Abstract
一种半封闭式层流配液操作柜,包括柜体及柜门,柜体的一个侧面依次设置有进风口、风机及高效过滤组件,高效过滤组件的出口与净化操作空间相通,柜体侧壁内设置有循环风道,循环风道内设置有循环风机,循环风道上设置有内循环进风口及回风口,内循环进风口及回风口与净化操作空间连接。本发明提供了一种体积小,成本低,方便可移动的半封闭式层流配液操作柜,适合各没条件设立中心配药室的中小医院及诊所进行洁净配药操作,以保证配液的质量及安全性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种配液操作柜,特别是一种半封闭式层流配液操作柜,属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
传统的医院治疗型输液是根据临床治疗的需要,由护士把一些注射剂加到输液中使用。由于护士的操作台没有空气净化系统,在加药的过程当中会有尘埃、药物粉末等微粒散落,这些都会成为输液的污染源。为了解决这个问题,越来越多的医院采用了静脉用药集中调配,设置中心配药室,把静脉药物配置从分散在各病房转为在具有洁净条件的配置中心集中管理、配置,由专业技术人员按照无菌操作要求,在洁净房间对静脉用药物进行加药混合调配,使其成为可供临床直接静脉输注使用的成品输液操作过程。但中心配液室的造价昂贵,运行费用高,而且各中小医院的配液量不大,建立中心配液室的闲置时间长,因此,洁净配药的中心配注室在各中小医院推行进度很慢,目前很多医院还是采用在各个科室病房的护士站自行配液的方式对肠外营养液、危害药品和其他静脉用药进行配药。而且按操作规程,配液台在使用后需要进行消毒才能进行下一批次的操作,在工作繁忙的科室,往往因人为因素忽略此步骤,具有一定的安全隐患,因此,针对各中小医院需要一种小型的适合分布在医院各科室的洁净配药设备以保证配药安全。
发明内容
为解决以上问题,本发明的目的在于:提供一种体积小,成本低,方便可移动的半封闭式层流配液操作柜,适合各没条件设立中心配药室的中小医院及诊所进行洁净配药操作,以保证配液的质量及安全性。
为实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种半封闭式层流配液操作柜,包括柜体及柜门,所述柜体包括左侧板、右侧板、底板、顶板及后侧板,柜体内部为净化操作空间,所述柜门设置在柜体前侧,柜体的一个侧面依次设置有进风口、风机及高效过滤组件,高效过滤组件的出口与净化操作空间相通,柜体侧壁内设置有循环风道,循环风道内设置有循环风机,循环风道上设置有内循环进风口及回风口,内循环进风口及回风口与净化操作空间连接;进一步的,所述内循环进风口设置在与高效过滤组件相对的侧壁上,所述回风口设置在净化操作空间的顶部,所述净化操作空间内设置有消毒装置,所述消毒装置包括紫外消毒灯及臭氧发生器,所述紫外消毒灯设置在净化操作空间的顶部或侧面,臭氧发生器设置在循环风道内,循环风道内设置有臭氧浓度传感器;进一步的,所述进风口与风机之间设置有缓冲室,缓冲室与进风口连接的侧壁上设置有初效过滤组件;进一步的,所述柜门为透明柜门,柜门上开设有操作口,操作口朝向柜体的内侧连接有操作手套;进一步的,所述柜门为对开式柜门,柜门上设置有观察窗,对开式柜门的一个柜门上设置有接近开关;进一步的,所述柜门为提拉式柜门,所述提拉式柜门包括上端的固定扇以及下端的活动扇,所述活动扇可以上下拉动,活动扇底部设置有接近开关;进一步的,所述柜体底部的四个角部设置有带刹车的万向脚轮。
本发明的积极有益技术效果在于:本发明提供了一个半封闭的洁净配药空间供配药操作,横向出风的设置保证了配液操作柜内部无死角,保证了净化操作空间的洁净度,内循环风道的设立可以使洁净空气在内部循环,减少了过滤组件的工作压力及清洁周期;设置的紫外消毒灯及臭氧发生器可在关闭柜门后对净化操作空间进行自消毒,设置的臭氧浓度传感器可以在臭氧浓度达到要求值后停止臭氧发生器,防止过多的臭氧产生对人体造成危害;设置在柜门上的与消毒装置连接的接近开关可防止在柜门开启时误启动消毒设备,保证人身安全。

