Description

本发明属于农业科技领域中杂交小麦技术范围。
当前国内外主要用提型不育系研制杂交小麦,提型不育系具有恢复源难找的缺点。
本发明的目的是研制比提型不育材料恢复源易找的不育材料。
为实现上述目的,发明人采用了杂交培育和田间寻找不育材料的方法,经过多年努力,获得了下述小麦雄性不育材料:
1、栖1型小麦雄性不育材料,该材料是在莱州953田中发现的不育株,又用莱州953等为父本保持下来的,其花粉败育的时期显著晚于提型不育系;
2、栖2型小麦雄性不育材料,该材料是以105为母本,烟农15为父本杂交育成的,其不育性受显性基因控制,具有在甲地(短日照)表现可育,而在乙地(长日照)表现不育的特点;
3、栖3型小麦雄性不育材料,该材料是在8501×烟农15杂交组合中发现的,让其在多品种的试验田内自由授粉,后代出现不育株,需继续寻找保持系;
4、栖4型小麦雄性不育材料,是在试验田中发现的,用烟农15等为父本测交,测交后代育性分离,需继续寻找保持系;
5、栖5型小麦雄性不育材料,是在大田中发现的,不育株的种子种在育种圃内自由授粉,其后代育性分离,需继续寻找保持系。
上述不育材料中,栖2型不育材料与大多数普通小麦品种杂交亲和性好,其余材料花粉败育的时期均显著比提型不育材料晚,比提型不育材料容易找到恢复源。
上述材料的用处,都是可做母本配制杂交小麦。

  1. 一种可做母本配制杂交小麦的小麦雄性不育材料,其特征是:
    栖1型小麦雄性不育材料是在莱州953田中发现的不育株保持下来的;
    栖2型小麦雄性不育材料的不育性受显性基因控制,具有在甲地表现可育,而在乙地表现不育的特点;
    栖3型小麦雄性不育材料是在8501×烟农15杂交组合中发现的,其自由授粉后代出现不育株,需继续寻找保持系;
    栖4型小麦雄性不育材料是在试验田中发现的,用烟农15等为父本测交,后代育性分离,需继续寻找保持系;
    栖5型小麦雄性不育材料是在大田中发现的,其自由授粉后代育性分离,需继续寻找保持系。
