Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that the on-line service life of a jacquard weaving machine jacquard thread in the prior art is not long enough, and a jacquard mesh plate and a jacquard bottom plate are not cut under the condition of long enough service life, and provides a multilayer-structure coated jacquard thread for the jacquard weaving machine and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a preparation method of a coating jacquard thread with a multilayer structure for a jacquard loom comprises a coating process, a finishing process and a heat treatment process, wherein the main raw material is high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn;
the coating jacquard thread for the jacquard loom has a multilayer structure and sequentially comprises a core layer, a skin layer and a coating layer from inside to outside.
The coating step is a step of coating the mixture of amino silicone oil A, amino silicone oil B and silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane on the surface of the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn to form a sheath-core structure;
the mass ratio of the amino silicone oil A to the amino silicone oil B is 25-30: 70-75, the amino silicone oil A is the amino silicone oil with the viscosity of 8000-10000 mPa & s and the ammonia value of 0.8-1.2, and the amino silicone oil B is the amino silicone oil with the viscosity of 20000-30000 mPa & s and the ammonia value of 1.0-1.4;
the preparation method of the amino silicone oil A and the amino silicone oil B comprises the following steps:
preparation of amino silicone oil A: the preparation process of the amino silicone oil A comprises the following steps: adding 85-90 parts by weight of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, 6.2-8.3 parts by weight of 3-aminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane and 0.015-0.020 part by weight of catalyst tetramethylammonium hydroxide into a reactor, stirring, heating to 90-100 ℃, reacting at constant temperature for 3-4 h, and vacuumizing (2000-3000Pa) to remove impurities to obtain amino silicone oil A with the viscosity of 8000-10000 mPa & s and the ammonia value of 0.8-1.2.
Preparation of amino silicone oil B: the preparation process of the amino silicone oil B comprises the following steps: adding 88-92 parts by weight of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, 8-12 parts by weight of diamino coupling agent Q-220 and 0.008-0.010 part by weight of catalyst tetramethylammonium hydroxide into a reactor, stirring, heating to 90-100 ℃, reacting at constant temperature for 3-4 h, and vacuumizing (1500-2000 Pa) to remove impurities to obtain amino silicone oil B with viscosity of 20000-30000 mPa-s and ammonia value of 1.0-1.4.
The silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane is silane modified thermoplastic polyurethane, and the silane is 3-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxy silane or N-aminoethyl-3-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxy silane;
a finishing step of finishing an amino silicone oil C to the surface of the covered jacquard thread having a skin-core structure, the amino silicone oil C being an amino silicone oil having a viscosity of 1000 to 2000 mPas and an ammonia value of 0.2 to 0.6;
and after finishing, carrying out heat treatment to initiate self-crosslinking of the amino silicone oil C.
In order to improve the friction resistance of the jacquard thread and prolong the service life of the jacquard thread, the main raw material selected by the invention is the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn, on one hand, the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn has high strength, on the other hand, the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn is prepared by the activation and ripening processes and has the characteristic of high adhesion with polyurethane, therefore, when the mixture of amino silicone oil and silane modified thermoplastic polyurethane is coated on the surface of the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn, the interface adhesion between the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn and the silane modified thermoplastic polyurethane is greatly improved, and after the silane modified thermoplastic polyurethane forms a skin layer structure on the surface, the silicon-containing functional group is enriched on the outer edge of the skin layer, the silicon-containing functional group adopts silane with a single functional group to participate in the synthesis of polyurethane and is positioned at the functional group at the tail end of a molecular chain of the polyurethane, so that the wear resistance of the skin layer structure of the polyurethane is improved, further enhances the protection effect of the silane modified thermoplastic polyurethane on the polyester industrial yarn, and generally shows that the wear resistance of the jacquard yarn is improved.
In addition, the amino silicone oil C added in the invention exists in a coating layer coating the jacquard thread, and the amino silicone oil A and the amino silicone oil B exist in a skin layer; after the amino silicone oil C of the coating layer is subjected to heat treatment, the self-crosslinking is initiated to form a film with a net structure, so that the friction coefficient of the skin layer is reduced; and the amino groups contained in the amino silicone oil A and the amino silicone oil B in the skin layer can generate hydrogen bond action with polar groups on polyurethane, the hydrogen bond plays a role in delaying migration of the amino silicone oil A and the amino silicone oil B, and the larger the ammonia value is, the stronger the hydrogen bond action is, and the slower the migration speed is.
