Abstract
The invention relates to a hydraulic pushing device of a cased well cable logging tractor, which comprises a low-pressure oil bin, a high-pressure oil bin and a bearing pin screw connected with a shell of the low-pressure oil bin and the high-pressure oil bin, wherein the bearing pin screw is positioned in a kidney-shaped groove capable of moving axially. And the output end of the plunger pump fixed on the low-pressure oil bin shell is inserted into the high-pressure oil bin. The electromagnetic valve is fixed in the high-pressure oil bin shell, and two ends of the electromagnetic valve are respectively contacted with hydraulic oil in the low-pressure oil bin and the high-pressure oil bin. One end of the push rod extends into the high-pressure oil bin, and the other end of the push rod is connected with the support rod. The stay bar is respectively connected with the two traction arms, the traction arms are connected with the gear sleeve, and the gear sleeve is fixed on the traction arms. The traditional retractor pushing device adopts a mechanical structure, the traction arm is opened in a mode of compressing a spring by a motor, the elasticity of the spring is reduced after the traction arm is used for a long time, the elasticity is reduced, and the positive pressure of a sleeve is changed after the traction arm is opened, so that the conveying effect of the retractor is influenced; mechanical parts of the tractor pushing device are exposed outside, impurities in a shaft are easy to block the pushing device, so that the tractor pushing device breaks down, and the logging success rate is low

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention is provided with a low pressure oil bin 1 and a high pressure oil bin 7, wherein a low pressure oil bin shell 10 and a high pressure oil bin shell 11 are connected into a whole by a force bearing pin screw 2, the force bearing pin screw is positioned at the rightmost side of a kidney-shaped groove of the high pressure oil bin shell, and the lower end of the force bearing pin screw is connected with the low pressure oil bin shell in a threaded manner. The bearing pin screw can axially move in the kidney-shaped groove, and when the bearing pin screw moves to the left side of the kidney-shaped groove, the hydraulic pump can be completely separated from the high-pressure oil bin body.
The plunger pump 4 is fixed on the low-pressure oil bin shell through the fixing screw 5, the output end of the plunger pump is inserted into the high-pressure oil bin shell, and the output end of the plunger pump and the high-pressure oil bin shell are sealed through the first sealing ring 12. The plunger pump divides the low-pressure oil bin into two parts which are communicated by two oil passages in the plunger pump.
The electromagnetic valve 6 is fixed in the high-pressure oil bin shell through a mounting frame, and the mounting frame and the low-pressure oil bin are sealed through a sealing ring II 13. One end of the electromagnetic valve is in contact with the hydraulic oil in the low-pressure oil bin, and the other end of the electromagnetic valve is in contact with the hydraulic oil in the high-pressure oil bin. One end of the push rod 8 extends into the high-pressure oil bin 7, one end of the push rod is connected with two support rods 15 which are arranged in a Y shape, and the joint of the push rod 8 and the high-pressure oil bin 7 is sealed by a third sealing ring 17. The two support rods are respectively connected with two traction arms 9, and traction wheels 19 are arranged on the traction arms; the trailing arm is connected to a gear assembly 16 by a fixing nut 18, which is fixed to the high-pressure oil sump housing 11 by a fixing screw 14.
