本发明公开了一种生物质秸秆燃料,包括按重量份数计的如下原料:改性棉花秸秆粉80‑100份,改性玉米秸秆粉35‑40份,松针粉15‑20份,牛粪10‑12份,碳酸氢钠1‑2份,硅藻土6‑8份,氧化镁1‑2份。本发明提供的生物质秸秆燃料,能充分燃烧,且具有良好的发热量,烟尘排放量低,环境污染小。

技术领域
本发明涉及再生资源利用技术领域,具体涉及一种生物质秸秆燃料。
背景技术
作为一些可以再生的农作物秸秆和畜禽粪便等燃料由于燃料热值比较低且占用体积比较大,对热量要求较高的场合不适用,于是人们普遍采用直接在田间焚烧丢弃。作为高热量值的煤、石油、天然气等化石能源随着人类大规模的开采下将逐渐枯竭。于是目前市面上出现了将农作物秸秆和畜禽粪便等燃料制备成便于存储的生物质燃料,现在多数生物质燃料的制备方法都是将秸秆等通过粉碎机粉碎成段,再通过成型机挤压成型,成型的生物质燃料在燃烧过程中会因燃烧不充分而产生烟雾,对人的身体和环境造成危害。
鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种能充分燃烧且减少烟尘排放量的生物质秸秆燃料解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种生物质秸秆燃料,能充分燃烧,且具有良好的发热量,烟尘排放量低,环境污染小。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种生物质秸秆燃料,包括按重量份数计的如下原料:
改性棉花秸秆粉80-100份,改性玉米秸秆粉35-40份,松针粉15-20份,牛粪10-12份,碳酸氢钠1-2份,硅藻土6-8份,氧化镁1-2份。
进一步地,所述改性棉花秸秆粉/改性玉米秸秆粉的制备方法如下:
将棉花秸秆/玉米秸秆粉碎至150目筛,得到棉花秸秆粉/玉米秸秆粉,将棉花秸秆粉/玉米秸秆粉采用质量分数为5%的有机酸溶液浸泡2小时,过滤用水清洗至中性,烘干至恒重,然后研磨,研磨时间为4-6小时;
将改性剂雾化后自然沉积在研磨后的棉花秸秆粉/玉米秸秆粉表面,得到改性棉花秸秆粉/改性玉米秸秆粉;
所述改性剂为烷基醚羧酸、十二烷基葡萄糖苷和水的混合物,其混合比例为1:3:30,所述改性剂的用量为棉花秸秆粉/玉米秸秆的0.1-0.3%。
进一步地,有机酸溶液为羟基乙酸溶液。
进一步地,改性棉花秸秆粉/改性玉米秸秆粉的粒度为300-400目。
进一步地,所述松针粉的粒度为300-400目。
进一步地,所述生物质秸秆燃料的制备方法如下:
将改性棉花秸秆粉、改性玉米秸秆粉、松针粉、牛粪、碳酸氢钠、硅藻土、氧化镁混合均匀,然后将混合物料输送到压力机中,将压力调节至2.0-2.2Mpa,控制温度为86-90℃,加压加热4-6h,切割成型即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的生物质秸秆燃料,有益效果在于:
本发明的生物质秸秆燃料,以棉花秸秆粉、玉米秸秆粉、松针粉为原料,并将棉花秸秆粉和玉米秸秆粉进行改性,以提升其燃烧品质,减少烟尘排放量;并在主要原料中添加碳酸氢钠,作为膨松剂,提高燃料的燃烧效率;通过添加氧化镁作为固硫剂,使燃烧产生的二氧化硫与氧化镁反应生成固相硫酸盐而去除。因此,本发明的生物质秸秆燃料,能充分燃烧,且具有良好的发热量,烟尘排放量低,环境污染小。

改性棉花秸秆粉90份,改性玉米秸秆粉38份,松针粉17份,牛粪11份,碳酸氢钠2份,硅藻土7份,氧化镁2份。
本实施例的生物质秸秆燃料,制备方法如下:
将改性棉花秸秆粉、改性玉米秸秆粉、松针粉、牛粪、碳酸氢钠、硅藻土、氧化镁混合均匀,然后将混合物料输送到压力机中,将压力调节至2.1Mpa,控制温度为88℃,加压加热4-6h,切割成型即可。

改性棉花秸秆粉80-100份,改性玉米秸秆粉35-40份,松针粉15-20份,牛粪10-12份,碳酸氢钠1-2份,硅藻土6-8份,氧化镁1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物质秸秆燃料,其特征在于,所述改性棉花秸秆粉/改性玉米秸秆粉的制备方法如下:
将棉花秸秆/玉米秸秆粉碎至150目筛,得到棉花秸秆粉/玉米秸秆粉,将棉花秸秆粉/玉米秸秆粉采用质量分数为5%的有机酸溶液浸泡2小时,过滤用水清洗至中性,烘干至恒重,然后研磨,研磨时间为4-6小时;
将改性剂雾化后自然沉积在研磨后的棉花秸秆粉/玉米秸秆粉表面,得到改性棉花秸秆粉/改性玉米秸秆粉;