The migration process is as follows: when the coated jacquard thread works on line, the amino silicone oil C film of the coating layer is continuously worn, and heat is generated in the friction process, so that the temperature of the skin layer rises, the amino silicone oil A and the amino silicone oil B in the skin layer start to migrate under the action of heat, the migration speed of the amino silicone oil A is higher, the amino silicone oil A migrates out first, the migration speed of the amino silicone oil B is low, and then the amino silicone oil B migrates out; the amino silicone oil A and the amino silicone oil B which are continuously moved out make up the amino silicone oil C (film with a net structure) with a continuously worn coating layer, the friction coefficient of the coating jacquard thread is kept at a lower value for a long time, and heat generated between the coating jacquard thread and the jacquard mesh plate and between the coating jacquard mesh plate and the seabed plate above the coating jacquard thread in the process of movement is greatly reduced, so that the wear resistance of the coating jacquard thread is improved, the risk that the jacquard mesh plate and the seabed plate are cut by the coating jacquard thread is reduced, and the service lives of the coating jacquard thread, the jacquard mesh plate and the seabed plate are prolonged.
As a preferable technical scheme:
the preparation method of the coating jacquard thread for the jacquard loom comprises the following steps: respectively heating phthalic anhydride diethylene glycol polycondensate diol (DEG/PA-2000) and polyhexamethylene adipate diol (PEA-2000) to 70-90 ℃, heating diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) to 70-80 ℃, heating 1, 4-Butanediol (BDO) and silane to 45-55 ℃, metering and mixing reaction raw materials, and then sending the mixture into a double-screw extruder at the temperature of 150-250 ℃ for extrusion and granulation to obtain the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane, wherein the tail end of a macromolecular chain of the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane is a silicon-containing group, and when the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane is coated on a high-strength active polyester industrial yarn to form a skin-core structure, the silicon-containing group is concentrated at the outer edge of a skin layer, so that the wear resistance of the polyurethane is improved.
According to the preparation method of the coated jacquard thread for the jacquard loom, the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane raw materials comprise the following reaction raw materials in parts by weight: DEG/PA-200045-50 parts, PEA-200050-55 parts, MDI 55-57 parts, BDO 15-16 parts and silane 1.0-1.5 parts. The molecular backbone of the polyurethane elastomer is a block copolymer composed of alternating soft segments (soft segments) that provide the toughness and elasticity of the elastomer and hard segments (hard segments) that contribute to the rigidity and strength of the elastomer. The main chain of the polyurethane molecule contains polar groups such as ether, ester or carbamido besides carbamate groups, hydrogen bonds can be formed in the polyurethane molecule and among the polyurethane molecules due to the existence of a large number of the polar groups, and micro-phase separation is generated due to the thermodynamic incompatibility of a soft segment and a hard segment, so that the polyurethane elastomer has the advantages of high strength, tear resistance, excellent wear resistance and the like due to the structural characteristics.
According to the preparation method of the coated jacquard thread for the jacquard loom, the Shore hardness of the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane is 85-90A, and the hardness range corresponds to the optimal wear resistance.
According to the preparation method of the coated jacquard thread for the jacquard loom, the total fineness of the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn is 600-2000 dtex, and the breaking strength is more than or equal to 8.1 cN/dtex.
The preparation method of the coating jacquard thread with the multilayer structure for the jacquard loom comprises the following coating steps: the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn passing through the stranded wire penetrates into a center hole of a screw extruder cladding die head, the slice, the amino silicone oil A and the amino silicone oil B which are prepared by the patent are melted by the screw extruder at 177-232 ℃ (the hard segment content is higher, the melting point is higher), and then the melted materials flow into the cladding die head, the melt flowing out of the die head extrudes the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn stranded wire of the center hole simultaneously after being clad, and the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn is cooled, formed and wound through a water cooling tank to prepare the cladding stripping wire with a skin-core structure. In the coating procedure, the mass ratio of the total mass of the amino silicone oil A and the amino silicone oil B to the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane is 1.5-3.0: 100, and the mass ratio of the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane to the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn is 10-20: 100.
