Abstract
The invention discloses a fresh air device and an air conditioner indoor unit with the same, wherein the fresh air device comprises: the first volute is provided with a first air inlet; the first volute and the second volute define an air outlet channel, the air outlet channel is communicated with the first air inlet, one of the first volute and the second volute is provided with a positioning column, the other of the first volute and the second volute is provided with a positioning hole matched with the positioning column, and the first volute and the second volute are connected through a fastening piece and/or in clamping connection; and the fan assembly is arranged in the air outlet duct to drive airflow to flow from the first air inlet to the air outlet duct. According to the fresh air device, the positioning column is arranged on one of the first volute and the second volute, and the positioning hole is arranged on the other of the first volute and the second volute, so that the assembling and maintaining efficiency of the first volute and the second volute can be improved, meanwhile, the first volute and the second volute can be shortened, and the production cost of the first volute and the second volute can be reduced.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first volute 1 has a first air inlet 11, the first volute 1 and the second volute 2 define an air outlet duct 20, the air outlet duct 20 is communicated with the first air inlet 11, and an air flow outside the fresh air device 100 can enter the air outlet duct 20 through the first air inlet 11.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, one of the first scroll casing 1 and the second scroll casing 2 is provided with a positioning column 21, and the other of the first scroll casing 1 and the second scroll casing 2 is provided with a positioning hole 12 matched with the positioning column 21. In other words, the positioning column 21 may be disposed on the first scroll casing 1, and the positioning hole 12 matched with the positioning column 21 is disposed on the second scroll casing 2; or, a positioning column 21 is arranged on the second volute 2, and a positioning hole 12 matched with the positioning column 21 is arranged on the first volute 1.
It can be understood that the cooperation of the positioning column 21 and the positioning hole 12 can be used for guiding and positioning the installation of the first volute 1 and the second volute 2, so that the difficulty of positioning and matching the first volute 1 and the second volute 2 can be reduced, and when an assembly master installs, the quick positioning and installation of the first volute 1 and the second volute 2 can be realized by means of the positioning column 21 and the positioning hole 12. In addition, the matching of the positioning column 21 and the positioning hole 12 can also improve the assembly precision of the first volute 1 and the second volute 2, which is beneficial to improving the working reliability of the fresh air device 100.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first scroll casing 1 and the second scroll casing 2 are connected by a fastening member and/or snap-fit connection. By arranging the plurality of positioning holes 12 and the plurality of positioning columns 21 and utilizing the one-to-one correspondence between the positioning holes 12 and the positioning columns 21 at the plurality of different positions, the guiding and the positioning of the different positions of the first volute 1 and the second volute 2 can be realized, so that the assembly precision of the first volute 1 and the second volute 2 can be further improved, and the air tightness and the reliability of the fresh air device 100 can be further improved. According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a plurality of first hooks 13 are disposed on the first scroll casing 1, the plurality of first hooks 13 are spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the first scroll casing 1, a plurality of first fastening holes 22 are disposed on the second scroll casing 2, and the plurality of first fastening holes 22 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of first hooks 13. The first hook 13 and the first hook hole 22 have the advantages of simple structure and easy assembly, and the tight connection between the first volute 1 and the second volute 2 can be realized through the matching of the first hook 13 and the first hook hole 22. According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 5 and 7, the fresh air device 100 further includes an air inlet volute 4, the air inlet volute 4 is located on a side of the first volute 1 facing away from the second volute 2, the air inlet volute 4 and the first volute 1 are connected by a fastener and/or a snap connection, and an air inlet channel communicated with the first air inlet 11 is defined between the air inlet volute 4 and the first volute 1.
After flowing into the inlet volute 4, the external airflow may flow toward the first air inlet 11 under the guidance and evacuation of the inlet volute 4. The mode that the fastener is connected and the joint is connected is comparatively simple, and the assembly degree of difficulty is comparatively lower, from this, can promote the assembly of first spiral case 1 and air inlet spiral case 4 and the efficiency of maintenance, and the structure that the fastener is connected and the joint is connected is also comparatively simple simultaneously, from this, can shorten first spiral case 1 and air inlet spiral case 4, reduces the manufacturing cost of first spiral case 1 and air inlet spiral case 4.
For example, in some examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first scroll casing 1 and the intake scroll casing 4 are connected by a plurality of fastening members, the plurality of fastening members are provided on a side of the first scroll casing 1 facing away from the second scroll casing 2, and the plurality of fastening members are provided at intervals in a circumferential direction of the first scroll casing 1. Specifically, four third screw holes 17 are formed in the first volute 1, four fourth screw holes are formed in the air inlet volute 4, the three third screw holes 17 are matched with the three fourth screw holes in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the third screw holes 17 and the fourth screw holes which are matched with each other are connected through screws.