如图1及图2所示: 一种半封闭式层流配液操作柜,包括柜体及柜门1,柜体内部为净化操作空间12,柜门设置在柜体前侧,柜体的左侧面依次设置有进风口3、风机8及高效过滤组件9,本实施例中在进风口与风机之间还设置有缓冲室11,缓冲室与进风口连接的侧壁上设置有初效过滤组件10;本发明中初效过滤组件可选用波纹滤纸型初效过滤组件以过滤掉0.5um以上的颗粒,初效过滤组件可以有效降低高效过滤组伯的负荷,高效过滤组件可采用HEPA等高效滤网以捕捉0.3微米以下的微小颗粒,高效过滤组件的出口与净化操作空间相通,柜体侧壁内设置有循环风道5,循环风道内设置有循环风机7,本实施例中循环风机设置在循环风道的入口处,并且为了保证过滤效果,保持净化操作空间内部为正压,循环风机的功率及风量小于风机的功率及风量,循环风道上设置有内循环进风口6及回风口14,本实施例中内循环进风口设置在与高效过滤组件相对的侧壁,回风口设置在净化操作空间的顶部,在净化操作空间的顶部设置有紫外消毒灯13,在循环风道内设置有臭氧发生器15,本发明的臭氧发生器可选择开放式臭氧发生器,在循环风道内设置有臭氧浓度传感器21,臭氧浓度传感器与臭氧发生器的控制装置电性连接,当臭氧浓度达到消毒浓度后可停止臭氧发生器工作,图1所示实施例中柜门为对开式柜门,柜门上设置有观察窗,对开式柜门的一个柜门上设置有接近开关16,接近开关与紫外消毒灯及臭氧发生器的控制器电性连接,以保证只有当柜门关闭时紫外消毒灯及臭氧发生器才能工作,可以保证人身安全;本实施例中,柜体底部的四个角部设置有带刹车的万向脚轮以方便整体移动。
图3为本发明带操作手套实施例的示意图,本实施例中柜门由玻璃或有机玻璃等透明材料制成,柜门上设置有操作口,操作口朝向柜体的一侧设置有操作手套,操作手套可用于特殊药液如对无菌条件要求严格的药液进行配制,配制药液过程中柜体密闭,柜体内空气由内循环保持洁净度。
图4为本发明带提拉门的实施例的示意图,本实施例中提拉式柜门包括上端的固定扇20以及下端的活动扇17,活动扇上设置有提手18,拉动可以上下拉动活动扇,活动扇底部设置有接近开关16,采用提拉门结构可使得柜门开启时不占额外空间,目前常见的配重式提拉门及恒力弹簧式提拉门均可应用在本实施例中。
本发明中,风机、紫外消毒灯、密闭柜体上的长臂操作手套及臭氧发生器的开关控制均为现有技术中的成熟技术,在此不再赘述。

1.一种半封闭式层流配液操作柜,包括柜体及柜门,其特征在于:所述柜体包括左侧板、右侧板、底板、顶板及后侧板,柜体内部为净化操作空间,所述柜门设置在柜体前侧,柜体的一个侧面依次设置有进风口、风机及高效过滤组件,高效过滤组件的出口与净化操作空间相通,柜体侧壁内设置有循环风道,循环风道内设置有循环风机,循环风道上设置有内循环进风口及回风口,内循环进风口及回风口与净化操作空间连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种半封闭式层流配液操作柜,其特征在于:所述内循环进风口设置在与高效过滤组件相对的侧壁上,所述回风口设置在净化操作空间的顶部,所述净化操作空间内设置有消毒装置,所述消毒装置包括紫外消毒灯及臭氧发生器,所述紫外消毒灯设置在净化操作空间的顶部或侧面,臭氧发生器设置在循环风道内,循环风道内设置有臭氧浓度传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种半封闭式层流配液操作柜,其特征在于:所述进风口与风机之间设置有缓冲室,缓冲室与进风口连接的侧壁上设置有初效过滤组件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种半封闭式层流配液操作柜,其特征在于:所述柜门上开设有操作口,操作口朝向柜体的内侧连接有操作手套。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种半封闭式层流配液操作柜,其特征在于:所述柜门为对开式柜门,柜门上设置有观察窗,对开式柜门的一个柜门上设置有接近开关。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种半封闭式层流配液操作柜,其特征在于:所述柜门为提拉式柜门,所述提拉式柜门包括上端的固定扇以及下端的活动扇,所述活动扇可以上下拉动,活动扇底部设置有接近开关。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种半封闭式层流配液操作柜,其特征在于:所述柜体底部的四个角部设置有带刹车的万向脚轮。