According to the preparation method of the coating jacquard thread with the multilayer structure for the jacquard loom, in the finishing process, the finishing amount of the amino silicone oil C is 3-5 wt%; the temperature of the heat treatment is 150-180 ℃. The ammonia value of the amino silicone oil is in direct proportion to the amino content (percentage) in the amino silicone oil, the higher the amino content is, the larger the ammonia value is, the higher the activity of the amino silicone oil is, and the self-crosslinking film formation is facilitated; the viscosity of the amino silicone oil is directly proportional to the molecular weight, the greater the molecular weight, the better the strength of the film formed by self-crosslinking.
The preparation method of the coating jacquard thread with the multilayer structure for the jacquard loom comprises the following process flows: merging lines → first twisting → second twisting → coating → finishing → heat treatment.
The invention also provides a coating jacquard thread for the jacquard loom, which is prepared by adopting the preparation method of the multilayer structure for the jacquard loom, and the coating jacquard thread has a multilayer structure, wherein the core layer is high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn, the skin layer is a mixture of silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane, amino silicone oil A and amino silicone oil B, and the coating layer is amino silicone oil C; the silicon-containing groups in the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane are enriched at the outer edge of the skin layer, the amino silicone oil A and the amino silicone oil B are dispersed in the skin layer, and the amino silicone oil C is self-crosslinked on the outer surface of the skin layer to form a film with a net structure.
The coating jacquard thread for the jacquard loom has a multilayer structure, the bonding effect among all parts is properly controlled, and when the coating jacquard thread is used for the jacquard loom, the worn objects are as follows in sequence: the amino silicone oil C of the coating layer forms a film with a net structure through self-crosslinking, the amino silicone oil A and the amino silicone oil B migrate to the surface from the skin layer, a silicon-containing group in the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane, a polyurethane chain segment in the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane and the polyester industrial yarn as a core layer; each layer on the surface plays a certain role in protecting the material of the inner layer, and because of the bonding effect between the layers, the friction resistance of the coating jacquard thread is greatly improved on the whole, and the friction coefficient between the coating jacquard thread and the jacquard mesh plate as well as the upper sea bed plate is reduced, so that the coating jacquard thread has good wear resistance, and the jacquard mesh plate and the sea bed plate cannot be cut.
As a preferred technical scheme:
the coated jacquard thread for jacquard loom has a diameter of 0.5-2.0 mm and a unit mass length of 3150-610 m/kg, and is tested by the test equipment of patent CN 108221389A: the quality of the weight is adjusted to ensure that the tension of the coating jacquard thread prepared by the method is 14N, the included angle between the coating jacquard thread and the porous jacquard mesh plate is adjusted to be 38 degrees, the friction length of the coating jacquard thread is adjusted to be 16mm, and the test speed is adjusted to be 440 r/min; the wear and tear frequency of the coated jacquard thread prepared by the method is more than 107 ten thousand times measured by adopting the test conditions.
Has the advantages that:
(1) according to the preparation method of the coated jacquard yarn for the jacquard loom, the mixture of the amino silicone oil and the silane modified thermoplastic polyurethane is coated on the surface of the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn to form the coated jacquard yarn with the skin-core structure, and the amino silicone oil is further finished on the surface of the skin-core structure to obtain the coated jacquard yarn with the multilayer structure, so that the wear resistance of the coated jacquard yarn is effectively improved;
(2) the coating jacquard thread for the jacquard loom, which is prepared by the preparation method of the coating jacquard thread for the jacquard loom, has a multilayer structure, so that the coating jacquard thread has the characteristics of good wear resistance and small friction coefficient with a jacquard mesh plate and a sea bed plate on the jacquard mesh plate in the friction process of the coating jacquard thread, the online service life of the coating jacquard thread, the jacquard mesh plate and the sea bed plate on the jacquard mesh plate in the operation process of the jacquard loom is remarkably prolonged, the frequency of replacing the coating jacquard thread, the jacquard mesh plate and the sea bed plate can be reduced, the production cost is remarkably reduced, and the coating jacquard thread for the jacquard mesh plate is suitable for large-area popularization and use.

