The solid hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is heated to 150-200 ℃ to become fluid, can be used by spraying, roller coating and other methods, is in a semisolid state when cooled to room temperature, can generate good adhesion effect by slightly applying pressure, is usually coated on paper, foam, plastic film, fabric or metal foil to further prepare a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or a pressure-sensitive label, and is mainly used for sealing packages, logistics, trademark and label sticking of various cartons and the like.
The traditional manufacturing process of the pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive mainly adopts a reaction kettle to disperse and mix various materials, multiple steps of stirring, heating, cooling and the like are intensively carried out in the reaction kettle, the hot melt adhesive of an EVA and PUR system is produced by adopting a double-screw extrusion processing mode, but the pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive (SBS and SIS are block copolymer systems) cannot be produced by using a screw extrusion process simply due to the characteristics of an adhesive system, and the two production modes have defects, namely, the stirring speed is low, the mixing effect of the materials is poor, so that the performance stability of a finished product is poor, the production efficiency is low, and continuous production cannot be carried out.
