The urban garbage collection device with the fire extinguishing function comprises a main body (1), a connecting box (2) and a sealing cover (3), wherein the main body (1) is cuboid in shape, an input opening is formed in one side of the main body (1), the sealing cover (3) is covered on the input opening, the top of the sealing cover (3) is hinged to the main body (1), the connecting box (2) is fixed to the top in the main body (1), and the input opening is located below the connecting box (2), and the urban garbage collection device is characterized in that a fire extinguishing mechanism and an auxiliary mechanism are arranged in the connecting box (2);
the fire extinguishing mechanism comprises a fixed pipe (4), a movable pipe (5), a mounting hole, two pushing assemblies and two locking assemblies, wherein the mounting hole is formed in the bottom of the connecting box (2), the fixed pipe (4) is vertically arranged, the mounting hole and the movable pipe (5) are coaxially arranged with the fixed pipe (4), the aperture of the mounting hole is equal to the outer diameter of the movable pipe (5) and smaller than the inner diameter of the fixed pipe (4), the bottom end of the fixed pipe (4) is sealed and fixedly connected with the bottom of the connecting box (2), a gap is formed between the top end of the fixed pipe (4) and the top of the connecting box (2), the movable pipe (5) sequentially penetrates through the mounting hole and the fixed pipe (4), the movable pipe (5) is connected with the inner wall of the mounting hole in a sliding and sealing mode, the pushing assemblies are uniformly distributed in the fixed pipe (4) in a circumferential mode by taking the axis of the movable pipe (5) as the center, the locking assemblies correspond to the pushing assemblies one by one;
the pushing assembly comprises a transmission rod (6), a connecting block (7), a spring (8) and a through hole, the transmission rod (6) is parallel to the moving pipe (5), the through hole is formed in the bottom of the connecting box (2), the transmission rod (6) penetrates through the through hole, the transmission rod (6) is connected with the inner wall of the through hole in a sliding and sealing mode, the top end of the transmission rod (6) is fixed to the moving pipe (5) through the connecting block (7), the bottom of the connecting block (7) is connected with the bottom in the connecting box (2) through the spring (8), the spring (8) is in a stretching state, the locking assembly is arranged at the bottom of the connecting box (2) and connected with the bottom end of the transmission rod (6), clear water is arranged in the fixing pipe (4), and a gap is formed between the top end of the moving pipe (5) and the clear water;
the auxiliary mechanism comprises a wind power assembly, an auxiliary pipe (9) and two guide pipes (10), wherein the axis of the auxiliary pipe (9) is perpendicular to and intersected with the axis of the movable pipe (5), the guide pipe (10) is parallel to the movable pipe (5), the auxiliary pipe (9) is fixed on the inner wall of the connecting box (2), a through hole is formed in the top of the middle end of the auxiliary pipe (9), the through hole is inserted into the top end of the movable pipe (5), the movable pipe (5) is connected with the inner wall of the through hole in a sliding and sealing mode, the top end of the guide pipe (10) is connected with the top of the connecting box (2) in a sealing and fixed mode, a gap is formed between the bottom end of the guide pipe (10) and the bottom of the connecting box (2), the two ends of the auxiliary pipe (9) are communicated with the two guide pipes (10) respectively, adsorption liquid is arranged in the connecting box (2), and is located on the periphery of the fixed pipe (4, the bottom of pipe (10) is located the absorption liquid, the wind-force subassembly sets up on connecting box (2).