Example 1
A method for preparing a coating jacquard thread for a jacquard loom comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane: firstly, heating DEG/PA-2000 and PEA-2000 to 70 ℃, heating MDI to 70 ℃, heating BDO and silane (3-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxy silane) to 45 ℃, metering and mixing the reaction raw materials, and then sending the mixture into a double-screw extruder with the temperature of 150 ℃ for extrusion and granulation to obtain the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane; the method comprises the following steps of (1) adding reaction raw materials in parts by weight: DEG/PA-200045 parts, PEA-200050 parts, MDI 55 parts, BDO 15 parts and silane 1 part; the hardness Shore A of the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane is 87;
(2) carrying out wire merging, primary twisting, secondary twisting, wire stranding and coating on the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn in sequence, wherein the coating is to coat the mixture of the amino silicone oil A, the amino silicone oil B and the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane prepared in the step (1) on the surface of the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn (the total titer is 600dtex, and the breaking strength is 8.15 cN/dtex); wherein the mass ratio of the amino silicone oil A to the amino silicone oil B is 30:70, the mass ratio of the total mass of the amino silicone oil A and the amino silicone oil B to the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane is 1.5:100, and the mass ratio of the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane to the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn is 10: 100;
the coating process comprises the following steps: the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn which passes through the stranded wire penetrates into a center hole of a screw extruder cladding die head, the slice, the amino silicone oil A and the amino silicone oil B which are prepared by the method are melted by the screw extruder at 177 ℃ and then flow into the cladding die head in a metering mode, the melt flowing out of the die head wraps the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn stranded wire of the center hole and then is extruded out simultaneously, and the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn stranded wire is cooled, formed and wound through a water cooling tank to prepare the cladding stripping wire with a skin-core structure.
The preparation process of the amino silicone oil A comprises the following steps: adding 85 parts by weight of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, 6.2 parts by weight of 3-aminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane and 0.015 part by weight of catalyst tetramethylammonium hydroxide into a reactor, stirring, heating to 90 ℃, reacting for 3 hours at constant temperature, and vacuumizing (2200Pa) to remove impurities to obtain amino silicone oil A with the viscosity of 8000mPa & s and the ammonia value of 0.93;
the preparation process of the amino silicone oil B comprises the following steps: adding 88 parts by weight of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, 8.5 parts by weight of diamino coupling agent Q-220 and 0.008 part by weight of catalyst tetramethylammonium hydroxide into a reactor, stirring, heating to 90 ℃, reacting at constant temperature for 3 hours, and vacuumizing (1500Pa) to remove impurities to obtain amino silicone oil B with the viscosity of 26000mPa & s and the ammonia value of 1.25;
(3) finishing: amino silicone oil C (American Dow Corning silicone oil DC-8209A, ammonia value of 0.5 and viscosity of 1200mPa & s) is arranged on the surface of the stripping line with the skin-core structure of the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn coated with the mixture of the amino silicone oil A, the amino silicone oil B and the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane; the finishing amount of amino silicone oil was 3 wt%;
(4) and (3) carrying out heat treatment at the temperature of 150 ℃ to initiate self-crosslinking of the amino silicone oil C.
The coating jacquard thread for the jacquard loom prepared according to the steps (1) to (4) has a multilayer structure, wherein a core layer is high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn, a skin layer is a mixture of silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane, amino silicone oil A and amino silicone oil B, and a coating layer is amino silicone oil C; silicon-containing groups in the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane are enriched on the outer edge of the skin layer, the amino silicone oil A and the amino silicone oil B are dispersed in the skin layer, the amino silicone oil C forms a film with a net structure on the outer surface of the skin layer through self-crosslinking, the diameter of a coating jacquard thread for the jacquard loom is 0.5mm, the length of unit mass is 3150m/kg, and the number of abrasion and breakage is 109.6 ten thousand; the jacquard comber board is not abraded by visual inspection after 12 months of computer test.
Comparative example 1
The preparation method of the coating jacquard thread for the jacquard loom is basically the same as that in the example 1, except that the polyester industrial yarn which is not subjected to the activating and curing process is adopted in the step (2) instead of the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn, and the wear and tear frequency of the coating jacquard thread for the jacquard loom prepared in the comparative example 1 is 56 ten thousand times. After the test for 6 months on the machine, the abrasion of the jacquard comber board is obvious by visual inspection.