It should be noted that the air intake channel has an outer air inlet 44, the outer air inlet 44 is connected to one end of the air intake channel, and the first air inlet 11 is connected to the other end of the air intake channel.
Specifically, in one example of the present invention, the first screw hole 16 and the second screw hole 25 are both located outside the outer peripheral wall of the inlet volute 4. Because the first screw hole 16 and the second screw hole 25 are located at the outer side of the air inlet volute 4, when the air inlet volute 4 is disassembled, the screws on the first screw hole 16 and the second screw hole 25 are not shielded, so that the first volute 1 and the second volute 2 can be disassembled under the condition that the air inlet volute 4 is not disassembled. That is, according to the fresh air device 100 of the present invention, when it is disassembled, the second volute 2 can be selectively disassembled from the first volute 1 without disassembling the inlet volute 4; or, the air inlet volute 4 is selected to be detached from the first volute 1 on the premise of not detaching the second volute 2.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, one of the first scroll case 1 and the inlet scroll case 4 is provided with a guide post 14, and the other of the first scroll case 1 and the inlet scroll case 4 is provided with a guide hole 41 engaged with the guide post 14. In other words, the first volute 1 may be provided with the positioning column 21, and the air inlet volute 4 may be provided with the positioning hole 12 matched with the positioning column 21; or, the air inlet volute 4 is provided with a positioning column 21, and the first volute 1 is provided with a positioning hole 12 matched with the positioning column 21.
It can be understood that the cooperation of the positioning column 21 and the positioning hole 12 can be used for guiding and positioning the installation of the first volute 1 and the air inlet volute 4, so that the difficulty of positioning and matching the first volute 1 and the air inlet volute 4 can be reduced, and when an assembly master installs the first volute 1 and the air inlet volute 4, the first volute 1 and the air inlet volute 4 can be quickly positioned and installed by means of the positioning column 21 and the positioning hole 12. In addition, the matching of the positioning column 21 and the positioning hole 12 can also improve the assembly precision of the first volute 1 and the air inlet volute 4, which is beneficial to improving the working reliability of the fresh air device 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, a side of the first scroll casing 1 facing away from the second scroll casing 2 is provided with a plurality of guide posts 14, the plurality of guide posts 14 are spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the first scroll casing 1, the inlet scroll casing 4 is provided with a plurality of guide holes 41, and the plurality of guide holes 41 are matched with the plurality of guide posts 14 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
By arranging the guide holes 41 and the guide posts 14 and utilizing the one-to-one matching of the guide holes 41 and the guide posts 14 at different positions, the guide and the positioning of different positions of the first volute 1 and the air inlet volute 4 can be realized, so that the assembly precision of the first volute 1 and the air inlet volute 4 can be further improved, and the air tightness and the reliability of the fresh air device 100 can be further improved. For example, in one example of the present invention, two guiding pillars 14 are provided on the first scroll casing 1, the two guiding pillars 14 are respectively located at the upper side and the lower side of the first scroll casing 1, two guiding holes 41 are provided on the inlet scroll casing 4, and the two guiding holes 41 are matched with the two guiding pillars 14 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, a plurality of second hooks 15 are disposed on a side of the first scroll casing 1 facing away from the second scroll casing 2, the plurality of second hooks 15 are spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the first scroll casing 1, a plurality of second hook holes 42 are disposed on the air inlet scroll casing 4, and the plurality of second hook holes 42 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of second hooks 15.
The second hook 15 and the second hook hole 42 have the advantages of simple structure and easy assembly, and the tight connection between the second scroll casing 2 and the second scroll casing 2 can be realized through the matching of the second hook 15 and the second hook hole 42. In addition, the cost can be reduced while the connection strength of the second scroll casing 2 and the second scroll casing 2 is ensured. For example, in an example of the present invention, two second hooks 15 are provided on the first scroll casing 1, two second hook holes 42 are provided on the inlet scroll casing 4, and the two second hook holes 42 are matched with the two second hooks 15 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, 11 and 13, the fresh air device 100 further includes a filter module 5, and the filter module 5 is inserted into the air inlet channel. The filtering module 5 has a filtering effect on dust and impurities in the airflow, and under the filtering effect of the filtering module 5, the cleanliness of the exhaust airflow of the fresh air device 100 can be improved, so that a healthier and more comfortable environment can be created for users.
An air conditioning indoor unit 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 10, 12 and 14, an air conditioning indoor unit 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: casing 200, mounting panel 300, air-out spiral case 6 and above-mentioned new trend device 100.
Specifically, at least one of the two lateral side wall surfaces of the casing 200 is formed with a fresh air outlet 201, the mounting plate 300 is disposed in the casing 200, the mounting plate 300 is connected to the casing 200, the fresh air device 100 is connected to the mounting plate 300, one end of the air outlet volute 6 is connected to the air outlet end of the air outlet duct 20, and the other end of the air outlet volute 6 is connected to the fresh air outlet 201.
