleeved in a vertical hollow through hole (14) of the key body (1), the upper end face of the main plug (9) is flush with the upper hole end face of the vertical hollow through hole (14) of the key body (1), and the vertical hollow through hole (14) of the key body (1) is closed by the main plug (9); a locking piston (4), a secondary spring (3) and a secondary plug (2) are sequentially arranged in the long hole (12) from inside to outside, the side surface of the top of the limit sleeve (7) is positioned at the inner hole end of the long hole (12), the side surface of the top of the limit sleeve (7) is propped by the locking piston (4) arranged in the long hole (12), the secondary spring (3) is connected between the locking piston (4) and the secondary plug (2), the secondary plug (2) is fixedly sleeved in the long hole (12) of the key body (1), and the long hole (12) of the key body (1) is closed by the secondary plug (2);
the upper surface of the water meter shell matched with the water selling key is provided with a pre-water selling quantity adjusting hole serving as a key hole matched and sleeved with a cylindrical center shaft of the key body (1), and limit notches matched and embedded with the anti-reversion limit blocks (13) are formed in two sides around the hole end surface of the pre-water selling quantity adjusting hole;
the wall of the pre-selling water quantity adjusting hole between the limiting gaps is provided with an arc-shaped inner groove which is used as an anti-reversion limiting block (13) to be rotationally embedded into, and two ends of the arc-shaped inner groove are communicated with the limiting gaps in a penetrating way;
The center of the bottom in the pre-selling water quantity adjusting hole is provided with a through hole for the quantitative mechanism adjusting rod to pass through, the quantitative mechanism adjusting rod in the water meter is sleeved into the lower hole end of the vertical hollow through hole (14) after passing through the through hole, and the outer peripheral surface of the quantitative mechanism adjusting rod is provided with a spline structure which is matched and meshed with a gear ring (51) of the inner ring of the quantitative adjusting gear ring (5);
The height of the fragile grating (72) is larger than the vertical height between the top horizontal plane of the limit sleeve (7) and the bottom horizontal plane of the locking piston (4).

the inner ring of the quantitative adjusting gear ring (5) is a gear ring (51), and the outer ring is a cylindrical surface.