Comparing the comparative example 1 with the example 1, it can be seen that the number of wear and tear of the covered jacquard thread for jacquard loom in the comparative example 1 is significantly less than that of the example 1, because the polyester industrial yarn in the comparative example 1 is not activated and matured, so that the adhesion between the polyurethane films coated subsequently is low, and during friction, the polyurethane films are easily slipped with the polyester industrial yarn, which leads to faster wear of the polyurethane films, therefore, the number of wear and tear of the covered jacquard thread is reduced, and at the same time, the friction coefficient between the covered jacquard thread and the jacquard mesh plate and the upper sea floor plate is increased, and the service life of the jacquard mesh plate and the upper sea floor plate is reduced.
Comparative example 2
A method for preparing a coated jacquard thread for a jacquard loom, which comprises the steps of substantially the same process as in example 1, except that no silane is added in the step (1); the number of abrasion breakage of the covered jacquard thread for the jacquard loom obtained in comparative example 2 was 48 ten thousand. After the test for 5 months on the machine, the abrasion of the jacquard comber board is obvious by visual inspection.
As can be seen by comparing comparative example 2 with example 1, the number of wear fractures of the covered jacquard yarn for jacquard loom in comparative example 2 is significantly smaller than that of example 1, because the polyurethane film on the covered jacquard yarn in comparative example 2 does not contain silane, and when rubbed into the polyurethane film layer, the friction coefficient is larger than in the same case of example 1, making the polyurethane film more easily worn, and thus the number of wear fractures of the covered jacquard yarn is smaller.
The coated jacquard threads in the embodiment 1 and the comparative example 2 are used on a jacquard loom, under the same use condition, the damage degree of the jacquard mesh plate and the sea bed plate in the comparative example 2 is far greater than that of the embodiment 1, and the reason is that silane does not exist in the comparative example 2, so that the friction coefficient between the coated jacquard threads in the comparative example 2 and the jacquard mesh plate and the sea bed plate above is large, and the heat generated in the motion process is greatly increased, so that the service life of the jacquard mesh plate and the sea bed plate above is shortened.
Comparative example 3
A method for preparing coated jacquard thread for jacquard loom, its process is basically the same as example 1, the difference is that not add two kinds of amino silicone oil in step (1), do not have finishing process and heat crosslinking of step (4) of step (3); the number of abrasion breakage of the covered jacquard thread for the jacquard machine obtained in comparative example 3 was 32.3 ten thousand. After the test for 3 months on the machine, the abrasion of the jacquard comber board is obvious by visual inspection.
Comparing comparative example 3 with example 1, it can be seen that the number of wear breaks of the covered jacquard thread for jacquard loom in comparative example 3 is significantly smaller than that of example 1, because the polyurethane film on the covered jacquard thread in comparative example 3 contains no amino silicone oil and no coating layer, and when rubbed to the layer of polyurethane film, the friction coefficient is greater than in the same case of example 1, making the polyurethane film more easily worn, and therefore the number of wear breaks of the covered jacquard thread is smaller.
The coated jacquard threads in the embodiment 1 and the comparative example 3 are used on a jacquard loom, under the same use condition, the damage degree of the jacquard mesh plate and the sea bed plate in the comparative example 3 is far greater than that of the embodiment 1, and the same reason is that no amino silicone oil and no coating layer exist in the comparative example 3, so that the friction coefficient between the coated jacquard threads in the comparative example 3 and the jacquard mesh plate and the sea bed plate above the jacquard mesh plate is large, and the heat generated in the motion process is greatly increased, so that the service life of the jacquard mesh plate and the sea bed plate above the jacquard mesh plate is shortened.