According to the air conditioner indoor unit 1000 of the embodiment of the invention, the positioning column 21 is arranged on one of the first scroll casing 1 and the second scroll casing 2, the positioning hole 12 is arranged on the other of the first scroll casing 1 and the second scroll casing 2, and the positioning column 21 and the positioning hole 12 are matched to achieve guiding and positioning effects on the installation of the first scroll casing 1 and the second scroll casing 2, so that the difficulty of positioning and matching of the first scroll casing 1 and the second scroll casing 2 can be reduced. In addition, the first volute 1 and the second volute 2 are connected through the fasteners and/or clamped, the fastening connection and the clamping connection are simple, the assembly difficulty is relatively low, therefore, the assembly and maintenance efficiency of the first volute 1 and the second volute 2 can be improved, and meanwhile, the fastening connection and the clamping connection are simple in structure, so that the first volute 1 and the second volute 2 can be shortened, and the production cost of the first volute 1 and the second volute 2 is reduced.

Furthermore, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.

Claims (15)
1. A fresh air device, comprising:
a first volute having a first air inlet;
the first volute and the second volute define an air outlet channel, the air outlet channel is communicated with the first air inlet, one of the first volute and the second volute is provided with a positioning column, the other of the first volute and the second volute is provided with a positioning hole matched with the positioning column, and the first volute and the second volute are connected through a fastener and/or clamped;
and the fan assembly is arranged in the air outlet duct to drive airflow to flow from the first air inlet to the air outlet duct.
2. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first volute has a plurality of positioning holes spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the first volute, and the second volute has a plurality of positioning posts, and the positioning posts are in one-to-one correspondence with the positioning holes.
3. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first volute has a plurality of first hooks spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the first volute, the second volute has a plurality of first holes, and the first holes are in one-to-one correspondence with the first hooks.
4. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 3, wherein at least one of the first hooks is disposed adjacent to an air outlet end of the air outlet duct.
5. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fan assembly comprises:
a motor having an output shaft;
the motor cover is connected with the inner wall of the second volute and limits a containing space, the motor is arranged in the containing space, and the motor cover is provided with a through hole suitable for the output shaft to pass through;
the wind wheel is positioned between the first volute and the motor cover, and the wind wheel is fixed on an output shaft of the motor through a fastening piece.
6. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 5, wherein a first notch is formed in the outer peripheral wall of the motor cover, and a first limiting protrusion matched with the first notch is formed in the inner wall of the second volute.
7. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a second notch is further formed in the outer peripheral wall of the motor cover, the second notch is spaced from the first notch in the circumferential direction of the motor cover, the cross-sectional area of the second notch is smaller than that of the first notch, and a second limiting protrusion matched with the second notch is formed in the inner wall of the second volute.
8. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 5, wherein a first connection hole is formed in the motor cover, a second connection hole is formed in the second volute, and the first connection hole and the second connection hole are connected through a fastener.
9. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first connection holes are plural, the plural first connection holes are spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the motor cover, the plural second connection holes are plural, and the plural second connection holes correspond to the plural first connection holes one to one.
10. The fresh air device of claim 1, further comprising an air inlet volute, wherein the air inlet volute is located on one side of the first volute, which is away from the second volute, the air inlet volute and the first volute are connected through a fastener and/or a clamping connection, and an air inlet channel communicated with the first air inlet is defined between the air inlet volute and the first volute.
11. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 10, wherein a guide post is provided on one of the first volute and the inlet volute, and a guide hole engaged with the guide post is provided on the other of the first volute and the inlet volute.
12. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 11, wherein a plurality of guide posts are disposed on a side of the first volute housing facing away from the second volute housing, the guide posts are spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the first volute housing, and a plurality of guide holes are disposed on the inlet volute housing, and the guide holes are in one-to-one correspondence with the guide posts.
13. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 10, wherein a plurality of second hooks are disposed on a side of the first volute housing facing away from the second volute housing, the second hooks are spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the first volute housing, a plurality of second hooks are disposed on the air inlet volute housing, and the second hooks are correspondingly engaged with the second hooks.
14. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 10, further comprising a filter module inserted in the air intake channel.
15. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
the fresh air outlet is formed in at least one of the two lateral side wall surfaces of the machine shell;
the mounting plate is arranged in the shell and connected with the shell;
the fresh air device of any one of claims 1-14, wherein the fresh air device is coupled to the mounting plate;
and one end of the air outlet spiral case is connected with the air outlet end of the air outlet duct, and the other end of the air outlet spiral case is connected with the fresh air outlet.
