Description

Method for preparing water-permeable non-fired product by utilizing shield muck
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a method for preparing a water-permeable non-fired product by utilizing shield muck.
Background
With the acceleration of the urbanization and urban transformation process in China, land resources are greatly occupied, the yield of construction waste is gradually increased, and the increment of construction waste is rapid. Building residue soil seriously affects the environment and is not beneficial to resource utilization. The baking-free product prepared from the shield muck can solve a series of social and environmental problems, and has important significance for promoting the resource utilization of the construction waste.
The sintered product consumes a large amount of coal fuel in the production process, and simultaneously, harmful gas is discharged to pollute the environment, and a large amount of land resources are consumed by field destruction and soil borrowing. The brick has the defects of small block size, low construction efficiency, heavy self weight of the masonry, poor earthquake resistance and the like, and is forbidden to be used in major and middle cities and regions in China.
The baking-free product as a novel material can effectively solve the problems, not only can solve the problem of accumulation of part of shield muck, but also can avoid a series of problems of destroying the ecological environment in the production of sintered products. Meets the requirements of waste utilization, environmental protection, energy conservation and sustainable development in China.
The permeable product has good water permeability, can supplement underground water, reduce urban drainage and flood control pressure, and can absorb moisture and heat and regulate local temperature and humidity. Is an important green environment-friendly novel building material product for maintaining the urban ecological balance.