Example 2
A method for preparing a coated jacquard thread for a jacquard loom comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane: firstly, heating DEG/PA-2000 and PEA-2000 to 74 ℃, heating MDI to 72 ℃, heating BDO and silane (N-aminoethyl-3-aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane) to 47 ℃, metering and mixing the reaction raw materials, and then sending the mixture into a double-screw extruder with the temperature of 160 ℃ for extrusion and granulation to obtain the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane; the method comprises the following steps of (1) adding reaction raw materials in parts by weight: DEG/PA-200046 parts, PEA-200051 parts, MDI 55 parts, BDO 15 parts and silane 1.1 parts; the Shore A hardness of the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane is 85;
(2) carrying out wire merging, primary twisting, secondary twisting, wire stranding and coating on the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn in sequence, wherein the coating is to coat the mixture of the amino silicone oil A, the amino silicone oil B and the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane prepared in the step (1) on the surface of the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn (the total titer is 900dtex, and the breaking strength is 8.34 cN/dtex); wherein the mass ratio of the amino silicone oil A to the amino silicone oil B is 29:71, the mass ratio of the total mass of the amino silicone oil A and the amino silicone oil B to the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane is 1.8:100, and the mass ratio of the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane to the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn is 12: 100;
the coating process comprises the following steps: the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn which passes through the stranded wire penetrates into a central hole of a screw extruder coating die head, slices, amino silicone oil A and amino silicone oil B which are prepared by the method are melted by the screw extruder at 190 ℃ and then flow into the coating die head in a metering mode, the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn stranded wire of the central hole is coated by melt flowing out of the die head and then simultaneously extruded, and the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn stranded wire is cooled, formed and wound through a water cooling tank to prepare the coated jacquard yarn with a skin-core structure.

A method for preparing a coated jacquard thread for a jacquard loom comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane: firstly, heating DEG/PA-2000 and PEA-2000 to 78 ℃, heating MDI to 74 ℃, heating BDO and silane (3-aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane) to 49 ℃, metering and mixing the reaction raw materials, and then sending the mixture into a double-screw extruder with the temperature of 170 ℃ for extrusion and granulation to obtain the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane; the method comprises the following steps of (1) adding reaction raw materials in parts by weight: DEG/PA-200047 parts, PEA-200052 parts, MDI 56 parts, BDO 15 parts and silane 1.2 parts; the Shore A hardness of the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane is 88;

(3) and (3) finishing: amino silicone oil C (OFX-8803, ammonia number of 0.3 and viscosity of 1300mPa & s) is arranged on the surface of the stripping line with the skin-core structure of the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn coated with the mixture of the amino silicone oil A, the amino silicone oil B and the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane; the finishing amount of amino silicone oil was 3.9 wt%;
(4) and (3) carrying out heat treatment at the temperature of 160 ℃ to initiate self-crosslinking of the amino silicone oil C.

Example 4
A method for preparing a coated jacquard thread for a jacquard loom comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane: firstly, heating DEG/PA-2000 and PEA-2000 to 82 ℃, heating MDI to 75 ℃, heating BDO and silane (N-aminoethyl-3-aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane) to 51 ℃, metering and mixing reaction raw materials, and then sending the mixture into a double-screw extruder with the temperature of 180 ℃ for extrusion and granulation to obtain silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane; the method comprises the following steps of (1) adding the reaction raw materials in parts by weight: DEG/PA-200048 parts, PEA-200053 parts, MDI 56 parts, BDO 16 parts and silane 1.3 parts; the hardness Shore A of the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane is 86;

(3) finishing: amino silicone oil C (amino silicone oil WR1300CN, ammonia value of 0.3 and viscosity of 1000mPa · s) is arranged on the surface of the stripping line with the skin-core structure of the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn coated with the mixture of the amino silicone oil A, the amino silicone oil B and the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane; the finishing amount of amino silicone oil was 4.2 wt%;
(4) and (3) carrying out heat treatment at the temperature of 165 ℃ to initiate self-crosslinking of the amino silicone oil C.

(3) finishing: amino silicone oil C (amino silicone oil WR1300CN, ammonia value of 0.3 and viscosity of 1000mPa · s) is arranged on the surface of the stripping line with the skin-core structure of the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn coated with the mixture of the amino silicone oil A, the amino silicone oil B and the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane; the finishing amount of amino silicone oil was 4.6 wt%;
(4) and (3) carrying out heat treatment at 168 ℃ to initiate self-crosslinking of the amino silicone oil C.

