The purpose of the present disclosure is to overcome the defects of the prior art, and to provide a stirring device for a bio-organic fertilizer and a bio-organic fertilizer fermentation all-in-one machine; this agitating unit can be effective even stirring material, improves the stirring degree of consistency of material, and then guarantees material fermentation's quality and efficiency.
The first invention purpose of this disclosure is to propose a biological organic fertilizer's agitating unit, in order to realize above-mentioned purpose, this disclosure adopts the following technical scheme:
a stirring device for a bio-organic fertilizer comprises a stirring box body, wherein two stirring rollers which are oppositely arranged are arranged in the stirring box body, the two stirring rollers are parallel to each other, the rotating speeds of the two stirring rollers are the same, and the rotating directions of the two stirring rollers are opposite; a plurality of stirring bodies are fixedly arranged on the periphery of each stirring roller along the axial direction, the stirring bodies are spirally and uniformly arranged along the axial direction of the stirring roller, and the number of spiral turns formed by the plurality of stirring bodies arranged on the periphery of each stirring shaft is at least one turn; the spiral directions of the stirring bodies arranged on the peripheries of the two stirring rollers are opposite.
As a further technical scheme, the axes of the two stirring rollers are on the same plane, and the stirring bodies are arranged along the axial direction of the stirring rollers.
As a further technical scheme, the stirring body comprises a stirring support plate, the stirring support plate is fixedly connected with the stirring roller through a base, and the end part of the stirring support plate is provided with stirring teeth.
As a further technical scheme, the stirring support plate is obliquely arranged, and a first included angle is formed between the plane of the stirring support plate and the radial direction of the stirring roller.
As a further technical scheme, the top of the stirring box body is open, box body vertical plates are arranged at two ends of the stirring box body, and the longitudinal section of the stirring body is W-shaped.
As further technical scheme, agitator tank includes the arc wallboard that two meet, and the first end of two arc wallboards is connected, and the second end of two arc wallboards is located the top and all is connected with the riser, and holistic stirring space is constituteed to two arc wallboards, is agitator tank's opening between two risers.
As a further technical scheme, the second end of the arc-shaped wall plate is higher than the first end, and the arc angle of the arc-shaped wall plate is larger than 180 degrees; the two arc-shaped wall plates are obliquely arranged.
As a further technical scheme, the two stirring rollers are arranged in parallel with the arc-shaped wall plates, the two stirring rollers are respectively arranged above the two arc-shaped wall plates, and the axes of the two stirring rollers are respectively superposed with the central axes of the two arc-shaped wall plates.
As a further technical scheme, each stirring roller is at least provided with a scraper body, and the scraper bodies are arranged at the end parts of the stirring rollers; the scraper plate body comprises a scraper plate, the scraper plate is fixedly connected with a scraper plate supporting plate, the scraper plate supporting plate is fixedly connected with the stirring roller, the scraper plate supporting plate is obliquely arranged, the plane of the scraper plate supporting plate and the radial direction of the stirring roller form a second included angle, and the side line of the scraper plate is parallel to the vertical plate of the box body.
The second included angle is greater than the first included angle.
The second invention of the present disclosure provides a bio-organic fertilizer fermentation all-in-one machine, which includes the stirring apparatus as described above.
The beneficial effect of this disclosure does:
this disclosed agitating unit is the spiral with the stirring body of stirring roller periphery and lays to turn to two stirring rollers and set up to on the contrary, can effectively strengthen the effect that the material was promoted to mix, promote the degree of consistency that the material mixes.

Example 1
The stirring device disclosed in the present embodiment will be further described with reference to fig. 1 to 6;
referring to attached drawings 1-2, the stirring device for the bio-organic fertilizer comprises a stirring box body 4, wherein the stirring box body 4 is arranged on a rack, and box body vertical plates 5 are arranged at two ends of the stirring box body 4. By figure 2, 4 open-tops of agitator tank, the longitudinal section of agitator tank 4 is the W type, and it includes two arc wallboards that meet mutually, and the first end of two arc wallboards is connected, and the second end of two arc wallboards is located the top and all is connected with the riser, and holistic stirring space is constituteed to two arc wallboards, is agitator tank's opening between two risers. The second end of arc wallboard is higher than first end, and the arc angle of arc wallboard is greater than 180 degrees.
The two arc-shaped wall plates are obliquely arranged, namely, the radial center line of the arc-shaped wall plate and the horizontal line have a set included angle.

Each stirring roller periphery sets up a plurality of stirring bodies 3 along axial fixity, and a plurality of stirring bodies are the spiral along the stirring roller axial and evenly arrange, and a plurality of stirring bodies set up along the axial logical length of stirring roller.
The stirring body 3 is attached to the stirring roller 1 via the base 2.
The spiral turns formed by a plurality of stirring bodies arranged on the periphery of each stirring shaft are at least one turn.
The spiral directions of the stirring bodies arranged on the peripheries of the two stirring rollers are opposite, namely, the stirring bodies on the periphery of one stirring roller are arranged along the left-handed direction, and the stirring bodies on the periphery of the other stirring roller are arranged along the right-handed direction.
As shown in FIG. 3, the stirring body 3 is composed of stirring teeth 8, a stirring support plate 9, stirring ribs 10 and a fixing plate 11, the stirring support plate 9 is fixedly connected with the fixing plate 11, and the stirring support plate 9 is connected with the base 2 through bolts.
The stirring teeth 8 are in a tooth-shaped structure and are arranged at the end part of the stirring support plate 9, and the side part of the stirring support plate is provided with a stirring reinforcing rib 10.
The stirring support plate 9 is obliquely arranged, the plane of the stirring support plate 9 and the radial surface of the stirring roller 1 form an included angle of 30 degrees, so that the resistance area of the stirring body 3 is small, the fermented material can slide along the main plane, the stress in the operation process of the stirring body 3 is reduced, and the processing and material cost of the stirring teeth 8, the stirring support plate 9, the stirring reinforcing ribs 10 and the fixing plate 11 is reduced.
Stirring body 3 can laminate with adjacent stirring cylinder at the stirring cylinder that the operation in-process formed, avoids stirring 4 interior operations after accomplishing to deposit the fermentation material.
The cross section of the rabble teeth is similar to a Z-shaped structure.
Each stirring roller sets up a scraper blade body 6 at least, and scraper blade body 6 sets up in the stirring roller tip.
As shown in fig. 4, the blade body 6 is composed of a blade 12, a blade support plate 13, and blade body ribs 14, and the blade body 6 is also connected to the stirring roller through a base.
Scraper 12 is plate-shaped structure, scraper 12 passes through bolt and scraper backup pad 13 fixed connection, and scraper backup pad 13 is connected with base bolted connection, and scraper 12 lateral part sets up scraper body strengthening rib 14. The side line of the scraper is parallel to the vertical plate of the box body, so that the fermentation material is prevented from being accumulated on the vertical surface of the box body.
The scraper blade backup pad slope sets up, and scraper blade backup pad are parallel to each other, and scraper blade backup pad plane and stirring roller radial are personally submitted 60 contained angles, and the principle is with stirring body 3. Scraper body 6 can reduce the fermentation material in the inboard accumulation of box riser 5 at the operation in-process.
The present disclosure further provides a bio-organic fertilizer fermentation all-in-one machine, which comprises the stirring device.
