The magnetic separator 2 is communicated with the aeration tank 1 through a connecting pipe c, the bottom of the magnetic separator 2 is provided with a sludge discharge pipeline d, and the magnetic separator 2 is connected with the high shear machine 3.
The sludge reflux pump 6 is installed in the bottom outside of the aeration tank 1, the sludge reflux pump 6 is communicated with the aeration tank 1, and the sludge reflux pump 6 is connected with the high shear machine 3 through the sludge reflux pipe 4.
The upper part in the aeration tank 1 is provided with a water outlet weir 5, and the water outlet weir 5 is a small distance away from the top surface of the aeration tank 1.

The sewage enters the tank body from the water inlet, enters the effluent weir 5 through the guidance of the first guide plate, the second guide plate and the third guide plate after biochemical reaction with microorganisms in the tank body, and finally flows out from the water outlet.