(3) finishing: amino silicone oil C (OFX-8803, ammonia number of 0.3 and viscosity of 1300mPa & s) is arranged on the surface of the stripping line with the skin-core structure of the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn coated with the mixture of the amino silicone oil A, the amino silicone oil B and the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane; the finishing amount of amino silicone oil is 5 wt%;
(4) the heat treatment is carried out at the temperature of 174 ℃, and the self-crosslinking of the amino silicone oil C is initiated.

(1) preparation of silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane: firstly, heating DEG/PA-2000 and PEA-2000 to 90 ℃, heating MDI to 80 ℃, heating BDO and silane (N-aminoethyl-3-aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane) to 55 ℃, metering and mixing reaction raw materials, and then sending the mixture into a double-screw extruder with the temperature of 250 ℃ for extrusion and granulation to obtain silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane; the method comprises the following steps of (1) adding reaction raw materials in parts by weight: DEG/PA-200047 parts, PEA-200053 parts, MDI 56 parts, BDO 15 parts and silane 1.2 parts; the Shore A hardness of the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane is 88;
(2) carrying out wire merging, primary twisting, secondary twisting, wire stranding and coating on the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn in sequence, wherein the coating is to coat the mixture of the amino silicone oil A, the amino silicone oil B and the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane prepared in the step (1) on the surface of the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn (the total titer is 2000dtex, and the breaking strength is 8.17 cN/dtex); wherein the mass ratio of the amino silicone oil A to the amino silicone oil B is 26:74, the mass ratio of the total mass of the amino silicone oil A and the amino silicone oil B to the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane is 3:100, and the mass ratio of the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane to the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn is 20: 100;
the coating process comprises the following steps: the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn which passes through the stranded wire penetrates into a center hole of a screw extruder cladding die head, the slice, the amino silicone oil A and the amino silicone oil B which are prepared by the method are melted by the screw extruder at 232 ℃ and then flow into the cladding die head in a metering mode, the melt which flows out of the die head wraps the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn stranded wire of the center hole and then is extruded out simultaneously, and the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn stranded wire is cooled, formed and wound through a water cooling tank to prepare the cladding drawing wire with a skin-core structure.
The preparation process of the amino silicone oil A comprises the following steps: adding 90 parts by weight of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, 6.8 parts by weight of 3-aminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane and 0.15 part by weight of tetramethylammonium hydroxide serving as a catalyst into a reactor, stirring, heating to 90 ℃, reacting at constant temperature for 3 hours, and vacuumizing (2400Pa) to remove impurities to obtain amino silicone oil A with the viscosity of 8800mPa & s and the ammonia value of 1.04;
the preparation process of the amino silicone oil B comprises the following steps: adding 91 parts by weight of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, 11.8 parts by weight of diamino coupling agent Q-220 and 0.01 part by weight of catalyst tetramethylammonium hydroxide into a reactor, stirring, heating to 100 ℃, reacting at constant temperature for 4 hours, and vacuumizing (1500Pa) to remove impurities to obtain amino silicone oil B with the viscosity of 25000mPa & s and the ammonia value of 1.32;
(3) and (3) finishing: amino silicone oil C (OFX-8803, ammonia number of 0.3 and viscosity of 1300mPa & s) is arranged on the surface of the stripping line with the skin-core structure of the high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn coated with the mixture of the amino silicone oil A, the amino silicone oil B and the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane; the finishing amount of amino silicone oil was 4.3 wt%;
(4) and (3) carrying out heat treatment at the temperature of 180 ℃ to initiate self-crosslinking of the amino silicone oil C.
The coating jacquard thread for the jacquard loom prepared according to the steps (1) to (4) has a multilayer structure, wherein a core layer is high-strength activated polyester industrial yarn, a skin layer is a mixture of silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane, amino silicone oil A and amino silicone oil B, and a coating layer is amino silicone oil C; silicon-containing groups in the silicon-containing thermoplastic polyurethane are enriched at the outer edge of the skin layer, the amino silicone oil A and the amino silicone oil B are dispersed in the skin layer, the amino silicone oil C forms a film with a net structure by self-crosslinking on the outer surface of the skin layer, the diameter of a coating jacquard thread for the jacquard loom is 2mm, the length of unit mass is 610m/kg, and the number of abrasion and breakage is 119 ten thousand; after the test for 12 months on the machine, the jacquard comber board is not abraded by visual inspection.
